Scheduled time for an alignment, they took my truck for the whole 2 hour window waited until the end of the 2 hours to get the truck up. Called me and told me that a tie rod had to be replaced, 2 bearings were needing replacement, and that it would be pointless to to do the alignment.Quoted me almost $1,200; roughly $600 in labor with outrageous upcharge on the replacement parts. Went to check everything myself with cross reference to my regular mechanic and none of the above was wrong.Wasted time without a vehicle, which cost me money, and didnt even get the alignment done.Just someone trying to make sales quota for their bonus in the location.
Other than having to wait three days to FINALLY get my car serviced, had ALOT of other vehicles to check, and had to order a part for my car...YES! POLITE, SERVICE... PROFESSIONAL....
On Sunday 8/8/2021 my 17 year old daughter had a low tire with a screw in it. I followed her to Firestone to have it repaired. When we walked in, the counter salesman was on the phone. He took 3 phone calls and told everyone that he could not help them until next week. We patiently waited and eventually asked me what he can help me with. Then he said there’s nothing I can do for you today. Keep in mind she’s 17 years old and getting ready to venture on to college. She needs to know what to do in this situation. There were no customers ahead of us. Then he told me to take it down to GMO Tires on77. We had to buy a used tire for 36.00. I would have bought 4 new tires at Firestone. Very bad experience for my daughter. Thought corporate might want to know.

Brought fleet vehicle in for oil change and inspection, told Chris that passenger side turn signal was out.Left the vehicle there for 2 days due to a trip.The inspection was not done nor was turn signal bulb. They did however replace a headlamp that was not defective, and I mentioned that it was not bad.The did do inspection in a hour w turn signal bulb.
The guys there are nice and its clean, the tires are a bit pricey and they have a lot of business so getting to you fast is not going to happen lol but I got what I needed and I appreciate their service!! Thanks Firestone in waxahachie tx, and they having a bad day, just smile because even though you had a horrible night and all you still came in to work and with a smile on your face and didnt take it out on anyone, now that shows true character at its finest!!
Terrible service! I had new tires put on about a month and still till this day im waiting to get an alignment for them and to reprogram my tps.
Very slow service. took 2 hours for a state inspection. won’t come back to firestone again after this year.
So far so good. They made it easy for me to get my tires. Always seems busy there. That is a good sign to me. I will be back.
I have been a loyal Firestone customer for 20 years. The Waxahachie location has changed that. The last six months have been nothing but bad customer service. The last four oil changes could not be scheduled on line. Open appointment times would all get rescheduled. This past weekend they cancelled again and when I called I was told the manager told them to not accept any appointments on Sunday. Same thing for Saturday.Mission accomplished. I will not ask for another appointment, there are plenty of 5-star businesses in the area that pride themselves in providing good service.

The crew is great, I had a flat at I35 around 6:45 pm. Got to this location 5 minutes before closing, and these guys really had great customer service and took care of me immediately and with a great smile. Keep it up guys.

Rodolfo and Steven (could be with a PH) provided the best customer service by keeping you posted on the progress of the service and explaining everything in detail with great attitudes. 1 hour to tell me they’re unable to patch a tire.2 more hours to get replacement tires.1 additional hour to get tires installed.30 minutes to get me checked out.Employees are fine, it’s not their fault they’re understaffed.At least the Harry Potter marathon was on and an IHOP was walking distance.

I will never go to a firestone again!!!! THEY put an refurbished battery in my car, broke and partly disconnected cables on my, battery. This is not the first time with firestone, the did horrible job in Lubbock, also in San Antonio, 3 strikes your out . Money wasted hard earned money, I could have been killed on the road, they want to fix it, what for, no trust at all anymore.
Very disappointed with the service here. They made a mistake with the service to be done. Something so simple as an alignment shouldnt take 5 hrs to do with an appointment.
The people there are very courteous, friendly. I felt comfortable and felt that they value their customers. I wouldve had completed work there, but I have an extended warranty through a dealership for the work needed to be completed, they did do a diagnostic on the van, which turns out what I was told from an Auto Zone rep who tested out the battery thats only two months old, my alternator needs to be replaced.
This is an amazing crew! My family & I were traveling back home to Austin & had a blowout getting onto 35. We drove up 10 mins after closing & they agreed to stay late ( ended up 1 hr after closing) to put on a new tire. They helped us get home safely & were extremely thankful!!

1st impression-Went for a tire repair. The work was done before the time quoted to me. They where helpful and professional. Thank you for your great sevice. Firestone has been my familys go to for 3 generations no matter where we have been. They have hardly ever let us down. This experience was perfect.2nd impression - after 4 appointment cancellations without reason given I am going to break with family tradition and take my business elsewhere. Congrats on losing a multi generational customer. Bad impersonal customer service will get you that. Good luck with it in these hard times.
Came in at 5:14pm very very slow. But uh it’s now 5:55 and I still can’t get rung up for a simple tire put on a rim. The tire was waiting there ready but counter was holding a whole group conversation please go somewhere that won’t make you wait all day.
What a great experience today at Firestone! Ken and Brandon provided exceptional service and went out of their way to take care of my truck tires before I take a long road trip tomorrow. I normally buy tires from another national company, but they were closed today (Sunday) and I needed a flat repaired before traveling. They were super busy and stayed late to take care of me. I’ll go out of my way to take them my business in the future!
Why book a 9 am appointment, when they are not going to look at your truck until you call them twice. First call 12 am, have not had a chance to look at your truck. I call back at 3 pm. The brake guy is at lunch. Finally, a call at 4 pm. Brakes need fixed and we can also do a brake flush job. I say no to the flush and yes to the brakes. He says that your truck will be ready in 30 minutes. Catch a 25 minute ride. Truck is ready. We did not do any work, since you cancelled it. What? You are kidding. They finally fix the brakes by 7 pm Closing time. My truck sat for nearly 8 hours. Nothing. Do not bother making an appointment.
The manager Steven was very professional and courteous. My vehicle was service quickly. I was in for a wheel alignment and they did a great job. Even showed me a print out of before and after with all the specs!
Took my spare tire. I had to ask for it back. Clumsy. Misrepresented prices. Missing valve cap.
Ken was very helpful getting my battery tested and replaced in a professional and friendly manner. Going into a repair shop that is busy like they were I was not expecting such fast service. I appreciate them taking care of my needs.
Prices are high in my opinion for certain repairs but the quality of work is 5 star. Highly recommend their life time options for services if you plan on keeping your used car for long term use.
Called and got a quote to change out a alternator on my wifes van and they said it would take 6 hours of labor and labor alone would be $590. I call Cruz auto and the they did the job for $600. $200 labor and 400 for the part and he also told me it was a 2 hour job
Made an appointment a week in advance, specifically asked for an appointment and Chris said it would work. Showed up was told that I didn’t actually have an appointment but they could squeeze me in. I gave my phone number 3 times and they said they would call, mind you, for an oil change. They got the last digit of my phone number wrong, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car and when I called the morning to get my car, Chris answered and I guess he thought I hung up, but I heard him say something rude before hanging up. Very unprofessional and bad at communicating.
Terrible service. Employees have no clue what’s going on and all information given was inaccurate. Kept my car for 5 hours longer than supposed to and didn’t do anything but change my oil. Had to immediately go to another auto shop afterwards. 0/10

This place is the best. Trustworthy and reliable. I am disabled and I cannot work on my family vehicles anymore. I have taken a wide variety on vehicles here from domestic, Japenese, German, basic to luxury. They were able to handle tires to complex repairs. They are called Complete Auto Care for a reason. If they say my vehicle needs a repair, I trust they have my best interest in mind and are not try to increase my repair bill. They keep my family safe.
I got a Firestone Credit Card to get some new tires. I went up there and waited 20 minutes for someone to come help me and no one did. Everyone was in the shop area and they seen me but never came. They lost my business for life. Customer service goes a long way with me.
Customer service is not their number one priority. I prefer Firestone but this location lacks what other Firestone locations have mastered. Sat there 2.5 hrs for tire installation. Saw someone come in an hour after I was waiting and left 30 min before I did and that customer had the EXACT SAME SERVICE. Horrible operations management

Visiting my daughter from Tennessee. Had a flat tire. I like Firestone so I towed it here. Amanda, the Tire Manager, was super!!! Very helpful, good tire prices. Will definitely keep them in mind next time we need service!
Slow as slow
Very slow service and poor communication. This has been a problem the last couple of times. Tried talking to a manager, but we were told that he was too busy and that he would call us back in a few hours (manager never called). Took 3 days for an oil change and a new tire. They initially told us to pick the car up even though there was a nail in the tire.
Not even going to waste the time of details. Save yourself the trouble. LAZY!
Very slow! It does not take almost 4 hours to replace 6 tires on a dually, especially when you have 2 technicians working on it. I was also here before other customers that we’re finished before me! I literally had an appointment at 11 and didn’t end up leaving until 3pm! It’s unsat, the technicians don’t care how long you’re here. On the bright side Ken made sure I was good and apologized for the long wait. Give that man a promotion!
Not all Firestones are equal!...called ahead to get a tired fixed due to a nail before it became a problem....guy on phone said it would be an hour tops... pulled in not busy,no one in lobby been here over an hour with my child just pulled it into bay 🙄 wont be back....ever!
I made an appointment they did not hold up to their obligation they left me sitting there for an hour and a half after my appointment start time jumping other customers ahead of me as far as Im concerned this is the worst Firestone auto care that I have ever been to and I have used them for years now very disappointed I will never use this location again
Make an appointment here if you want it to be cancelled by them at the last minute. I also recommend going here for an oil change if you never want anyone else to change your oil. They will strip out your drain plug and not tell you.

Dropped vehicle off 20 minutes before appointment. Was told by managers, I would receive a call to address my concerns. After 1.5 hours, no call. I called and asked status, was told call would be returned in 5-10 minutes which turned into an hour. Service has NEVER been this awful; it has always been GREAT! Spoke with the manager; he stated they were double booked on appointments. I feel like if I had never called, car would have still been sitting there. Manager needs training in customer service.
Pointless to make an appointment since they wont confirm them. Guess they like having people wait 90 minutes. The ability to schedule an appointment should be removed as an option with this companh since they wont uphold them or confirm them.

Im skeptical that we really needed a new tire (instead of plugging the 2 year old tire that had a nail in it). But, we were passing thru town when we discovered the problem, and were grateful that they took us in on a Sunday afternoon, near closing time.

Fast service. Best to have an appointment. Otherwise, may have to wait for a couple of hours to get an oil change. But they do a good job checking all the fluids and tire pressure. Also, will check your tires for wear & give suggestions as far as maintenance.

Walked in and no one was at the desk, which is fine, but when the first associate walked in they completely ignored me. I was standing politely waiting for any kind of aknowledgement but she literally didnt even lift her head in my direction to say Ill be a minute. I only waited maybe 5 minutes but thats pretty poor customer service if you ask me so I left.
Had a very good experience. Made an appointment for my daughters vehicle and they started on time and completed the work very timely. Had no issues, recommend this place to anyone.

Traveling between Austin and Dallas hit object on the I35 that caused a complete blowout on my tire. It was late and the tow truck was not going to be able to get me to the store before closing. I anticipated dropping the key in the slot and getting a call the next day. When I arrived at the store it was well past closing by Matt the manager was there and came out to greet me. He took my information and let me know he would have it taken care of the next day. As promised he called me early the next day and gave me options to solve my problem. Loved the customer service that is so rarely seen these days. Matt was helpful, friendly and polite. When I picked up the car the next day I asked for a recommendation on a local restaurant and was just as pleased with his recommendation as I was with his service on my tire.Thanks for making a bad day better.
This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle here and will be the last. I have been very dissatisfied with how slow this location is. The first time I brought it in to save time on an oil change, because they told me they could get me right in. It took well over an hour to change the oil with someone there working at the truck nearly the whole time. (it was one of the only ones in the shop at the time)This second time I brought my truck in for an inspection because once again they said they were not having a busy day and it shouldnt take too long. 3 hours later they still cant even tell me the status of my truck. Im sure they do decent work, but they seem to have no regard for customers time, and dont seem to have a problem keeping your vehicle all day even for the most simple jobs.
Had two flat tires. They changed both rapidly with no fuss and no muss. Didn’t charge me a dime! I owe these guys lunch! Thanks Firestone!!!
If I could rate them lower than one star I would have. Yesterday my son went to the Firestone for an appointment to only repair/patch a tire that had a slow leak because of a nail which we could clearly see. My husband had called ahead and was told that Firestone would patch tires. When I asked him in the morning on why he had his spare tire on his car, I was told that Ken from Firestone, explained he needed all four new tires and that they couldn’t help with the patching work. I know he didn’t need four new tires as we recently purchased two new ones only three months ago. They refused to fix the tire and just put his spare on and sent him on his way. I can’t believe that this type of up selling still occurs. According to my son, he had a noon appointment and they took their time to basically do nothing He was there for well over an hour. Now we have to go get the other two tires replaced but it sure won’t be at Firestone. In fact, we will never be returning there.

They ripped me off on a tire because I was a woman and had 250 miles to go. I didnt know any better. It was closing New Years Eve and they done me wrong. I will never go there again.
I always come to this Firestone location for oil changes and inspections and leave happy with my experience. The employees that work here are always friendly even when other customers are extremely disrespectful.
Most of the time i get great service from for argon in waxahachie but sometimes it couldnt be any worse.I had break problems and when I too it to them they said there was nothing wrong, so I took it. Brought it back to them the next day and insisted that they pull my tires and breaks off to check them. After so they discovered a rock had lodged ours self between the breaks rotor.I ended up have to get new breaks on both sides and a knew rotor. So like I started off saying I have had mostly good serVice but not all of it.
Super expensive, especially when youre in a pinch.. I giess thats why they do it like that, cause you need to have something done.. Charge 3 or 4 times what it actually costs.. Left oily hand prints all over the vehicle, and maybe a dent or 2, but it runs and got me back home so i giess it is what it is
As an ex Bridgestone employee and a business person today I would never turn somebody away without at least attempting to assist them. Straight turned away without even attempting to assist, caught a nail on the highway while 1000 miles from home. What a nightmare.
Overpriced tires, terrible customer service. They told me on the phone the tires were about $100 a piece. After getting down there, it turned into $270 for the 2 tires. Less than 2 weeks later and I hit a pothole merging onto 287, that caused one of those brand new tires to blow out across the street from their shop. How does this business respond- looks like you declined the additional $70 road hazard protection, and the original warranty isnt worth jack. But he did say hed be more than happy to sell me another overpriced, p.o.s. tire. Save your money and go to Sardis.

They are honest and friendly. I went to have my brakes checked, and they told me they where a bit worn, but I could wait to have them replaced as there wasnt any safety risk. Plus they went ahead and rotated my tires for free.
Went there to get an oil change and to troubleshoot some issues I have going on. When the kid was putting my wheels back on, he stripped the bolts for my lugnut covers because he was in a rush to leave. Now I hear a loud dinging noise when I drive down the road. This is probably the 2nd time Ive ever posted a review about anything, but I even feel like my car is running worse than it did before I went there. Now I need to wait on a call from a manager... In the meantime, I get to drive my car 40 miles to work and 40 miles home wondering if he neglected to do something else. Not sure if I even want the rest of the work done here. On a positive note... The staff inside was very friendly.

Quick and easy.I first came here because one of my tires was low. The manager came out and filled up my tire no problem.I then decided to come here for my ongoing car care. Everytime I come here I feel more educated about my car and very respected. I come in the morning to avoid any potential crowds.
Almost crashed due to a bad mechanic working on my car in Houston, road tripping to Colorado had to pull over immediately, lucky we found this firstone, they were honest, quick and fair priced. Saved us from a huge accident on the way to our destination. Thanks y’all!

The staff here was not as friendly as I expected. I have had way better service from this location in the past. I highly recommend to make an appointment before going here. Otherwise you are probably going to have a lengthy wait. I was the 1st appointment of the day, I was there 15 minutes early, the service bays were open, staff was working in the bays, but when I went up to the desk the man working the front desk told me to wait because he was on the computer. A man showed up about 5 minutes after me and the Firestone employee spoke to him at length and took his keys since he was just dropping his vehicle off. Once my vehicle was taken into the service bay it took no time at all for the service employee to put on my 2 new tires. Im hoping that this particular employee was just waking up or was just having a bad morning because we really like Firestone tires.
If their was a no star option, I would click that. Because these so called workers didnt do anything but sit on their butts and talk. We had a mustang due for tires and brakes that was supposed to not take long but apparently has to take 2 hours before we were told one more hour longer so they can talk and play. After 3 hours, when we got out to the parking lot, 6 gentlemen were standing under a truck talking about stuff other than working. And get this, as soon as we got close they scrambled to machines and brooms to act like they were working. How do you think our attitudes were from the second we left the car to the moment we got it back? Well I can tell you this, it wasnt pretty.
