Great place to get tires especially when they have sales. Excellent service and they did great work. I got 4 new tires an alignment and an oil change. It was a wait for sure, I was a walk-in but I recommend making an appointment. I also had to get 3 things done. If your headed here think about getting a ride, they will give you a call, or maybe bring a book but the wait is worth the good service. Expect 1 hour to a 1.5 hour wait even with an appointment. It just is what it is!

I was treated with such respect and professionalism. I had a very negative experience, for the second time, at the Cedar Hill store. I didnt want anything to do with the NTB chain ever again. Hector and the store manager Zach looked into the problem and worked hard to solve the issue. Zach respected me, and my time. I witnessed the staff have patience with the bereaved elderly. The didnt try to make a sell when they didnt have what someone wanted. They were helpful at getting them served. What Im saying is everyone got great service.

Incredibly poor service. Once waited 2 hours for an oil change. Then 9 hours to have car serviced. Was charged for services i did not request. Will never go there again. Dont waste your money or time.

I came to have my tire pressure checked because my light came on. I pulled right around to the side and explained to Nathan what was going on and asked if I could pull the car up a little more and he was on top of it. Nathan also checked my tires to let me know I only had a couple of months left on 3 of them and a month on the 4th. He got my tire pressure right and I was on my way.I went to the store to do some shopping and thought about it and went back to get the 4th of July deal on the tires. When I got in Stan was very warm and welcoming. He got me a deal on my tires, told me about an online rebate to save more money. Stan also put a rush on it and soon after Nathan came through the door to get my key and got started right away.The atmosphere in the shop was light and jolly. The staff was laughing and making small talk. The shop was clean as well.I came in on a Saturday so I’m super happy to be taken care of quickly with no fuss. I’ve visited this location once before and so far it’s been consistent. Thanks Nathan and Stan!

If you own a European car stay farrrr away from here. Went and got an alignment, $200 later it looks like this... steering wheel was crooked, all my traction control lights went off and lost all cruise control features. Go somewhere else. Avoid this place like covid 19.

NTB has great service and customer service!NTB break repair time 3 hoursFirestone break repair time 30+ hours (did not complete job)the storyafter taking my car to Firestone for break repair, 24+ hours after scheduling an appointment the day before, was still not complete. I called NTB and asked if they could get the job done the same day they said yes.I brought my car in they told me the issues and had me back on the road. took 3 hours. the experience between the 2 was night and day!I will be going to NTB for service from now on!thank you Stanley and Zac and the whole NTB team for making the experience so much better!

Very courteous staff. Very slow service though. 3 new tires 90 minutes later done. Seen it done in 1/3 of time at a more rinky dink shop. Maybe that is so they can justify high prices. Great front desk service though.

First time took the car in they did not fix the brakes . Took it back they kept it for 4 days still not fixed nor did they rotate my tires. My car is worse off then now then it was when I took it to them. Not very organized or professional. Will never take my car back again. They should stick to selling tires.

I brought my car in a month ago to see what was leaking from the right rear tire so they check and said I needed a Break hose replacement. I said ok but they had to order the part for it that take two weeks but I had to keep calling to see if it came in. When the part finally came it was for the wrong side after everything was taken off so they put the tire back and didn’t put the part that keeps the break from going all the way to the floor. I was like that’s dangerous to send me away when I have to stop with my foot going all the way to the floor to stop. When the right part came in my son in law drove back up there for my safety, after the repairs I drove it home but I didn’t drive it until a month later because it a Mercury marauder and it calls for super unleaded and it was my decease husband car. Anyway when I started driving it the fluid started leaking again so I had to take it back and the Manager made me wait because I didn’t have an appointment but this issue should’ve needed an appointment because I had paid for a service that wasn’t done properly since it started back with the same issue.

Constantly showing they have tires in shop on their site but when you get there theyre suddenly apparently not in stock and they only have their expensive ones. Even while their website says the location has them.

My daughter ( keep in mind she is a 19 year old college student) took her car in there on Saturday 9/26/20 to get a tire fixed. She got there at 8:30. They came out and told her she need one new spark plug, new air filter and and oil change on top of getting the tire fixed. The lady told her is would be less than $100. Three and a half hours later they bring her car to her and the bill was $650.00!!!! I feel like they took full advantage of a young teenage college girl. She will never do business there again.

This was the best experience I have ever had! I was extremely dissatisfied with Texas tires and drove down the street to NTB I spoke with Trevor and he helped me get the tires I wanted my truck was also due for a tune up and he expressed that they do full service! They took care of everything on my truck I will definitely come back here. This was the best experience I have ever had with a ( service/ tire shop ) the crews out back were very good also. The shop was clean and so was the front office I was impressed with the NTB and I am a customer for life.

I waited for an hour just for them to tell me that they didnt have my battery.

I took my car here on labor day to simply get a nail pulled out of my tire and one of the employees backed my new car into another customers car. Scratched both vehicles. Then they told me that they would pay for the damage after I went to get FOUR paint estimates. Which is basically them making the whole process too inconvenient for me to ever acrually get paid. FOUR ESTIMATES?! seriously? Are they also gonna pay for me the gas and time spent going get those estimates? I dont think so. I also had to skip work that day because the whole thing took so freaking long. Im extremely disappointed and i will not be returning.

I came in at 8 for an alignment was told one hour max my car was taken straight into the shop after two hours they told me my adjustment cams were out of place I agreed to let them fix it ( loosening two bolts literally that’s it which they have to do anyway to align the wheels) that was 60$ extra another two hours later of which they have been telling me only another 20-30 min every 30 min. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a shop where everyone is always on a smoke break they don’t know what they’re doing and their alignment tech takes four hours to do an alignment..... I will never recommend this place to anyone and will avoid it like the plague.

I really appreciate Trevor, Alle and his staff, my Kia Sorento had a issue with the engine and they guided me on the best option for getting it fixed. This is why I always go to NTB, they care about their customers and look out for them.

I pulled in to get some air in my tires I got a really nice young man that was able to fill all my tires and let me know about the tire pressure thats required in each tire. He talked to me as if I was a relative like a mom or sister or daughter he wanted me not to ever let that much Tire be in my tires because it could blow. I was in a blue Mustang and if his manager reads this wow you need about 10 more of that young man

Would have given the place a 5 because the customer service was pretty good BUT if you plan to use the bathroom, cross the dangerous road because the mens bathroom has not been cleaned in about 4 years. Plan on throwing up if you go in there. I dont want to get graphic on how nasty it is, read between the lines. Let me put this in perspective, I spent 22 years in the Marine Corps and deployed to some awesome places (yeah right) and this takes the cake.

If I could give this place a negative I truly would. This place had me sitting there for two freaking hours waiting on them to tell me that my tires have low tread and they wont be able to put a plug in with low tread. But the crazy part about it I was already there just for a nail in one of my tires. If they would have told me two hours prior I would have been gotten the tires changed. Thank you for wasting 2 hours of my time zero Stars.

Just purchased a vehicle and had them perform a front end alignment. Results were good except that they recommended I replaced my struts so that the truck could be completely aligned.Turns out that I dont have struts, I have shocks. Only issue was the idler arm and Pittman arms aged and worn.

They fixed Our tire when we were trying to keave town. Very friendly, helpful people. The man who mounted the tire was quick, efficient and friendly!!!

Great community shop. Had an issue on my riding lawn mower where the nuts had siezed and I couldn’t get them off. Brang them by and Dakota pulled them off no questions asked and for no charge. Wish I had tried that before the other 10 things I tried and hours I spent at home!

While traveling from Dallas to Austin I hit a pothole on I35. One of my run-flat tires went flat. My car does not have a spare so I needed a replacement tire. I was in Waxahachie so I drove to the NTB store there. Mike the manager was fantastic. He did not have the tire I needed. He helped me call other dealers to see if they had the exact tire. None did. Since we couldnt replace the tire, I needed a rental car to return home. Mike hooked me up with the local Enterprise office and even drove me to the location to rent a car. All of this was happening as they were closing for the day. Mike locked our car in his shop so it would be safe and helped the tow truck drive the next day.Now while this was going on, my wife, granddaughter, and our pug had to stay in the lobby of NTB. Allie the cashier was so nice and accommodating to them. It didnt seem like we were a distraction at all.Mike did all this for us, and in the end, we were not able to bring him any business. He said that was alright and he was just glad to help out.I dont usually write reviews, but the customer service that Mike and Allie gave to us was something that should be recognized. They turned a potentially awful experience into a tolerable inconvenience. if I could give them all my tire business, I would. Thanks again Mike and Allie.

We got our brakes done here. They squeal terribly after the work. We sent it back to see what was wrong or if the De-squeak treatment could be put on there. After day 3 of it being there with no phone call or update, we called and were told to pick it up. Nothing was found, but the cheap material used in the brake pads. We didnt ask for discounted material. Also we were told the De-squeak can is empty so that couldnt be applied either.I was supposed to leave my other car for brake service and a faulty tire sensor (they installed), but well find someplace else.This place is the pits!

Manager was pleasant and apologetic, but after 90 minutes into a scheduled appointment for two tires and an alignment (which I was told upon arrival would be under an hour) I asked for an update. They came back and told me that they were almost done replacing the two tires and would then start the alignment. When I expressed my shock they gave some excuse about problems with an air hose. There are other options in town - they dont deserve your business.

By far the worst car shop ever! Unfortunately had to deal with these bozos a few weeks ago when I had a blowout on the highway. Made an online appointment to get new tires and an oil change. Took them close to four hours to do the job. I was told that they were short staffed, I was fine as long as the work was complete and DONE RIGHT. Fast forward a few days later, I noticed a rattling noise on my commute to work, it was the guard panGuess what! The great mechanics here forgot to tighten the bolts so had to pay out of pocket to fix it. Several days later, my check oil message appears on my car. Guess what again they didnt reset the message like a standard oil change. Lastly, this week I noticed my car knocking every time I let off the accelerator pad, once again it was proven that the original team did not fully tighten my lugnuts. Folks as you can see by the recent reviews this is a place where things arent done right the first time or at all. Mechanics are incompetent, manager is a clueless scumbag and they should all be fired. Take your car somewhere else even in an emergency setting. Would give them 0 stars! Dont reply back with the standard garbage message, actually reach out to people and remedy the situation.

NTB has become our go-to for oil changes, tires and more. They continue to keep our old cars running great without selling us something we dont need. Trustworthy and professional.

They manager try to sell me parts that I really do not need. I was just trying to get my brakes changed and he said well I can’t just do brakes you need rotors too. I know what I’m talking about when I said I just need brake pads. Corporate office has been notified.

Dont listen! I explained on the phone, I needed my tires checked. Explained again at the shop. He checked my mileage and then asked what kind of oil I needed. I told him I didnt need an oil change, actually had to repeat myself 2ce. He asked then what was I there for? Seriously!A few months ago, I told them of a sound that happens while I drive, I even made one of the techs take a drive with me to hear it on the road. The sound couldnt be heard while sitting idle. The tech daily said, yep the struts and shocks. Will cost me $1200+.I had my doubts and could fork out that much cash. I got a second opinion. Nope it was neither. It was only the tie rods for $200+-.So glad I got a second opinion. Couldnt believe the dishonesty, all for a sale.

The team here is great. They were able to replace all my tires in about 1.5 hours - make sure to get in early though. These guys are busy!

My daughter went in for a tire and was told she needed brake work, when asked time as she was traveling to Odessa she was told 1 1/2 hours, so she agreed. At the time allotted approached she called to insure it was ready and was told to give them 1 more hour, she did. However when she went to pick up car she was told it was not ready wrong or defective part and they would try to get it out at closing...mind this there was never any communication coming from NTB, they said they tried to call but had wrong number although they never attempted husbands number. End of day 1 on the 1 1/2 hour job. Day 2...much of same...no car little communication. Day 3 was finally told at the end of the day the main technician would be in and they would give her a call...no call, however we did drive to Waxahachie but they were closed...Day 4...again she calls and is told she will have car by noon and they will call to insure it is ready...it is 12:20 and no call. My question to the reader, would you want to be treated this way? Would you want your family treated in this manner? I have communicated with the main office and have yet to receive a reply. It appears poor service is tolerated and poor communication is the norm. My only regret in this review is I have to give one star, a participation trophy. It appears the BBB also agrees with my assessment...do not believe the raters...check the BBB...wish she would have

We were given great service. The team there at NTB in Waxahachie made sure every step was taken to protect my daughter.

I cannot say enough good about the people here. My husband was out of town and I went in on a Saturday to get my brakes looked at. The ones on the back was urgent to be fixed. They worked me in and got me back running again. Five days later my alternator was going out and my husband was out of town. They worked me in got the warranty on my old alternator and I was back on the road again! Twice my truck had major issues and they saved the day!I recommend NTB Waxahachie for anyone who does not know a lot about mechanics! They have treated me fairly and will go above and beyond to find you savings! They will always have my business!

I had a nice purchasing experience for tires here about a year and a half ago. It seems things have change from then to now. Took my Mustang in for a oil change just to be told that I needed a new battery. Hey things happens but since I have a warranty I declined. Whenever I went to inspect the car, it turned out to be a lose terminal on the battery. Glad I declined a new battery...

Always great pricing but not worth the wait. Made an appointment online for an oil change at 8:30am. Showed up on time for my appointment, Its now 10am and Im still waiting on my car.

I shouldnt even give this place a 1 star review, I took my car in because my tire kept getting low and we bought my tires at NTB in Plano, the lady at the counter told me my tire wasnt fixable, they could not patch it, but I could get a new tire for $150, i have free patches for life on the tires I bought, so I decided to get a second opinion, I took my car to Warrens tire in corsicana and the screws was not in the side wall line NTB said and they patched my tire today. Im filing a complaint with the BBB because this is ridiculous

This is by far the worst maintenance facility in Waxahachie Tx. The staff seems to be more concerned about hanging out and smoking cigarettes then taking care of customers. This place is also very unorganized and seems to be unconcerned about actually doing their job. Please spend your money some where other than this place!

I have experianced the best customer service here by Mr. Marty. He is and was awesome. He got me in and out when I was purchasing my tires. Made my day better. I was off to a ruff start after being lies to at another location in Cedar Hill. Thanks Mr. Marty for your help.

They are good

This place is very disorganized, hectic, and seriously understaffed. The guy we dealt with was nice and works hard but they just need to get their stuff together. We had an appointment but waited an hour before we just gave up, our car never left the parking lot. Others had been there for 2-3 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. They just kept taking more walk ins and kept telling them 45 mins but knew that wasnt true. The staff sets themselves up to get yelled at by everyone, he barely apologized and seemed relieved we left.We were there the day before and it was the exact same. Also, $85 for an oil change is steep and should not take over 2 hours to do. We got a coupon so maybe well try again, update the review if things go better.

They were real busy but still they rushed our car thru and didn’t check everything we asked them to. The big problem was they didn’t tighten a piece that goes over the oil filter on the Acura. So it came loose while driving making a bunch of noise and really inconvenienced us. We won’t go back.

Every time we have gone here we have gotten the best, most courteous, and reliable service we could ask for. I love working on cars and would prefer to do it all myself but without a garage it isnt possible. Given that it is very hard to put my car in the hands of others but I always comfortable if it is the workers at NTB Waxahachie.

I went to NTB for an oil change and tire rotation, hey $20 for both seemed decent. They had my car for 4 hours. They also told me I have $1000 worth of work that needed to be done. They did not rotate my tires, went to Discount Tire and had it done shortly after. I knew they didnt because my car drove worse than when I dropped it off. They also told me I needed to replace my Tie-Rod ends, and I had them checked. They are just fine. All they want is to get you in there and try and treat people like they are stupid and spend a bunch of money that you dont need to! I am going to get my oil changed again, because I dont feel safe that they did that either!

I normally get great service but the one on last visit didnt give me my list of what was found needing services or the list I was told I would get of places to fix one issue. They didnt put the extra oil I paid for or tell me I had no water at all in the car.

Service was completed in the exact time they told me it would be. Nice, attentive staff who didn’t try to push some unnecessary repairs on me.

The price quoted is what I paid, less a discount for a plastic wheel cover that broke during installation, they also made sure I had every discount available, including a rebate. Work was completed quickly. Very happy with the service!

If there was a -5, that would be my rating! I googled NTB Waxahachie, says its open on Sundays until 5 I might add. I come in at 1, the gentleman never once looked up at me, ask what I needed I responded an oil change, with absolutely no eye contact do you have an appointment? I state no, cant get you on today Im booked. I can set you up for tomorrow REALLY ##!???, thats helpful. It would be nice when you look up a place that it says my appointment only!What a joke! Never again.

Today I believe I experienced the worst service ever. I got to the location at 7:15am and there was no one in the store to greet me. I waited 10 minutes before someone even came out from the back. Then when the manager approached me, he greeted me with WHAT’s Up! I’m sure this is not how the company wants you to greet the customers. So I over looked that and told the manager I have a screw in my back passenger side tire. He asked which is your vehicle so I told him and handed him the keys. After 30 seconds he comes back in and questions my issue. He says are you sure you have a screw in that tire? Nope I just like wasting mine and your time with nonsense. Then he quoted me a price and I said ok. So he takes my truck back there to look at the problem at 7:46am and after 15 minutes comes back and says you are right it’s in that tire. Then the guys asked where my lug key was and I told them. After 5 minutes they come back and say it’s not there. So I go to my truck and go to the spot I mentioned and picked it up and gave it to them. They looked like a deer in headlights. So then at about 8:30am, I ask them what is the issue and taking so long. (At this point I’m still the only customer in store and now I know why). He said they are tightening the liga down now. 20 minutes later, a gentlemen comes to me and says one of your lugs is stripped. Really cause these are brand new tires and they were not stripped when installed. So finally the manager came and ran my credit card. After that I went to my truck and they did not even drive it even a split second to make sure it was all good. I finally left there at 9:05am. The only reason I stayed is cause I was scared of a blow out on highway and had to drive a long way. I will not be back to this store.

Had an appointment at 3:00pm for a slow leak in tire and to rotate tires that I bought and had installed there. I was able to leave at 6:00pm after they informed me that I did not have an issue with the tire, that I had a hole in the wheel and I needed a new wheel. I immediately went to Discount Tire where they removed a nail.They did not rotate my tires and I was so tired after being there for three hours, that I didnt even bother to ask them why they didnt rotate them.They will not get any further business from me, my family or my friends.

NTB fan. This wasn’t my usual store but a check engine light and burned out tail light necessitated a quick trip to NTB . Manager was very kind and courteous. Appreciate always excellent service.

I was able to get oil change quickly and scheduling my appointment with the web site was easy..

I had a flat tire just outside of town. So I looked online to see, only NTB was open at 7 pm. So I called from the side of the highway and gave the gentleman my tire size. He gave me a quote over the phone. I drove in and the guys were waiting for me. They said the tire could be patched instead. So I chose to have it patched. They had me in and out in less then 25min. They guy even handed me the 3 nail.

Service was good but I ask for a tire rotation and they didn’t perform the service.

I wish I could give it a ZERO! My fiancé and I went to their location today and I cant believe how horrible it was. All we needed was an oil change & tires rotated.. First we would told it would be about 30 minutes.. We were there for an hour and 15 minutes & the tires still hadnt been rotated. When we were leaving we noticed oil on the door panel and the inside of the truck. These guys are terrible. I recommend to stay away!!

I gave 1 star because it would not take 0.On January 4th, 2019 I went into get a new rear passenger side tire for my truck. F. Hernandez (the manager) wrote up my order, but put rear driver side tire on the order.(I know this because when I caught it and stopped them the Mechanic showed me the order). Then I noticed the hood was open on the truck and the mechanic was looking underneath. I walked in to the shop and ask why is the hood up and what are you doing under my truck? I did not get a good explanation so I asked Mr. Hernandez and he said they always look to see if anything is loose. After completion, while I was checking out J. Eskridge told me that the reason the hood was up is because they changed the oil due to having the wrong order. So I would get a free oil change on my 2017 Ram 1500. I do not believe the oil was changed! Now I am having several warning lights coming on and am going to have to take it to the Dodge house to find out what was done to the truck and pay for unnecessary repairs.I do not recommend this NTB to anyone. This is not my first experience with this store, but it is my last.D. Crump

Smaller lobby than some, but great service and friendly associates. Pricey but so far worth it.

Service has really gone downhill. I waited 2 hours for an oil change even after having made an appointment. They said one reason it took so long was that my oil filter was put on too tight (from my last oil change there) and they were having trouble getting it off. Then they told me they were draining my oil. 10 minutes later I looked through the window and they were just beginning to drain it. Now I have an oil leak. Guess where? From my oil filter.

Very poor customer service. Called Saturday morning to get a front end alignment and was told they had a 3 hour wait but was told they were open on Sunday 9-5 and it is usually slower. Asked if i needed to make an appointment and was told no as long as i could get the vehicle there by 1pm they could get it done. Decided to call ahead at 12:30 and the guy told me he could not do it today to bring it in tomorrow(Monday). I told the guy i called yesterday and the assured me they would get it done if brought in before 1pm and he laughed and stated sorry for that and HUNG up on me. Posting this review while FIRESTONE is doing my front end alignment!

Don’t bother setting an appointment. One oil change I asked them to rotate tires and they don’t. So I do it. Then, I ask them not to and they do. After spending 2.5 hours up there I have to come back to get them to fix it. I wish I could give 0 stars.

It took an hour to get two replacements
