We switched our phone service from AT&T to Cricket Wireless yesterday Itzel greeted us at the door at 10:00 a.m. and worked tireless with us trying to resolve a Port Protection issue with one of our phones. Itzel and Frank spent almost 4 hours with us on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve the issue They remained calm and professional the entire time. We were not able to resolve the issue with my line, but did transfer other lines at that time. Later in the day, I was finally able to resolve the issue with AT&T and I returned to Cricket with my daughter. We purchased her a new phone and were able to transfer her number and mine to Cricket. Itzel, Frank, and Bianca were still providing superior customer service to their clients while dealing with internet issues that have disrupted their business all week. Thank you for your hard work and great service!

I was greeted from moment I walked in by all staff. Very knowledgeable about phones.

I came in with no service from metro. Frank showed me all the plans got me switched to a new phone with better service. I love this service.

The personnel at Cricket are extremely helpful. Yeah, they could offer more phones, but their plans are good. Anytime we have had issues with our phones (even those bought outside Cricket) the cricket people have been helpful with settings.

I drove from Teague, Tx to this location because the Mexia, Tx location is 👎. First time in this location and I was welcomed from the moment I went inside. The lady that works there super friendly. Frank helped me and he treated me excellent and made me feel welcome. I will definitely make the 1.5 hour to this location to do business again. Again thank you!
