My experience was a little slow but it was because the staff was paying close attention to detail with each customer. After some discussion and paying off a device, they moved my service from a Sprint account to a T-Mobile account and it will save me $40 a month. Very professional staff, I will definitely use this store even though its a little further from my house than the other T-Mobile store in town.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G 120 GB storage. Recieved a great promotional deal for switching from Metro to T-Mobile. Christina is excellent. I recommend going to her for your next Galaxy S21 Ultra, or iPhone 13 max.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Went in to upgrade my sons phone because his stopped working correctly when the Sprint T-Mobile merger happened. Kristin, the manager, lied to my face and told me there were only three phones available in the “tech up” plan for those customers experiencing these issues since the merger. They were all no name phones that we had never heard of. Called the corporate number and the rep got my son a Samsung with the tech up program for free with a 24 month contract. I guess Kristin knew she wouldn’t make money off of us and didn’t want to deal with it. I even told her these phones were available with his upgrade and she told me they weren’t. The rep was really apologetic about the whole situation.

I spent almost 2 hours in the store just to get a SIM card while there were only two customers in the store. Two sales reps and several other people including the manager in the back of the store. I had T-Mobile corporate on the phone while I was in the store and they witnessed the entire sad interaction. The manager refused to come out of the back and the sales rep named Christine was the rudest person I think Ive ever spoke to in my life. The T-Mobile corporate rep on the phone apologize profusely and told me how embarrassed and ashamed he was of their conduct and that he was noting the account. He also advised me not to go to that store again but instead to try to find another store nearby. This is the store in Waxahachie at 895 Highway 77. Im not especially pleased with T-Mobile but after this incident at their local store Im absolutely appalled.

Bad service in my area. They sent me a box to help service. I discontinued service because service was still bad and returned box. That box got lost in P.O. mail. I have showed proof of mailing box back.They say they dont have it so I owe $360. I am not responsible for that box, but they sent me to collections!!!!I have never had a COLLECTION ACCT.So far have sent registered mail proof copies from P.O. working to correct this since. November 2019To no avail

I am here now one hour waiting on two employees doing nothing or looking like they are working haven’t even ask me if I need help I have been standing here just looking at them to see when they will even see that Iam standing like 3 feet away from both of them I guess they are just waiting for me to leave and believe me I want to leave I just need to return a electronic 😡otherwise I would of left a 50 minutes ago.

Upgraded from LG Stylo 4 to iphone 11...

Learned my lesson after leaving Tmobile for Verizon. Payed way more for less. Verizon data speeds were much slower and coverage in my area was worse. I now have 2 lines with unlimited everything compared to 1 line with 5g of data from Verizon for less. Christina was wonderful in helping me and my daughter.

Timex Family Connect-Do not buy this watch, do not even accept as gift. We purchased this for my 6 year old son as a Christmas Gift, he was very excited to receive it. However after wearing it for 1/2 the day and washing his hands once it no longer works. The store in Waxahachie was absolutely helpless in this matter. Nothing they could do because of the insurance. ITS A KIDS WATCH IS IT NOT SUPPOSED TO GET WET??????? THAY SAID ITS WATER RESISTANT BUT NOT RATED WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.

Honestly, I have been in the store multiple times and treated the same. I am a T-Mobile customer for decades and love the T-Mobile that is in De Soto. I get excellent customer service THERE, possibly because they are used to a more diverse crowd. But here, my brown face - with a veterans cap on will sit at the door completely ignored until I interject myself into someone’s day . I feel like I am interrupting the customer service reps here more than I’m actual a customer of T-Mobile. If you match this description at all, your best bet is to go to DeSoto.

Am changing to Verizon...went to the waxahachie store last week on Tuesday evening. Was told by the sales lady that my phone was still under warranty and she ordered me a new phone like the one I have...I wanted to buy a different phone for 500.00 but none in stock...also no cases in stock for new phone on the way...got my notice that the new phone was in...drove all the way out there and was told I couldnt get the replacement phone unless I wanted to pay for the new phone...my screen has a small crack in it which was there last week...very frustrating that sales people are so poorly trained that it cost customers time and wasted gas to the store...

Came on a Sunday to get a new phone and store was closed. Store hours say 11am-6pm and I arrived at 1pm. Not professional at all. At least put a sign up saying why youre closed. Thank you for wasting my time and gas. Thank goodness gas is cheap.

Poor customer service! I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service I recieved here on 3-1-2017 at 11:45 am. The staff at this store didnt offer me a loaner phone untill my new one arrived! I will never return to this establishment, I will drive 20 miles to a different store, and receive much better service.

T-mobile is not to be trusted, they fraudulently opened an account in my name when I only came in for pricing.The manager and customer service promised to clear everything, they did nothing, liars and or incompetent.1year and 9 months later I am still getting collection calls and the run-around from t-mobile.
