I think that I would have lost my mind if Sean Patterson hadn’t helped me!!! I had four phones and two iPads, and fourteen million passwords and Sean just worked with all of us and spent a lot of time making everything perfect. He was so friendly, nice, made light of the stress as we tried to conjure up passwords. He put our glass on the phones and helped us with the cases, he even let me mom pick out her favorite pop socket from a pile of glittery choices. Sean made all of it better, really, and patience beyond reproach. This is why I have always come to Cellular Sales of Waxahachie, for years!

My experience at this Verizon Store was perfect. It mattered to me that our sales rep, Sean Patterson, took the necessary time to gather and to order all the products we bought. Excellent job!

This location has caused us multiple issues and Verizon has been zero help to resolve them. We have basically had to pay two bills over $500 because the staff couldn’t get the promotions done correctly and corporate had to redo them but resulted in the “credit” being charged back when we’re supposed to get a larger one. I fully regret coming back to Verizon after all this.

Miss jana (I know- same name...odd!) was simply amazing! She broke everything down on paper showing us how we can save money on our plan, as well as new phones! She knew so many details... Answered all our questions, and even told us about our bill and why it would be a little higher the first month. She even. Told us if there were ANY issues to contact her IMMEDIATELY so she could resolve with acct mgr. Showed us every detail of our new phones, and even a few tricks that were pretty impressive. This gal TRULY KNOWS HER STUFF! To top it off, shes very funny, witty, and engaging. Highly recommend this store and jana by FAR above anyone else!!
