I brought my fleet vehicle in for a tire repair. After diagnostic it was not repairable which resulted in full replacement. Chris and Mike worked diligently with my fleet company to obtain the necessary approvals. It took a little longer than usual but they were in contact with me throughout the process until the job was completed. Mike and Chris were outstanding and truly care about their customers!!

Kris helped out of real bind when a tire unexpectedly had some issues. Great experience overall. He fit us into a full schedule so we could make our way home from a wedding in the area. Amazing customer service beyond 5 star! Had to get some new tires and called in a spoke to Kris. He ordered my tires ahead of time and was there waiting for me when I arrived from another state. Time was of the essence and Kris and his team came thru. I will be referring business to them!

Zero stars. I had an appointment at 10:30am for a simple fix of a slow leak in a tire. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:30am. Called at 12:45pm and was told they hadnt looked at the car yet. They wasted my time. I got tired of waiting and picked up my vehicle at 2:30pm and was told Sorry, we wont be able to get to your car today. Thanks for telling me that 5 hours later! They could have communicated this earlier. Whats the point of an appointment if you dont stick to it? I dont recommend this place.

Went to Goodyear Webster on Thompson Rd after finding a large bolt in my tire. Took less than 30 minutes and under 20 bucks for them to complete a permanent repair. Professional and personable. Highly recommend.

The guy that looks like my nutsack never checked the appointment made online then made up excuses on why itd take to long anyways. Ill gladly give my money to someone else.

I have been to this location many times yet every time I come back they have to re enter all my info. I dropped my van off today for routine service at 11am. I was told it should be ready in about an hour and a half. I arrive back at the service center at 2 PM and the service person came out from outback and said they needed to finish up my paperwork before they could check me out. So after four hours of having my vehicle it still wasn’t ready for a regular service I told them when I first checked in at one of the tires kept going low and needs to be looked at when I asked about the tire when I picked it up person who checked me out was not the same person who checked me in and said oh I didn’t know anything about that you’re going to be new needing new tires soon anyway so just run it for now until you need new tires.

It doesnt matter if Im buying new tires, using the road hazard warranty or using my unlimited alignments, they treat me professionally with respect and as a priority. They have excellent communication on each step and get the job done in a very timely manner. Its the only place I bring both my personal and company vehicles.

Kris and his team at Goodyear helped me tremendously! I bought a RV nearby in the Webster Mass area and I am in the DC area.The RV was brought in by the seller and Kris took possession and fixed all of the items needed to get me on the road back to Washington DC. New tires, belt, oil change, front brakes. He kept the RV an extra few days until I could get up to get it which was greatly appreciated.If I could give him and the shop 10 stars I would! Great service! I traveled from Cape Cod to Oxford to test drive a truck, and was able to get an appointment with Tyler at Goodyear Auto Service in the knick of time for a presale inspection. He was thourough, and explained everything in detail that he found wrong with the truck. I was handed a huge bargaining chit thanks to this shop and the helpful staff. I didnt buy the truck, and Im glad I was able to make that decision without doubt.

Zero stars!!! Made an appointment with them days before bringing my vehicle in for a oil change. Brought the vehicle in and after waiting 15 minutes in the lobby with no one to welcome you, a guy finally came out and ask what I would like done and I told him I had a appointment to get my oil changed. He entered my info and told me it would be pretty quick. I told him I live down the road just call me when it was done. Two hours later I went back and the car hadn’t been touched yet. I went in and asked how much longer and the guy said sorry the guy took his lunch break you’re next. So I left and then came back two hours later again and the car still had not been touched and when I asked why it seemed they had forgot about it and said I was next . I then just asked for my keys back. Scheduled my day around this appointment and it was a waste of over 4.5 hours.

The manager, Chris, and the crew always deliver great service. Chris especially, goes the extra mile to insure that you’re completely satisfied. Goodyear in Webster is the only place that I go with any tire problem. It’s a shame that I can only give 5stars, deserves more.

Will never take my car back there again! Kept my car overnight didnt even call me to ask if they could keep it only to tell me the next day they couldnt fix it! Everytime I bring it in to be fixed they seem to sell me other products tires breaks but can never fix the actual problem! Disappointing be aware!!

This is the third time ive been here in a year for oil changes only and i love coming here for that!!! I always make a appoimtment online to ensure i can have my vehicle serviced at a time that best suits me and ive never had a issue!!! Very friendly price is fair for a oil change, the waiting area inside is comfortable and theres coffee available as well as restroom access close by. They are fast and always polite!!!! I will continue to come here for my oil change needs.. I def reccomend making your appointments online because they are a very busy place and its hard for them to fit you in as a walk in being they are busy!!! They are not a auto repair garage so if thats what your looking for i think you should find a mechanic that works on your make and model of vehichle. I think people get confused that this is a basic tire oil and simple maintance ppace and not a fix all garage .. Do your research before posting bad reveiws about places that dont fix your car issues!!!! . they are great about helping there customers and will work hard to help you with your car vare needs. .. I hate the person that walks in last minute with a list of problems and issues you want them to fix and look at and to get it done in 30 mins!!! I sit and wait while my car is serviced everytime and listen to customers rant and rav about there car that has 22 different issues and how they need it done now!!!! Its unrealistic .. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not going to touch the car for over an hour after the appointment time? I can go elsewhere and get my oil changed in 30-45 minutes without an appointment, not double that at this place.

Had a road emergency today and Chris went out of his way to help as he always does.

I have been working a lot lately and have not had time to get my oil change. I was about 700 miles over due and I stopped in on July 4th. At first they said they were booked for today and then he said wait a minute went in back and came out and said they will squeeze me in. So impressed they went above and beyond. Well always go there now.

I had an issue with my car one night and pulled right in about an hour before they closed. The clerk let me drop my car off for the night and let me stay until I had someone to come and pick me up, they even offered me a ride home in one of the company cars. Every time I go here, the service is wonderful and even when I struggled with trying to pay my bill for a few weeks, they gave me finance options because of the emergency I had with my vehicle.My vehicle always comes back exactly how I dropped it off and they provide free services such as topping off fluids (windshield wiper, ect) and they always work with me step by step.Patrick is a really cool person who has helped me before.

They replaced a perfectly good belt because they said it was causing the noise my car was making. I drove away and it still made the screeching sound. Then they told me it was the transmission and they couldn’t do anything about it.

Awesome crew, had a problem with my tire from a screw up from another tire place. Patrick greeted me right away and was able to have one of his guys squeeze me in during appointments. Honest guys and not going to try and charge for unneeded parts. I’ll be back thanks guys!

Good service from Goodyear. My telephone conversation covered the choice of tires and the other service. I was promptly greeted by a service manager. My job was done while I waited in a comfortable place with complimentary coffee. Rest room was very clean.

My wifes tire was getting flat every couple days and I wasn’t sure what was causing it. I did make an appointment for a new one and John called saying to bring the tire in and see if it can be fixed. Although I was told there was no appointment scheduled they still squeezed me in to check the tire which I was grateful for. I also like that instead of trying to have me purchase a new tire they were willing to try and find the fix first. They were able to fix it at no cost which is awesome. Got a call from Patrick letting me know it’s all set. I never write reviews but when good things like this happen I have to.

Took a day off from work to get 2 tires installed. Worked Friday and Saturday driving with horribly balanced front wheels. Went back on Sunday at 11am. Manager Ben said he was booked solid and couldn’t take 15 minutes to correct MY problem. I stated it was his problem. He acknowledged that their machine was broken this week due to a bad balancing cone. I had to drive 20 miles to another Goodyear to get the tires rebalanced properly. I guess they don’t do any calibration before destroying new tires. Very poor customer service even after recognizing it was their equipment problem. Incredibly poor customer service. Do the job right the first time. You’re a tire center. Idiots.

Great service not your average garage they were friendly no pressure got my car fixed and made another app.to get more done instead of having a huge bill due.

I woke up Sunday morning to find that after parking my jeep in the barn all night I had a flat tire. I immediately suspect I ran over something as this wouldnt be the first time I picked up a nail in the barn. I pulled it off and brought it over to Goodyear as they were one of only a few places open on Sunday. I was asked to leave the tire as they were busy and they would call when it was done. This was at 10 AM. Come 4:45 PM no call and they close at 5. I call them and they tell me it will be done by the time I get there, come on in to get it. I get there just as the lights are being turned off. I pay my ~ $25 and am told it was a broken bead. Im a touch suspicious but hey, their the experts. I bring it home and put it back on the jeep. The next morning it is completely flat.So, I pull it off and head down to Petes on Main street. His guy immediately finds a chunk of metal (old partial nail likely) in the tire and plugs it. No charge.I call Goodyear that morning and tell them my story; they say they will call me back. They do, but not until the next day. They offer me a refund, and I take it. Im thinking, OK, honest mistake, After going down there twice I finally get the right guy who can give me the refund and I get a snide remark about them having done the work but I get the refund. Very unprofessional. Fact is his guy didnt even check if the tire held air after his non repair and Im supposed to pay for that? I dont think so. We dont pay them NOT to fix the problem. This was not a diagnostic nightmare we are talking about. They rushed the job after having the item for 6 + hours, botch it, and then give me the snide remark? They wont see me again.I posted an abridged version of this review on their website. Well see if they actually post negative reviews.

I always get my oil changed here. All the guys are super nice and they get your services to your car done quickly. Its best to make an appointment in advance so you dont have to wait long.

My son brought his truck in to have the front end check out and to balance his tires. They told him his struts were bad and the steer rack was junk and wanted 1200 + to fix it. We took to Monroe. They found nothing wrong with either and the messed up the balance putting way too many weights on it. The guys at Monroe were laughing their a**** off. The problem with it was the alignment saved a bunch of money. The guys a goodyear tried taking my son for a ride. Dont trust their diagnoses.. Save a bunch

Went there at 5:15 pm on a Sunday for a quick oil change. They advertise their open until 6 pm Sundays. Bays were empty and mechanics hanging out at customer waiting area. I was told that they were closing in 10 minutes and they couldnt do it. They advertise they close at 6:00 pm on Sundays and it was exactly 5:15 pm. A 10 minute oil change with no other customers there. Mechanics sitting around customer waiting area and work bays empty. Dont advertise you are open until 6:00 pm on Sundays, when you cant even do a 10 minute oil change at 5:15pm!!

I call ahead and they get me in right away, they have an awesome web site to make appointments so you know how long it will take, and offer a customers ride home if its will be more then an hour. I Highly recommend this place

I went here last weekend for an oil change, tire rotation, differential fluid check and an alignment check. I tell them I suspect the differential as the car has 120k on it and I hear a gear whirring type noise coming from the back so I just wanted them to check the differential fluid. I pick up my car, the only thing they did was the oil change and tire rotation. They said they forgot the alignment check and they werent sure if they could service the differential and would have to come back the next Saturday when their expert is there. They also said they couldnt hear any odd noises (I have a badly warped rotor that clunks when you brake, cant miss it) So I make the appointment for today, a week later, telling them that I must wait for it as I have nobody to pick me up. Today I show up and they said it would be 4+ hours before they could get to me and they still arent sure they can service it...... All with an attitude. Then they said I could bring it back in yet another day. I got home, lifted my car up on jacks and low and behold, a drain plug and a fill plug that should be super easy to get to with a lift.... This place is incompetence at its best.

I made an appointment for an oil change using their online appointment maker and even got an e-mail confirmation for the appointment. When I arrived to the counter at 9 the worker had trouble looking me up and said it could take 5 or more hours and that I had people in front of me. I asked what the purpose of an appointment was if it was to be ignored and his excuse was that their online system sucks and next time I should call. No apology, no offer to get me in sooner. I will never return, as I drove 10 minutes to SpeeDee in Auburn and got it done in 15 minutes for the same price and they were friendly. Glad I dodged the Goodyear bullet.

Recently went to get an oil change done was actually cheaper to do it there rather than to do it myself. Would have cost me close to $80 to do it myself but only cost me $65 to have them do it for me. Im a real cheapo. Excellent service. Had to drop it off because they were super busy. Got a call to come get the car within 30 minutes of dropping it off

Made an appointment online for a tire rotation balance and alignment they called me at 4 hours and 40 minutes later saying they just took a look at my vehicle. And it needed 1800 dollars worth of work. A portion of it is justified but I could buy the part for 321$ and they were charging 900 hundred in parts and with labor would be 1200. The other 600 was for my front struts which I had just done 10,000 miles ago and replaces with billstien 4600 shocks and eibach springs the billstiens are also still within warranty. I then witnessed the manager tell a woman we’ve done your alignment but as far as the rest of the work there’s some parts that need replacing otherwise they’ll break. He then tells her the caster and camber bolts need to be replaced...how was the alignment done with broken caster and camber bolts or ones that would break. So after my phone call back saying my steering rack and struts need replacing. I told them not to bother with either or the alignment and just to rotate and balance tires. This took them 2 hours after my phone call telling me I needed extra work. So 6 hours in total a couple lies later with an appointment made I got my truck back I marked my tires before hand and they weren’t even rotated although I was charged and had asked for it done. Worse then the stealership they shouldn’t give managers bonuses on how much they upsell cause they clearly do this will absolutely tell everyone I know to avoid this Goodyear and would give 0 stars if possible thanks for the waste of time.

Man o man. The words i have for good year. I brought my car in for a front end alignment and 2 tires. Got my car back same day. Few days later my car making a weird noise. So i call them multiple times and they beat around the bush. “O we have no idea what you are talking about.” The sound was like my break pads are bad. So about 2 weeks later the noise has gotten bad. I call them again and say hey you guys did something to my car im not payin for you to look it over. I get my car towed there. These uneducated mechanics broke my caliber and break line on a rountine front end alignment. Then proceed to wanna charge me over 800 plus dollars for the damage they have caused. I would never ever trust this company again in the town of Webster, MA. They are among the rudist and sloppiest workers and business i have ever gone to. I suggest everyone in the town of Webster, MA to never go there and id never ever recommend this compay to anyone. Id give the zero stars but that doesn’t exist. Because be bad mechanics shouldnt be mechanics at all.

Day 1 of my family road trip from Maine to DC and lost my brakes due to a botched repair by a different shop in Maine. These guys were open on Sunday, fit my car right in and went to work. It took a couple hours to find the .50 cent parts my other mechanic failed to replace, but tgey drove around till the got it & fixed the brakes right. Only charged $50 for their time. Very fair! Thanks guys!

Called to check what time it closes. When I arrived the person tells me theres no tech, over the phone you only asked about the time and and if we take credit cards i wonder why he wouldnt mention that on the phone before I drove 25 miles to get there. Why else would I be calling if not for service!

I went in on Sunday business hours read 9am to 6pm it was 1.30.I walked out back to see 5 guys standing around doing nothing.I told them had a flat tire to be plugged.They told me couldnt do it today and i had to drop tire off because it would take 2 hours to fix.The tire staff must be inept, i brought the tire to Bjs tire center in Auburn and they fixed it in 20 minutes.Vulcanized patch and rebalanced.I will never go to Goodyear tire center in Webster Mass again.
