Call and they said it would take 24-48hrs get to car to diagnose it. Bought my sister car here to get fixed, The brakes sounded like metal on metal. They told me whomever did the brakes I should take it back because it wasnt done right. They didnt specify exactly what was not done right just that I need to return it to where it came from. Literally a waste of my time here. At least their team is nice and waiting area is clean
This place has some of the nicest employees. The wait times can be a bit long but you are always updated in the status of your vehicle.
When I purchased the (December 2019) “new” vehicle I waited a month for it to come in, it had over 1K miles on it. It had 8 miles until empty and the back was covered in white scratches(that knew I’d cover). I left the lot on my birthday and attempted to go to military training when the tire blew. Upon attempting to use roadside assistance I was advised I didn’t have it when I was told it was in the package I signed up with. Now the vehicle began to switch in to 4 wheel drive randomly. I took the vehicle up there and drop it off July 23. I received a couple text only for them to tell me they were still evaluating it, however they believe nothing is wrong. Now (since last Thursday) they will not return call, text and for some reason no one at the dealership answers the phone.
Have the oil change, tire rotation deal. In and out quickly. They even washed my truck. Nice waiting area and service people were nice.

Find another place to have your vehicle serviced!!!! I took my car in for 5 recalls. Service advisor lacks basic communication skills. I got no updates and had to keep calling to get any information on when it would be ready. Then of course they found a problem that’s not part of recalls and I agreed to have it repaired for $465. Finally get to take the car home after 5 days in the shop and now I have a light coming on that was never an issue before. I take it back to the dealership and wait 2 days, still no communication so I call again. This time it will be $315 to fix the new problem. Ummm NO, not going to happen. I picked up my car and I will NEVER return to this dealership again. It’s a shame after buying 4 vehicles throughout the years this is how they treat you!
Our first time owning and servicing our Pacifica Touring L. Brandon got us in and put for a reasonable amount for the work being done. Super satisfied and will continue to bring out van in here to him as long as we own it.
They initially gave us an estimate of 1 week to complete warranty work. After a week they said we needed to approve 6 hours of work before they could even call the warranty company. $900 out of pocket in hopes that the warranty company would pay for it. I reluctantly approved the initial work and checked back 9 days later and they still hadnt started on it! Now Im out $150 for the initial assessment and weve been without a car for over 2 weeks. Now Im taking it somewhere else to start the process over. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE (unless you have several cars and dont mind being without one of them for weeks at a time while constantly being lied to).

Brought my jeep wrangler in for warranty work on an oil leak. Took them over 4 weeks to fix it. No real reason given. Asked to speak to the service manager, was sent to a voice mail box. 10 days later and still have not received a call back. Will never bring my jeep back here again. Take my advice and either go somewhere else or be prepared to call everyday to keep up with status of your car.

These people voided a lifetime max care warranty for reasons that were never in the original agreement. They are requiring $1000 worth of work to be done before they contact chrysler to attempt to “reinstate” the warranty. I really feel as though they are willing to compromise the integrity of your vehicle if it means they can make an extra buck. Please go elsewhere or don’t buy a jeep, dodge, or chrysler.
Very unprofessional, they never put air in my tires or wash my car like they say they will. They had me schedule a recall and drop my car off for a whole day and never did the recall due to they have a limit on parts they can order. They were suppose to call when part came in but never did and its been since 2018 not to mention this happen again today.
Please avoid this place. The service people are not honest, and their management team is complacent. Our vehicle was sent there from a third party, the service people kept promising it would be ready by a certain day and time, and that their work is guaranteed! This was not the case.They extended the repair time, FIVE times! Each time the excuse was sketchy and conflicted with what was said before. I really expected to hear that a dog ate the part at one point. I asked the speak to a manager, was transferred to a voicemail, and never heard from them.Vehicle had problems less 10k miles later, same fiacso all over again. The problem was NOT their fault, even though other mechanics said it was. Brought it back to them b/c they said they would fix it as part of their warranty, then they charged me. Actually, spoke to a supervisor, manager couldnt come out of her office, he never addressed any of the issues, and made excuses for his lack of knowledge. Do NOT take your vehicle here!
I would highly recommend you purchase elsewhere. We purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass in February and negotiated a spare tire into the deal. To this date we have not received that tire. Weve given the runaround every time we have called or gone personally into the dealership. Our salesman Devante has given us so many excuses that at this point I dont believe we will ever get the tire. They are in the business of making commission only not actually servicing the client. If you purchase from here make sure you walk out with everything you agreed upon because they cant keep their word once you drive off the lot.
We came in because the online price was significantly lower than competitors. We called ahead to make sure the price would stay the same when we came - they couldn’t give us a final price over the phone but the manager guaranteed no hidden fees. 1.5 hrs drive later, and 3 hrs sitting at the dealership and there were hidden fees!! A waste of our weekend! Not to mention, the salesman lacked enthusiasm and didn’t even acknowledge the time and effort to visit this dealership + giving them an opportunity for our business.When we decided not to purchase, the salesman literally walked away without saying thank you for our time, bye, etc.Not impressed and would recommend not wasting your time. The online price does not reflect in store prices.

You’re better off going 10 minutes down the road to Ron Carter. The service department is beyond slow and the salespeople are incompetent. Also, no one ever seems to be available to answer the phone. Typical dealership.
Can safely say I will probably never buy a car here. Inventory is astronomically overpriced, staff is not knowledgeable at all, and its the typical high pressure setting that everyone loves at car dealerships. Had a poor Hellcat sitting outside in the elements completely filthy with the stripes peeling off of it. Thats all I needed to see. Ended up taking my business to Ron Carter Dodge in Alvin.
Superior customer service! I took my vehicle in for service, from appointment setting, drop off, complimentary shuttle service (waited less than 4 min), to pick up and quality of worked performed, I highly recommend this dealership!
I will never return for service here. I went for 2 things, was charged nearly $1000, and neither of those 2 things was actually fixed. I have already tried to speak with them about it and got nothing in return, so I am just cutting my losses and know better now.
Purchased a vehicle form them and sales price stated one price but when I finally received the contract about 10 days later it had a totally different sales price. After reviewing the contract I sent an email to one person in particular and ccd 2 others. It has been months since I purchased the vehicle and still have not received a call back or response to my emails.

I dropped off my 2018 Ram for recalls and an ABS sensor issue. I had to deal with probably the worst service advisor I’ve ever had to deal with. He was argumentative and simply just rude.The only reason that I left 3 stars Was because I spoke to the Service Manager Ms. Boyd who was extremely polite and helpful and listened to my complaints.The service advisor I dealt with refused to return calls or texts. Be careful who you deal with in service as an advisor at Clear Lake Dodge, I know I will!
I took my vehicle for recalls and they assisted me in a timely manner. They were very friendly and called for a ride to pick me up.
I went in a spoke with a salesman. Told them what my price range was and the maximum amount I was willing to pay for my monthly payment. Long story short, showed me vehicles out of my price range with monthly payments double what I wanted. Complete waste of time.
