Great customer service from both associates i had contact with today very knowledgeable and went out of their way to resolve the problem I had with my phone.

Kerry was a great help when I switched my service today. I am looking forward to a smaller monthly bill with unlimited data and hotspot on all of my lines to boot!!!

I originally went to a cricket store in north Providence (as I was there for work) to switch my service and they pretty much gave up on me because there was an extra step that required them to call my provider to get the number released and they didn’t really make me feel welcome. The employees at this store were very friendly,helpful and welcoming and took all the extra steps to make sure my number was ported and even waited on hold for a while to do so. Had a problem with my data not working after I switched and they fixed that too. A+++

I went to cricket today and meant shania and angel amd edwin. Shania was so helpful and wonderful she helped me with everything and helped me with saving me money and got me all my accessories with both my new phones stylo 6s. I didnt just leave happy i left ecstatic. They were absolutely wonderful there i left my other company to switch to them and im so happy i did it was a great time and if you come here to you wint be disappointed. Just come right in and they will make you right at home and u will leave with a new phone and money still in ur pocket and hey who knows maybe you will leave with some new friends like me take my word for it dont delay come by today
