After the screen on my iPhone 7 cracked after one too many drops, I was referred to Mobile Rescue for a replacement screen. I called and explained my problem to Bobby on the phone and he said I could come in any day from 10-7 for the repair. Thus began an incredibly frustrating 2 weeks after which...my screen is still cracked. I showed up at the store on THREE different occasions during business hours to find the store closed, one time with a sign on the door saying out to lunch and the other times the store was just closed. I started calling in advance of my stopping by the store and for days the phone just rang and rang, nobody picked up. Finally I called again on a Thursday and once again spoke to Bobby. I expressed my frustration and he apologized and advised me to come to the store in the afternoon on Sunday when he would get in the appropriate screen protector for the iPhone 7. On Monday I showed up at the store at 10am (opening hour) and the store was closed. I went to the library with my daughter and at 11:30 I called to confirm the screen protector had arrived. Bobby informed me that he did not have the screen protector as promised. I told Bobby he had lost my business. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Go elsewhere! I did call Mobile Rescue in Avon as a second opinion and learned that the different stores are owned by different people/managers. The employee in Avon said I dont know what goes on in West Hartford, its not very good.Save yourself a ton of hassle and headache and avoid Mobile Rescue in West Hartford.

Got my phone diagnosed at a different repair place, then came here and they gave me a REASONABLE price! I told them I needed it done today for work and they even stayed late to finish my phone. I will recommend them to everyone!

I work nearby and went in today to have my iPhone 7 screen replaced since it was cracked. I was amazed at how good and fast of a job they did. The technician that worked on my phone was Gerard - very professional and explained everything to me. This was the second time I had my screen replaced - the first time was at a different place that did an awful job but Mobile Rescue was awesome in every way you could compare. No issues at all with the new screen. Will definitely go back here for any phone issues.

They took care of my phone quite well. They make sure everything is working properly and look for your approval. They also allow you to watch them as they work so you can get an idea for how the internal mechanism of your phone. Would come here again.

When unforseen shipping delays caused the repair of my Nexus 5 to be delayed I became frustrated and submitted a complaint. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within hours from the proprietor himself. He personally apologized, took the time to explain the issues that caused the delay and directly intervened to ensure that my issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. In an age where everyone likes to blame others for their errors, it was refreshing to see this level of attention to detail and dedication. Other businesses take note: a little integrity and consideration for your customers goes a long way! Exceptional customer service!! I dont really do negative reviews but these guys took a deposit up front, then their phone stopped working, their door was locked during business hours posted on the door, and I had to keep calling the southington branch to get anything done. I was trying to get a battery replaced. They said it would take five to eight business days to get the battery in on November 7. They finally got it in Jan 4, almost two full months later. I only know because I called them repeatedly. I received no contact at all after they took my money and as I said, it was the southington branch who I got any information from. I eventually got my money back from the southington branch after the replacement was unsuccessful. Very nice store manager there. He is a sole highlight and was upfront the battery replacement is difficult on the pixel line before he attempted it.

Ive always had exceptional customer service at mobile rescue, im excited to know theyre expanding. THEY FIX IT ALL .. phones, iPads, tablets ect.. theyll get you in & out of the store in no time. They also offer insurances for devices that are cheaper then most carriers. MOBILE RESCUE is where you HAVE to go !!!!!!!!!!

These guys are truly the worst. I brought in an Ipad with a cracked screen to be repaired. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that the new screen was not fully attached to the frame of the Ipad. When I showed this to the guy at the counter he told me that there was frame work that needed to be done and I could take it as is or pay additionally to have it fixed correctly. I told him that was unacceptable and they needed to fix it for the quoted price. They finally agreed. When I went to pick my Ipad the second time, there was a big smudge of dirt under the screen. When I pointed it out, they agreed to clean the smudge. When I went to pick up my Ipad for the third time, there was a large scratch in the new screen. I gave up and it took home as is. They take no pride in their work and do a terrible job.
