Colby at this Verizon Bishops Corner location saved me from my phone nightmares. Thank you, Colby!I had planned to hold onto my phone for years, then dropped it and had no choice but to get a new phone. Colby was helpful in every way. He did NOT try to oversell me on a phone. He listened and assisted based on my needs, not his potential commission. In addition to being patient and assisting with my phone selection process, Colby also was patient and empathetic while trying to help me salvage all my precious personal info from my old phone. As if that werent enough, I had to leave at one point. When I returned, I had a very active little one with me. Colby (& other customers) found creative ways to help me keep this busy bee engaged while still handling all the tedious phone transfer stuff and Colby was conversant and pleasant all the while. As I finally was ready to leave Verizon after rounds 1 & 2, realizing my hands were full with Verizon bags, child bags and yet another bag, Colby helped me piggyback the toddler out to my car. How very kind! Colby could not have been more kind and more helpful. If you visit this location, ask for Colby. Great guy!

He answered all the questions I asked and was able to help me save some money as well. As a collage student I was very grateful for that. He is a nice man who knows his facts. Verizon is a great.

I had a really bad experience at this store and do not recommend you go here. I specifically said I did not want a more expensive plan. I came home to find out that was the plan I was enrolled in instead of the starter unlimited. I had to go back there that night to get it fixed. I was told I had to sign up for insurance for the phone. I told them I did not want insurance and they said it was required but I could cancel after a month. I called Verizon customer service that night and they said that wasn’t true and removed the insurance for me. I was told I would be eligible for two Verizon gift card rebates for the two lines I was signing up for and just found out I’m not eligible for them after the rebate center denied them. I would never go back to this store again.

Gabe and Ryan were absolutely amazing! They took extra time and made sure we were happy with everything. Very knowledgeable, very patient and the best customer service. So happy we switched from sprint to Verizon! I can’t say enough good things about these two!

Great experience! Verizon needs to invest more money into this store. Damien obviously cares about his clients (and his team at the store). We came in at 6pm... they close at 8pm. In switching from a different carrier to Verizon, our appointment took a while... new phone for me, kept the wifes phone... keep the same numbers for both... etc. Damien spent the time necessary and was very patient. He was also able to multi-task and help his team members when they needed assistance with their clients. My process went past 8pm, and Damien stayed the extra time, after closing, to make sure things were done as best as possible.

Anthony Cooper made my experience amazing. I spent 3 hours in this store trying to fix an old phone, realizing it wasnt ​possible, settling for a new phone, and setting everything up. Those 3 hours went by quickly and I am so satisfied with the service and all of the advice he gave me. This store environment was also one of the best environments Ive ever been in. Mr. Cooper was the BEST representative of Verizon Ive ever been assisted by and this store set me up perfectly. From now on, its the only Verizon I will go to for any of my troubles.
