The last thing I wanted to do at dinner time was go to the the store to get our phones upgraded but Trey welcomed us right away and we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. His customer service skills are off the charts - he is warm, friendly, well spoken and just an all around hard worker and nice human! We also met another associate by the name of Gary who offered any extra help Trey needed- loved the teamwork and fun these two were having with us!
I had a phenomenal experience at this At&t store. I stop in just looking for a phone & plan. Felix was very informative about the products and services. He helped me step by step with the whole process. Also he was very kind and informative. I left not just with a phone but also an At&t tv!!My overall experience was wonderful!!I highly recommend this At&t store!!
My experience at this particular AT&T Store was phenomenal. Felix helped me each step of the way and the store manager was kind, informative and professional. I’m not great with technology and they talked me through each step and were patient and informative. They gave me a list of my options and were terrific to work with. I can’t recommend them enough if you need an iPhone or any other technological assistance that they offer. Highly recommend. You won’t go wrong. And it’s local and Bishops corner near Marshall’s. Very convenient.

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help; as well as concerned when I shared with them the horrible experiences I had with various AT&T call centers and website earlier that week. I expected my trade-in process to be tedious and frustrating but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. I even worked for AT&T Wireless back in the early 00s, and I havent had a more pleasant experience in an AT&T store. Great team, great experience.

I have been coming to the West Hartford store since the IPhone 5 days. This has been the most inform able purchase since my start. I was explained the difference between the latest phones and the salesman was able to clear up my account for the items that were not beneficial to me. The experience has been one that I have not had in a long time

Tim was amazing! He got me a new phone for a great price plus was beyond polite and helpful. Guys like Tim are the reason I switched from Verizon. As a USMC veteran respect and common courtesy go a long way. Everyone in this store was beyond polite, attentive and really took their time answering all of my questions. I just moved back to the area and ATT employees have always been polite and helpful but Tim is an absolute all star. I’ll only go back to the west Hartford store and deal with Tim!
Went to take advantage of the trade in offer. When I received my phone to my house, I just put my trade phone in the box that the new phone came and dropped off at USPS. I had asked if I could just bring the phone back to the store and was told no due to liability reasons. I call ATT to check on the status of the trade and they were not able to find any record that a trade in was made and was also told I wasn’t supposed to return phone using the return label included in the box from new phone. Never did anyone tell me that I was supposed to await email or request a “return kit” now, my phone has been shipped to the wrong department and I have no idea when I’m supposed to receive credit for it. Absolutely ridiculous. I then contacted ATT in Manchester and they were able to accept my other trade in right in store.

I had to return a gift which was an accessory I purchased in the store. I did not have a receipt or the box. Although they would not replace my accessory free of charge, we came to a very fast and equitable manner in which to resolve this. It appears they have new staff and my interactions were nothing short of professional courteous and quite fair. My hats off to the manager who took great care of me. Awful store.I picked up a new phone and wanted to pay for it in full in store so I didn’t have a bill, but they said that’s not possible due to policy. I called another store and they said I could have at least paid a $250 deposit which I was not offered. I asked the kid why I couldnt pay off the phone and he goes “I don’t know it’s policy” wow

Unhelpful. Trained to sell devices and equipment but not actually offer tech or account support. I handled everything over the phone with corporate after leaving. Staff was watching star wars and playing on their phones the entire time
I came to this AT&T ten minutes before they closed yesterday. Not only was I greeted by the friendliest staff i have ever met, not one of them seemed upset about me coming in before closing. Now normally i would never go to a store that is about to close, but this was an emergency situation that could not wait. A service rep named Alex went completely out of his way to help me out. Even when he knew my budget was low he did absolutely everything in his power to make sure by the end of the day I would have a working phone. All in all, 10/10 for the service and 10/10 for this being the best AT&T i have ever been to.Thank you AT&T at Bishops Corner, all the staff, and especially the homeboy Alex

Ive been dealing with cell phones and cell phone companies more than 10 years. Emily and Shawn were the best sales associates Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Associates in other stores should learn something from them. They were polite, professional, and friendly to not just me but everyone that walked in. Made me feel that much better about spending my money.
Shoutout to Steve/Steven! Have been coming to this location for more than 3 years now. Everytime I come in I always get good service. I came in today on my work break and Steve fixed my phone in like 30seconds using some sort of tech magic. I tried resetting it and fixing it myself for an hour but couldn’t do it. I was in and out in 5min and made it back to work on time. Very impressed and like always, was happy to come here.

Where can I start? I was lied to about a promotion and only realized that after spending several hours attempting to get a simple plan and two phones. The manager Patty was rude and unhelpful. They did not have the phone I wanted in-stock, even though its the center of a promotion right now.Overall, the salesmen were nice and tried their best, but the management - from inventory to promotions to supporting staff - was simply terrible and wasted my time. I left empty-handed, with no attempts at resolving my complaints.

I went to this location yesterday to switch from boost to at&t .. I had hard Time getting my account number from boost. . I almost give up .. then a guy from at&t store show me a trick step by step for how to get my account number from boost .. I try it and it work out really easy .. bottom line the staff at at at&t store is so frindley. . Helpful .. and they really know what to do .. specially Alex .. thanks

I thought it would be quick pick up at the store to grab a phone I pre ordered online. I thought wrong. When I walked in there were three reps each giving their pitch to three separate families. You would think these people were making a decision about their last meal or deciding to buy a house. About an hour into it I was ready to shoot myself than listen to another minute of these people decide whether to upgrade an IPhone 4. The store manager came out eventually and took my info and said it shouldn’t be long now, not very convincingly. I could not believe that the same 3 customers were the only ones still being helped and were in there before I got there. Mean time there was a customer who walked in and left because no one to help him. There were two other customers waiting for longer than me both told they would have to wait for a rep to free up. Finally one of the customers that was there for an hour and a half decided to come back in a few days and wait for the release of the new iPhone 6s. I was ready to take one of the demo phone and bash it into their skull. How are you going to sit there for an hour and a half and decide to come back and wait in line? I swear these people had no jobs or lives based on the fact that they had nothing better to during the middle of a day on a weekday. What do you just wake up in the A.M. and say I am going to go the store and learn about phones. The rep was actually a nice guy and they had my phone ready to go in less than 5 minutes of being helped. Having to wait that long for a pre ordered phone is incompetence on management’s part. They need to figure out a way to assist people more efficiently.

The salesman out right lied - one of the 6 phones on my plan broke. We went in and bought a new phone. The installment plan for that phone is $21.67 per month. The salesman said wait - I can put you on the unlimited plan since your a longtime customer and you will actually be saving money. When the bill came it went up the $21.67 PLUS $99.73!
I would put zero stars, but thats not possible. The other reviews about dishonesty and poor management are absolutely correct.While my experience was made more difficult by some technical issues the store is not at fault for, what prompted me to stay there for the 3+ hrs I was there is that they claimed a BOGO deal was ending today, rather than letting me deal with Equifax on my own time and come back the next day.After 3 hrs, when the options were stay longer and try again or come back tomorrow, the fact that we were now only an hour from closing changed their tune, and I was first told 1. that the deal actually ended tomorrow, 2. that the deal doesnt end tomorrow, they just say that because they never know when its going to end - its either there or its not, and 3. that the deal is scheduled to run through the end of next month, as far as they know.Then, on top of that, they only had one LG v30 in stock, even though theres a BOGO promotion - meaning to take advantage of the promotion, the store should have had at least two in-stock.When Equifax unfroze my credit report and the next couple of attempts still failed, I asked how we should proceed so that I could still get the BOGO deal (under the false impression that it was ending today) and they said there was no way to proceed until their network linked up with Equifax, and they couldnt guarantee me the price because the issue wasnt their fault. Then their lie spiraled out and the manager Patty stepped in only to worsen the situation by backpedaling, worsening the lie, cutting me off when I attempted to explain my issue and ask for remediation, and overall, wasting me time and not even offering me ANYTHING - no guarantee of price, no offer to make the issue smoother if I came back - NOTHING to make ATT, and this store in particular, any more appealing than a pile of garbage.
If I could put NO starts I would but in order to make the review I had to put one unfortunately. I have been with this phone company for over 2 years and I don’t know if this store is under new management but they made a lot of promises they did not keep and I’m switch to T- mobile ASAP my mother had this phone company and I was wondering why she switched and realized they are great sales people but ARE BIG FAT LIARS
They have long wait hours and are not quick to help customers..had to wait long time to get me assisted..they should speed up their work based on the customers in line..

I was lied to in the store about my billing for a new plan, charged more money then I was before. When returning to the store no one was interested in helping and told nothing we can do about it until contract is up.Very terrible customer service and lied too.
