The Staff here at the West Hartford Tmoble is great! They really went above and beyond to help me. I will only shop at this Tmoble ever!

Jovan was an absolute pleasure to work with, I was looking for a particular model of phone and he literally called all the other stores looking for it! If youre looking for T-mobile, this is where you should do your business!

Good service and very good people in the store

I called looking for a certain phone and they had it in stock, but only one. I asked if they could hold it for me at 11am, even offered to put money down. Dana said dont worry it will be there they arent busy today. I called to ask a question before I left to go get it and she said that they sold it. 👎👎👎

I had the pleasure of meeting the best customer service representives Elizabeth,Gloria,Maria and Eddie. Superior very Courteous and polite. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 15! They deserve a raise! It was a pleasure and an honor working with them.

Frustrated with other Sprint stores? COME HERE. Gloria (the manager) has a great crew whos on the ball, can fix all of your problems, takes you seriously, and generally has a laid-back attitude thats super calming. Years ago I almost left Sprint for bad customer service, but here they always know whats good and Ive been bringing my problems to them for years. Never once been disappointed.

A great customer service experience! Switched from AT&T and couldnt be happier!My plan is cheaper, I have a new phone now and I know I can always come into this store and get taken care of by the wonderful staff! Willing to recommend to friends and family is an understatement. Definitely skip the mall and go to this location!

My best experience at a sprint store, hands down. Visited noon on Saturday. Orane and Gloria spent a *lot* of time figuring out the best way to get the most out of the various plans for my wife and myself, and explained what they were doing the whole time. Great people, awesome having them help us out. 2 thumbs up recommend!

Worked with the manger Gloria, she is definitely someone to go see. Doesnt rest until she finds the answer for an question you have. Her and her amazing staff are 100% professional and will get you the best deal without question

I had a simple issue that got worse. After talking to Sprint over the phone I had to come in store. I didnt even know there was a store located in West Hartford. Anyway, they helped me, lowered my bill and ALL my information was transferred. I appreciate them for staying past work hours to help me. A great team!!!

Definitely a nice surprise! I had no idea that there was a store other than the mall in the West Hartford area, if I had known before i would have skipped all the headaches I had to deal with prior. The staff is extremely professional, they know exactly what theyre talking about, and always trying to save the customers money. I went in to upgrade, my plan was old and they put me on a new cheaper plan, got me into a new device, as well as a free tablet for an ongoing promotion, I was even able to switch my home phone service over for 20/mo. Id definitely be willing to recommend this store to anyone in the area as well as in CT as a whole.

I cant stand Westfarms and I almost cancelled Sprint until I came across this location. I gave them one more chance and surely they proved me wrong. Exceptional customer service, very knowledgeable representatives and I can say this store should be the model for Sprint PERIOD.

Been waiting here for 45min. It took 25 minutes for the 1 tech working to even acknowledged myself and 2 other members of my party. I think its about time for me to finally leave Sprint service. I think its time for me to shop around

If you want to spend half of your life waiting for help in changing carriers by all means check this place out. Staff assisting customers answer phones and are distracted. Staff hiding in back of store behind closed doors who miraculously come out when you dispute something. They sell extras for your new plan that are outrageously high. The phone cases I bought were $79 each! I am here now insisting that they reverse everything so Ican go back to Verizon. Not worth switching to Sprint. Customer service here is beyond AWFUL!!!

I recently switched from ATT to Sprint and folks at this store were great in guiding me through the process of changing service and upgrading phones very patiently. Especially Wendy and Gloria did a great job!! I would like to see Sprint giving the store managers more power so they can better serve their customers.Update: The coverage of Sprint is really poor. It is so bad that you cant even use it for calls. Audio cuts in and out even if you have signal bars. LTE/4G data is really poor too. I will be switching to some other carrier soon. Switching to Sprint was a big mistake.

I used to work for Sprint in Telesales, so to come into a store that helps you beyond their knowledge with the resources that I know they have I was impressed.

After having issues with one of our phones reception we brought it to the store numerous times while under warranty and were told there was morning wrong. Finally after the warranty had expired the reception got bad enough for this store to agknowlege a problem. They gave us two options, leave the phone with them for a day or so and they would try and repair it. This was not an option for s as we live far away and there was little faith they could do anything. The other option was to purchase insurance and wait a month with a non functioning phone to get a new one. Since this phone had been having issues they refused to agknowlege while it was under warranty this was not palateable either. When we informed the lady who identified her self as a manager of this she became rude and nasty to us. We left, called sprint customer service and told them what happened. Happy to say they made the situation right. This store has serious issues with customer service, I find it hard to believe the manager was not aware of the options that were available to us when we called, and her attitude was entirely unprofessional. Never dealing with this store again... No wonder sprint stores keep closing...

I called Sprint in Westfarms and they wouldnt help me over the phone. Then, I called Sprint in West Hartford and they not only helped me over the phone, but they transfered my data from my old phone to my new iPhone 6S, cut my bill in half from AT&T and I was very satisfied with their service. Great service, great people. #ByeByeATT
