I bought a truck here 2 years ago from Justin, who promised me new Weathertech Matts, never gave them too me, reached out today to sell me another vehicle, and then got mad when I asked him why he wanted my new address.
Need a car desperately. Happen to stop by there to check things out. Was met by an older gentlemen in a golf cart smoking a cig. I told him what Im looking for and the range I want to stay under since Im paying cash. He insisted on knowing what my exact budget is. I told him I didnt want to say because if the car is right I would try and make it happen. He did have a price to stay under. He said I cant help you have a nice day and drove off while it was still drizzling. Didnt even offer a ride back to the person I drove there with. Of course he also tried to convince me to finance. I just lost my job in January because of covid and just had my car totaled out by someone looking for their cell phone in on coming traffic, my lane. I told him that too. Not a great place to shop for a car.

Extremely dissatisfied with my last experience here. Very rude salespeople and inept service people. Ive leased 2 cars from this place over the years, but after my past experience- they will not be getting any more of my business.
I had 4 new Michelin tires installed, an all wheel allignment, oil & filters replaced, and a few other items taken care of. Ray had my Explorer ready to go later that same morning. The vehicle handles much better now. The tires were priced within a few dollars of the club store prices.
Think place is a great dealership, the salesman Manny is very nice and honest. I didnt find the vehicle I was looking for however I will hopefully purchase one from this dealership soon.

I did not receive the service as stated. My left tail light was still not working and my car was not washed as I was informed it would get washed.
I went in an update my navigation and they broke it and they wanted me to pay $600 to fix it
My wife and I just bought a new Ford Explorer from Al Packer Ford with the help Jason Salvador. Both he, Jason and the people in the dealership made this a very enjoyable experience. I’m 72 and have purchased many cars through the years and don’t remember a transaction that went so smooth. I strongly recommend Jason Salvador and the whole Al Packer team if you’re looking for a car.
I am not a fan of dealerships but this place is different. I have dealt with Kim Rogers and she is amazing and Michelle Marz she’s terrific. However I do not understand a couple of things in the quick lane. I had an oil change the beginning of August. I was told nothing other than the car is ready and the total. The last week of August I get a reminder for 45000 miles service....really? I was just there could we have discussed this then?. The end of August I get a notice from quick lane that my brakes show marginal wear may need replacement soon. Are you kidding me? Again I was just there. I just am at a loss for words. To have such wonderful experiences with the other departments and then this kind of lazy communication really has me second guessing my attempt to build loyalty to Al Packer Service. And you want me to stand in line outside the front door of the quick lane on a Saturday Morning one of my two days off again to get this kind of treatment?

Looking for honest car repair or anything related ...call the service department and ONLY speak to Stephen Thomas (service manager) he puts the customer first, isnt pushy, explains all in great detail and truly loves his job.
High prices, but its where you have to go for real Ford/motorcraft parts.I made an appointment for service, when I showed up a few minutes early for my appointment I was told the would be able to service my truck in 3-5 days totally disgusting service (why bother setting and making appointments if your not going to honor them. All i needed/wanted was a diagnostic that required the actual Ford diagnostic tool to run itWhen i got my truck 4 days later I had my doubts about if they actually used the tool to diagnose my truck I got a bill for $150 and a description of what they supposedly found no print outs from the diagnostic tool so I doubt they even did the work.

I have never bought a car here but both my wife and I get a car service at Packer, and we both have a pleasant experience. Neither of us has running J major problems at Al Packer Ford.
The people there are easy to work with. No pressure.
The guys in the Quick Lane especially the manager and older guy are always honest and work quick to accommodate.
