Owning a Black Label Lincoln Navigator I was expecting a better experience. My first service was simply an oil change, tire rotation and minimal inspection. It took 3 1/2 hours and the waiting room was a dump. See the picture of the chairs all torn up and peeling. A Lincoln is an upper tier vehicle. I expect a lot better treatment for a six figure price tag. Also my touch screen was freezing intermittently. I asked the service writer to look at that. I was told I would have to leave my vehicle for 2 - 3 days because they are so busy! At least make an attempt to look at it while its there for the oil change. If it cant be fixed or they dont find anything wrong then at least some effort was made, but that didnt happen. Overall a bad experience. If my next visit is this bad then they lost a customer in sales and service. I am sure Cadillac would like another customer...

Kim the service representative would get a five star for her kindness and professionalism. The service department a one star. Reason is I had a nine oclock service appointment for oil change, tire rotation and two tires balanced. 4.5 hours later I got my car as I waited, does that amount of time sound responsible to anyone. The two star is for service completed and car being washed.

From the time I called, and I explained to the receptionist the issue with my Navigator, I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation. She said, I’m going to transfer to Kim and she will take good care of you. She was right! Kim asked a bunch of questions and made sure she had all the information for her to get the issue resolved. I felt very confident that my Vehicle was in good hands. Kim also called me to up date me on the status. I don’t think there are enough stars that I can give to rate the two ladies that assisted me!I’m glad I bought my Navigator at Al Packer and I will go there for my next one.

Services always friendly and professional.I love the surprise of a clean car when I got it back! Very nice. I took one star away for a complaint which might be common in that I made an appointment for one time and then you arrive and you’re told it’s going to be a much later time for the actual service. Other arrangements would be made if that information was given at the time of the appointment. Always a good experience and they usually provide a car (even though I’m out of warranty) if it’s going to be a long wait but the rental car market is scarce...not their fault.

1st and foremost Kim in Service was outstanding and Mariela, high five too you as well. They both went above and beyond to accommodate and they should be cloned for customer service premier examples and definitions….zI would have given 5 stars to Lincoln service but, due to the fact, upon completion of service of them putting on a brake booster which was great. My car was there fir appx 5-7 days due to part delay. But, why was my car exterior filthy & service ordered stated it had been washed and it wasn’t. My interior white bling steering wheel cover had mechanic soot/black on it in various places. Once home, each tire rim had oil/ black substance on them too. It was discovered when my husband had to detail my MkZ at home later..Thanks too Kim &Mariela for getting me into a loaner/Lincoln .

Great communication, love that I can contact my service manager Kim by text. So convenient. Much better than the old days when I would leave messages for the previous manager did not get a return call for days later. They were not able to address all the issues unfortunately at one visit so I will need to return. Also I’ve noticed since they did some thing with the front strut that my steering wheel is left of center when driving straight. Will get this addressed on the next visit just wanted to make sure you were aware.

Moved from the North to Fl permanently. I have been going to Al Packer Dealership since 2014.Will say the old days, pre C-19 and pre new management where a very different level of service.Will say the staff follow-up was very good. Did what they said they would do. The spark is gone. One didn’t feel special to own a Lincoln. One felt lucky to get a # in a queue line. Hopefully C-19 fatigue will be over soon! Do “We” need an excuse?

I purchased a Corsair with Al Packer Lincoln I was very pleased with the transparency and attentive service. If I can describe it, it was a very calm experience, which many times is not the case for car dealers. Van was my salesperson, and Denis was the manager that helped close the deal, nothing else to say except that I have no hesitation in recommending Al Packer Lincoln. Van called me a couple of days later to check up on me after the sale, there was a very minor pending item and it was quickly solved by Denis and Van. Five stars in my book good communication, service and overall experience. Thank you Al Packer Lincoln.

But at Al Packer I’ve always been treated honestly and professionally and the service is always quick and well done. Recently bought certified used car (2 months) brought back for same issue.I was put on a wait list 2 weeks out for a service appointment with a loner car. When I got there they didnt have any cars they are under contract with enterprise the car would be over in a few minutes. 1hour into my wait I was asked if I wanted to wait at enterprise it may be faster. The last car brought over from them was given to someone ahead of me. I responded no because the wait conditions are better at the dealership. 1 hour and 30 minutes later still loner and car not serviced. This is not my first time I had problems with Lincoln. Availability of a loner was main reason I went with Lincoln and its a perk they have a hard time honoring. This is not my first time with this issue

I had to revisit the service department twice after my first tire repair. The first two visit the tire was supposedly fixed, after over 3-4 hrs of waiting . While I understood it would take a while I really hadn’t expected that. Brian was ready to help anyway he could . He kept me informed . The second time I returned a couple of days later with the same problem, so the patch didn’t hold. Brian again was very professional, and it was not as long a wait as the first time. I purposely arrived early looking for the repair to to be a priority, however after another lengthy wait with an apology from Brian, stating that part of the problem was that the guys had broke for lunch. That didn’t set to well with me, and felt perhaps I was presenting a to soft demeanor. We had leased this MKC for 3yrs. and I’m beginning to rethink Lincoln Services. Now I had to return for the third time within a week for the very same problem???? Being there early again and Brian being off, Kim was the service rep. I found her to be very considerate of the problem and immediately put the wheels in motion to take care of problem. She saw to it that it got the attention that you would expect. The time of wait was at a minimum and it was a good experience inspite of it being the third time. I notice while I was wait in the lounge, how earnest Kim was in relating to the others who had come for service. She is a definite asset to your organization, and sure she will do well . Absolute WORST customer service! I drove 40 minutes and arrived for a SCHEDULED test drive today at 1:30PM (can provide proof with screen shot of confirmation) Even got a call and txt from the dealer prior to me coming and tried to call them back but no answer (should have known better at this point). Nobody was in the entire show room when I showed up except me and another customer. We waited around for over 20 minutes before the only person working came back with another customer and told me he was the only person working today and had to help the person he was with. Already 15 minutes past my scheduled test drive i wandered out back to look at the vehicles hoping he would be free when I returned. Nope. Now 40 minutes later he was still busy. I gave up and left. What kind of serious business has only 1 employee on duty for a car dealership let alone someone like a Lincoln dealership. Even though this dealer is the only one with the vehicle I want I would never return here on principal alone, forget about giving them my business. What a joke!!

My major disappointment is the lack of customer service I received, I was let down time and time again. I felt abandoned without transportation and no answer to my problem. Bottom line if you promise me superior service I’m going to expect it what I receive was an entire staff of people who couldn’t care less and I’m just another number on their list.I just received my vehicle back from the dealership. My 2020 Lincoln Navigator’s motor was struggling to stay on, thankfully we were home and had another vehicle to use. On Sunday morning I contacted the dealership, service is closed so I spoke to a salesman who basically told me there was nothing he could do I’d have to call back Monday morning. To me that’s unacceptable my vehicle has less than 2k miles on it and I felt with Lincoln’s reputation for customer service they should be able to help me right away. I asked for a manger who directed me to the concierge service to have my vehicle towed. Concierge was pleasant helpful and top notch. I then contacted my original salesman to notify him of the issue I was experiencing, after all the vehicle is not yet 3 months old and has less than 2k miles. He was rude and seemed annoyed that I would call him when I had already spoken to someone. I express my disappointment in the situation and after more push back from him he assured me he would contact service himself to be sure I was taken care of. That was apparently his way of shutting me up and getting off the phone because I’ve not heard from him since.Monday afternoon after no one reached out to me I called Al Packer service at 12:30. I was directed to my service representative who told me he had the file on his desk but wasn’t aware he needed to reach out to me, that they would not be able to diagnose the vehicle for a few days. I inquired about a loaner vehicle, he said he’d have to look into it. He called me back at 4:30 that afternoon to tell me they did not and would not have a loaner available. Unacceptable, but I am at the mercy of my dealership.My service rep reached out to me on Tuesday to get more information about what happened when the vehicle was having trouble. He informed me they were working on it and had no answer so far. On Thursday after not hearing from anyone I called service and left a voicemail with my service rep. I received a call back on Friday, he said they could not find any problem with my vehicle and they would return it to me. Valet returned my vehicle and it is working fine. I am a bit concerned that we don’t have a explanation for the problem. But I understand there could have been a hiccup with the fuel line or a fuel filter problem. I am hopeful that all it was. Ultimately I understand the situation with the vehicle is a bit of a mystery but the staff could have handled themselves in a much more professional manner.

Oil change tire rotation and a plug to repair a tire took 3 hours. No loaners we’re available when I called to make the appointment. Anthony provided a wonderful experience in the car selection process. My wife and I visited the dealership several times and he always made sure our concerns and questions were never left unanswered. His knowledge about the Lincoln Models and the differences between each level provided us with assurances as to what is included, or what is not included. There never was any pressure on what or when, and I am sure if we came back another dozen times, he would be just as receptive as the first. We drove away with a 2021 Corsair and are especially pleased with the entire process.

It was a smooth experience picking up and returning the car with a loaner, not understanding why it took so long (7 days). According to Brian Service person parts are ordered when the car gets to the dealer although this was a an appointment due to a Lincoln recall. Upon the return of my car the armrest was dirty mechanic grease- not acceptable mainly during the pandemic I am requesting for the Service Manager to call me.

This is the second time we have used the concierge service for our Lincoln Nautilus. Easy as pie. Made the appointment in the Lincoln app and the Service driver dropped off a Lincoln Navigator off at our home and picked up our Nautilus. Returned our car when the service was done. The worst experience ever in a dealership. My car spent the night without anything being done. Took my 2011 Lincoln MKT with 45,000 miles in for a oil change and to check why the vehicle is riding rough. Took it on 3/16/21 at 11 AM and was told it would not be done the same day. I was fine with that, I needed to text the a service agent on 3/17/21 at 130 pm to find out what is going on with my vehicle. She did not make her follow up as of yet and was getting ready to do so. I needed to call back get an answer. She told me 2 vehicles in front of mine meaning I guess we will speak tomorrow. I asked her to pull the vehicle and I will go elsewhere. I will never step foot back in AL Packer Lincoln and would prefer to use Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube/ Tire Choice a step up from these clowns.

Car was picked up on Monday, 2/8 did not hear from the Al Packer until I called several times to get an update. Today, Monday 2/15 called to find out if the car was done. I told them if the vehicle was not ready, to put it back together and drop off the vehicle. I finally received a call on Monday, 2/15 after several attempts to speak to the service advisor. They couldn’t find anything wrong with then vehicle. Annual maintenance was done. I told them I would pick up the vehicle. The brought the vehicle dirty and they left the wheel lock in my cup holder. I will definitely will not bring back my vehicle to Al Packer. Sorry, your service is horrible.

Was very disappointed today in Lincoln Mercury. About 6 months ago I bought a Lincoln MKZ from a private owner. I received a recall on the airbag, so my wife set up an appointment at 8.30, a loaner/ rental was set up to b reserved cuz the repairs would take more than one day, and we shouldn’t b inconvenienced cuz of your factory defect. Bryan was service advisor. Did not give her professional service or act like she was in the wrong place cuz she was a woman and of Latin descent. Said that loaner was not provided and called Enterprise rentacar to get rid of her. Which they tried to give a Nissan Versa that we had to pay for. I don’t know if they were mad cuz they couldn’t charge us. But that is not our fault. We still need to b treated with dignity and respect. I have bought many cars and will never be buying one from Al Packer Lincoln.

The Customer service from the salesman, Doug, and the manager, Michael, was HORRIBLE, actually NON EXISTENT . I never received the actual window sticker for my car, a weather proof mat & a cargo cover. I was promised they would be mailed to me. I called numerous times, left many messages but never received calls back. I finally called Lincoln Cust service and my issues were resolved with a very friendly, helpful associate. It should not have taken 2 months to get this resolved. My daughter and I love it our cars but will never go back to this dealership, especially since they are not local for me . Very disappointed

Terrible service. Made an appointment was told 1.5-2 hours for an oil change. It’s now over 3 hours waiting with zero empathy for my time. Should of listened to my wife amd went to coconut creek

Service department needs to attend to taking car of there customers in respect to Loaner cars are given dirty, completely a mess. I drop of my car with a complete detail and receive it back dirty. Issues not fixed with car. Sad to know you buy a high end car and lack of respect for your something you work hard for. 😞

My contact person war Brian Bailey i came in with an air conditioning problem that wont blow cold air your tech diagnosed the problem however they had to send out for the part that took 2 1/2 weeks to get finally the part came in and every thing is working fine.Also I had new wipers installed and two days later I drove into a rain storm and the passenger wiper flew off the wiper arm and landed on the road. because of the heavy traffic i couldnt retrieve the wiper. I called Brian and he said to bring in the car and replace the wiper,I did and he replaced it .other then the slight hick-up, everything is fine with the repair. and looking forward to future service.
