Overall great experience. Purchased a used vehicle here and the service was the best I’ve ever had a dealership. Our salesperson AJ was fantastic by providing all the information we needed about the car to make an informed purchase as we are not local and had to make a 3 hour drive to see the vehicle.
Have to edit my review after experiencing terrible customer service. Purchase experience was smooth but I’ve called 6 times for a financing issue and my calls are never returned. Every time I either get a voicemail or someone who says they will help but never call me back. I will have to go in person over 90 mins out of my way to get something done that could’ve been done over the phone if anyone actually cared about doing their job.
This Toyota service center is an absolute ripoff. I have had my Toyota for 10.5 years and have taken it for service at four different dealerships in three states. Every time I have done so I felt I was treated fairly. I recently moved to FL and knew I needed my brakes done soon so took it to the WPB dealership to have them looked at during the multi-point inspection I received while getting a tire rotation. I also had an issue getting my old license plate off due to corrosion of the screws. I have NEVER felt so taken advantage of in my life. The service rep stated it would be $489 to replace my front brake pads and rotors. Even though I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost, I knew that was way too high. I took it to a reputable mechanic in the area (Petes Auto Repair on Okeechobee Blvd) who did them for $310. The rep also refused to give me a break down of the estimated parts and labor costs, stating that they could only invoice the job once it had been completed. While I understand that, they should be able to give customers a basic idea of the parts and labor breakdown in order to help them make an informed decision. To top it all off, he stated it would be a two-hour job to drill my license plate off and cost $300. The other mechanic did it in 15 minutes and didnt even charge me. This dealership engages in deceitful and disgusting conduct.
When I bought the car they told me that all services will be free until the warranty was covered, which was like 30,000 miles and now they say that I have to pay for the rotation of the tires. Last time I visited this store, I never recommend them careful When they offer you something that they only want to sell, be very careful .
Over all an amazing dealership! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I had a salesman Brandon help me out! Was very polite, had so much knowledge about the cars, and wasn’t pushy about getting me into a car! He answered all my questions thoroughly. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely terrific experiences. I say experiences because we were there one week but could not get to a right number, although they tried. We went back a week later, found the vehicles we liked, but still a stretch on the budget. Went back the next day and with some extra effort were able to get a loan at the right interest rate to make it happen. Cant say enough good things about salesmen Nick and Laurent, sales managers Andy and Dan, and finance managers Isis and Arian. Atmosphere in the showroom was low key, pleasant and calm environment. And no high pressure tactics. Not to mention a great selection of cars at very reasonable prices.

I brought my 2019 Camry pre owned w 9500 miles to Anthony for a tire rotation and oil change according to warranty.The work was done faster than expected but on the way home I saw the receipt said I had declined a wheel alignment and filter change which was not true.On the road home I called Anthony back and he said the tech had put that on in error and I told him I wanted a corrected receipt.my warranty is important and so I made a special trip back the next day and received what was said to be a duplicate that omitted the two supposedly declined items.This morning I noticed an email from the service department saying something quite ‘’questionable’’That those two items ‘’may be required’’.I’m wondering… being Leary of dealers… is this a ploy to invalidate my warranty…?? What is the purpose of verbally telling me my service was complete while sending me a contradictory Email?? I tried sending an email to the original Sender but it did not go through.This is a nuisance that has to be followed up for a Second Time now… I’m not thrilled.
I was helped by Ed Osborne and I must say, he was real great. I scheduled an appointment with him and he took my mother and I all around the dealership looking at every available option. At the end of the day, he helped me get a great deal on a 2021 Corolla Apex Se and I was very pleased with the outcome. He was extremely helpful and he even calls and checks up on his guests. And I mean, Ed is on top of it, he’s quick and very friendly. Overall, the best experience for a first time car buyer.
Visited this dealership to purchase a Toyota yesterday. It was a terrible experience. Would not recommend this place. The sales manager Dan is exactly what you would expect from a lying used car slimy con artist.They are not willing to negotiate on price and made it very clear.The mindset is that since someone else will buy the car, (there is a shortage of chips for cars) then someone else will buy it for the price they marked up. Very disappointed in their treatment of customers.

So, I was the first to ask, I asked an inexperienced salesperson. asked if they have specials on new Toyota Sienna and he said what do you mean by special? like you know 0% interest rate. because Honda is giving a 0% interest rate with a good credit. unexpectedly, his response was then go to Honda. Worst service ever!!! Was there about two weeks ago to get my car serviced and I told the guy to check my tires he didn’t bother checking on them after I told him if they were sure they ain’t find anything cuz I had filled up the tires several time in the weeks prior and couldn’t get into the dealer because of work, 2 days after my service the tires are deflating again I go there today and go to a new the guy wants to tell me oh why didn’t you come back it’s been over two weeks and I explained to him how I have a demanding job and didn’t have time explained to him how his coworker looked past it, the new guy goes and looks mad doesn’t find anything I start looking and found 2 nails on 2 different tires, then he want to charge me $90 to patch them up after they ain’t do there job, got to 441 Toyota they have better service and would fix there mistake not blame the client
What an amazing experience I had last week at Palm Beach Toyota when I dropped of my Toyota Prius for service. From the courteous reception to my assistant service manager Mauricio Landa who explained throughly the process, parts, labor & cost needed to replace the whole brake system of my vehicle. Not only it was fished in a timely matter but also when on a be young to replace a burned low beam light and cabin air filter. When I picked up my vehicle the service Director Mr. Felipe Vilaomar was in the service area supervising the whole department and introduce himself to assure all was done to the tee on my car and explained the replacement also of the module brake system computer under warranty. I was gladly surprised that it has been completely done to my Prius, washed, vacuumed and ready to go. I love my car and it is running like new. Five star and white globe service to all the team, for sure they have a life long customer with me and my family for our future service and new vehicle purchase needs!

I drove almost three hours from Orlando to see a Porsche Boxster un here. I got my loan approved and was ready to sign the deal but was told by the sales manager that, if I purchase the car that day, I have to drive the car away. I drove there alone and obviously I couldn’t drive two cars back my self. I asked them if I could sign all the paperwork today and pick up the car next day with my friend. They told me I have to drive the car away. Otherwise, it’s a “bit-and-switch” for other customer. All right, the next day I bothered my friend and we headed out from Orlando together to buy the Porsche. Salesman told someone just took it while we already headed out. The most sarcastic thing is sales manager kept saying price is firm, but on the last day they lowered down price again from 40500 to 39700 approximately. And I saw this on the website then tentatively asked them again if the car still available. They told me it’s sold… ain’t this the “bait-and-switch” you just told me? Never heard a dealership must require a customer to drive the car away immediately after purchasing. Wasted my time.
I arrived at Palm Beach Toyota, signed all the lease documentation, and eagerly got into my new truck to drive home. I noticed that the mats were not industrial and asked management to address this.The manager came over and said that if I wanted the industrial mats she would have to charge me $439. I provided a copy of the deal which was emailed to me by the sales department. She got frustrated and said that the vehicle MSRP was the same as the email without any looking into. The numbers and the email are documented and she was wrong which seemed to have angered her.I’m pleased with the truck, but would strongly recommend a different Toyota dealership.

AJ was fantastic 👏! He worked with me and that is no easy task. I have been buying Toyotas for many years...bouncing between 🌴 Beach Toyota, Delray Toyota, and Toyota of Deerfield, and AJ came through like Champ! Needed a Corolla for my kids and even though I just bought a 2021 Rav4 and a 2021 Camry from Delray Toyota, they could not, would not even MATCH the deal I got from AJ and Palm Beach Toyota. Dont let me forget to extend a Thank You to Jesus!!! He finalized all of the paperwork because AJ needed to sleep in the day we came in to buy the car (just kidding) and made the process so easy, I became dazed and confused not thinking I was even in a dealership at all. It took them an hour to get the keys for my car once they finished the oil change. If I hadn’t come up myself to the staff and hadn’t ask about the keys, who knows for how much longer I would have set there. That’s without saying that I waited for more than two hours already for them just to change oil in the car. Also, I asked them to look at Bluetooth because it hasn’t been working, and I know it should be just a reset of some kind, but they replied that they need to run a diagnostics test for $80 in order to check on it. $80 to reset Bluetooth! Thank you! They also made an entire list of what else I should do to repair my car and make it “safe” which exceeds $1,500. I asked them further about these services and if they could print them out, and the employee got frustrated with my questions. Cool.
If I could put zero stars or negative stars I would… I bought my car in just for a regular oil change and they told me so many major issues supposedly wrong with my car it was ridiculous… I will never recommend anyone ever bring there vehicle to get service there ever I can only imagine the cars they sell have issues…Raul and the techs he works with are the biggest scammers

I had a wonderful experience today. I walked in very frustrated regarding one of my tires that had a slow leak in it. After many attempts of trying to find a nail in that particular tire, the service tech went from that tire to the next tire and the next one after that informing me of how bad all four of my tires were. I became very overwhelmed and stated loudly, “I only came today for ONE tire!” With so many techs surrounding me, stating you need new tires, Felipe, the service manager walks over and calms the entire situation down. After his professionalism, caring gesture, understanding attitude and willingness to help keep me and my family safe on the road, I eventually left with four brand new tires. He saw a situation brewing, came into the midst of it and diffuse the situation in such a way that he (Toyota) has won my continual business. Thank you again, Felipe! Also, I can’t forget about Daniel. He was very patient, helpful, and detailed -oriented with the type of tires to choose from and the prices of each brand made it a smooth process.

This dealership is great. They have a huge inventory of cars which gives you so many options to choose from. The dealership itself is very nice, modern and clean. Nick and Roger are great. They will make sure you are well taken care of. They truly care about the customer experience and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Nick in particular helped us setting up our car (installed safety features etc) and was well informed about the car. He walked us through all the features and was encouraging us to do a test drive to make sure we liked the car. He also gave us some advice and even followed up with us a couple days after we got the car to make sure we enjoyed our ride back home and liked the car. If you want honest people with a variety of cars to choose from, this is the place for you.

This Toyota dealership is by far the best run business I have come across in the last 10 years. The sales person, Laurent, did not only have a POSITIVE disposition, but he was also professional and patient. I felt no pressure to purchase. I received VIP treatment and that is rare these days.I told my friend that when she buys her next Toyota it has to be at this location even if it is an hour away. The trip is well worth it. Did I also mention that the price was extremely competitive. Believe me when I tell you that I shopped around as I was in no rush to buy a vehicle. Usually I see mauricio but I had daniel and seemed like everyone was wanting to bargain and get a cheap price on the services of the vehicles. Really disappointed that not only was he the only person that had a line of people. Three people next to him were next to him and all were on their phones and didnt even help him. Please try to obtain to get better service for customers and not make them wait in line. This is beyond ridiculous.
Upon arrival my appointment time was handle promptly. The service representative (new to me) reviewed my auto history and expedited request for needed service. The service representative also took time out to review my file for services covered under warranty. Which represent the company’s service policy - Toyota Care.
After visiting many facilities I was drawn into this place by the “white glove” treatment that was shown by Stephane. From the first contact he was professional and treated me like a family member. He was attentive to my needs and made sure that I was aware of my options. After a few days and looking at other brands I came back...they honored my pricing and today I am driving a beautiful 2021 Toyota. Thanks to Stephane and his team for just being awesome😊😊😊
Claudius was very helpful to me. I was not experienced in leasing cars. He was helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I will seek him again when I come back for the third time.
