I was searching for a late model BMW. I had looked at several in the Tampa Bay area, most of which were not fit to bother with a test drive. I made the trip to West Palm and the car they had advertised did not disappoint. Alexander was my sales contact and handled everything very professionally. I was able to get a low finance rate through the dealer and they added a one year certified BMW warranty. Their selection of cars was great and inside a showroom. I would highly recommend.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT EXPERIENCE! After having countless issues with dealers, we hate even walking in the door of a dealership. Santiago Mejia changed all this. No pressures, no stresses, unbelievable fair prices, honest about the vehicles condition, integrity, professionalism, felt like we have a new friend, and we had some great laughs while we purchased the Porsche. I bought a used 2018 Honda Civic, and a week after I got the vehicle the check engine light came on. The car dealership cleared the check engine light to avoid fixing the problem. Simon was the car salesman, and he told me that there was 3,000 miles left for the warranty. When the Warranty expired the week before I got the vehicle. I found this out later when I had to bring my car to Honda for repairs. Mind you my car only has 32,000 miles. He will tell you anything to buy the car. Also, the metal plate under the car completely ripped off as soon as I went over a small bump to get into my garage. I had to call a mobile Macanic to lift my car to remove the metal plate. The Macanic said whoever did the oil change did not properly install the metal plate back under the car, which is why it was hanging low.

Easy, breezy with this team. I submitted an online inquiry, received a fast response from Lucas. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Pattel who was very nice and knowledgeable. Though, I found the car I came in to see was sold the day prior, Pattel pointed me in the direction of others I may be interested in. Once Lucas, my sales rep found I arrived, he too came out and greeted me to begin the process. Despite having 2 clients at the same time Lucas remained attentive to both. Ryan was the financial manager I believe, he too was awesome. I didnt feel pressured whatsoever. I am happy with my purchase, the pricing was great and the team worked with me to get an even better deal. This has been the best car buying experience by far. I would highly recommend this group.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This car buying experience BY FAR, was the most professional, seamless and STRESS FREE. Santiago was not only professional, but attentive. The selection was impeccable and the show room was not only air conditioned but clean. The finance team was amazing. The entire transaction took approximately 2 hours. Not professional, people buy cars online and on the phone all the time now. Refuse to discuss price at all. I live about 200 miles away so its not convenient to drive right in. And before anyone replies that they dont negotiate on pricing one of the other reviews here literally stated that you do negotiate. The salesman offered the typical salesman BS line that someone was in the showroom at that exact moment looking at the exact car I was asking about and he was willing to pay full price... interesting its still on the website. Dont bother calling this place, just make sure you have time to drive down there and spend a few hours. Just like 1982.

Great transaction with Ivan. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and it was in excellent condition. Ivan was great, he pointed out that the vehicle had been in a minor accident and was accommodating in allowing me to take it for an extended test drive. I also appreciated that the Rafael the (GM) negotiated a few items directly with me instead of the traditional back and forth. I did not like the fact they charge both a dealer fee and paperwork processing fee but the GM explained it and I went ahead with the purchase. The environment was relaxed and not pushy at all. It was an excellent experience and I would buy from them again.

This place charges thousands of dollars in fees and doesnt honor the website price $15,753Fees:- Horrible extended warranty (Easy Care)$3329-Box of car cleaner (Perma plate) $995-Dealer processing fee $82.35- Added upfront interest fee $3653-dealer service fee $845After all these fees the car totals $25,000. They have you wait for hours to tire you out. They hope tiring you from waiting so long will distract you from the fees. They also bury you in paperwork thats horribly printed with limited ink making it difficult to read. No matter how high you downpayment is (ex. $7,000) its only going toward the fees. Not the payment of the car. This place is a con.

We made an appointment so they knew we were coming to test drive the car and the car didn’t start- they jump started it and IMO they were not interested in finding out WHY they had to replace the battery TWICE in a few weeks. They said it was just a bad battery which would be an extremely rare occurrence.Of course we set up a time to bring to our mechanic the next day - they canceled our appointment 2 hours beforehand and said they were wired money for the car -Integrity and word of mouth is paramount in the used car business- We just want to be sure we alert you all to be very thorough.

After about three weeks of shopping for cars, I finally found the right dealership. Rich was extremely helpful from start to finish. Rich helped structure the deal to make sense for both parties. He was clear and upfront about everything. At first I was skeptical going to a newer dealership, but I am glad I did because the advisors and managers were all extremely professional. I got the car I wanted at a price I could live with. Thank you again.

UPDATE: Another lie! Be aware, they will tell you that you must keep your auto loan for at least 6 months before refinancing, but I called the bank to clarify this and there was no minimum loan term required before refinancing. Ive been paying a much higher interest rate through their loan provider while waiting to refinance, because their salesman lied to me (again). Id give less starts if I could.I texted my salesman when I transferred my old tag to my new vehicle so he could finalize the tag transfer and update my registration, but he forgot to do so. I received a ticket for improper tag display because my plate was not showing as registered to any vehicle. Upon bringing this to the salesmans attention (santiago), he pretended that it had been done for weeks (but the registration he provided clearly said it was created that day). Have some integrity and be honest with your customers when your staff makes a mistake. Disgusting business practice to lie your to your customers. I will never be back and recommend others go somewhere that treat their customers with respect.

My experience at Palm Beach Auto Sales was beyond amazing to say the least I can’t say enough great things about Santiago. I was visiting the Palm Beach area for a business trip and I’ve been looking for a specific car for awhile now and I noticed there’s was a few for sale In the area so I went and drove to 3 dealerships this day, the first one I went too not a single person acknowledged that I was even there, the second one I went to someone talked to me but the person I delt with didn’t really care to speak with me, and last but not least I went to Palm Beach auto sales. I walked Into the showroom to look at the car and Santiago walked up to me shook my hand and was very pleasant to speak with, I told Santiago that I wasn’t going to be purchasing a car that day I was just looking around (at most deslerships when you say that the salesperson would turn their back and not speak to you anymore) Santiago didn’t care if I wasn’t purchasing a car that day or if I wasn’t even going to buy a car from them at all. He treated me with the upmost respect any dealership has ever treated me with and for that I will be back to purchase a car from Santiago and the Palm Beach Auto Sales team.

Long story, short. They are a very good, friendly, knowledgable staff with a lot of experience and professionalism shown. Along with a great sense of humor!Heres my story, I was driving to Fort Lauderdale BMW dealership to pick up a car that we agreed price on. As I was driving the car salesperson called me to inform that it was missing and called again telling me it has been sold. ( I think they sold it for a better deal as soon as I was showing up...). I wanted my vehicle certified being that it is a BMW.I looked online for my next options, and found some good deals locally. We went to check out the bmw that was availible here, initially we werent going to purchase as there were an abundance of same models for same price and less mileage in miami. As I arrived here, I was suprised to see MANY lurxury vehicles. It was a clean atmosphere and it gave me a good feeling. Gonzalo was my salesperson and I told him upfront that we needed a great deal for us to purchase here otherwise we will go to miami. Without hesitating he gave me all the right answers and immediately took me out for a test drive.After negociating and explaining every detail from pricing to competitors comparisons. We knew that we would end up purchasing. The staff was very professional and helpful. Full of knowledge and advice. Would highly recommend them. I took the time to write this review because of the hospitality they provided me. Let them help you get a new car, you will not be disappointed!
