Always want to charge for service. Never make an effort to see if service can be covered by warranty. Better to go to other VW dealers.

Mom and I went here for our auto recalls. They were nice and courteous.

When I arrived I had to look for someone to help me but once I did, they took care of me quickly. I waited about an hour and half for my oil change in their waiting area. They did have water bottles in the fridge to drink and a tv to watch shows. When I got my car back it was washed and turning on my car it sounded great. Overall a good experience.

Not impressed with customer service. Waited 12 minutes at parts window while employees just walked by and never asked if I needed help or if I was being helped. When I finally was recognized after flaring my arms for someones attention behind window, the guy who brought the part was nice. Sorry to say things have not improved here since I use to be a Volkswagen owner and utilized their service dept over the course of 6 years. So happy with moving my $ to Earl Stewart where customer service is top tier.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for my first oil change. Maybe my camaro ss went for a ride. Car settings changed vehicle in track mode. Wont go back unless I need warranty work.

Schumacher Delray is the worst. They tell you one thing and do . Neither another. Put it like this my car went in for a oil change 4 weeks ago. I rest my case. Oh yes have spoken to the GM of the store and shop manager . Neither return phone calls now.

Actually got a pretty decent deal compared to other car repair places. Seems like everyone are being more competitive thus the dealerships arent as pricey as youd think. Extremely busy place, and I was there as they opened. I had to wait for a ride to car rental, it took sooo loong 40 mins, I called the rental co and they were there in 10 mins. Should have done that in the first place.

I left a poor review here a few years back and it looks like somehow had it has been deleted. When I try to get help with my GMC canyon that was under warranty the service manager refuse to help. He told me he spent too much time on it already and he wasnt going to be able to make any money repairing my truck. I let him know that his review would reflect that. I was there in my work uniform and he went on to threaten that he was going to leave a bad review with my name and the company I work for on their site. Very unprofessional. I have been going to the dealership and Stuart ever since.

They treated me like family. Not the distance cousin either. Honesty goes a long ways.

All ended up fine, but confusion at first, because last week we made a 12 noon appt for today, for an oil change and tire rotation. When we showed up, they couldnt find my name or appointment. Then advised we were at the wrong location? We called the Northlake dealer to make the appointment, so why would they schedule us at Okeechobee? Took us in as a walk in and got the job done.

Man that helped me was a bit reluctant until he realized that I had purchased my car at Shumaker. That I didnt just pick a Buick dealer cause I drive a Buick. Not the best attitude to have for any potential customer. I have experienced that attitude from the staff in the past.Brought in a car for recall service that I purchased elsewhere. They took care of the service, but I waited all afternoon for the item to be taken care of. I know they were paid by GM for the work. Why the attitude?
