Today was my first time at this office and it was amazing!! I took my son in for some new glasses. The girl at the front.. sorry dont remember her name was so sweet and very helpful. The office was very clean too! I would highly recommend this office!

They answer the phones and respond to messages promptly.I saw Dr. Quintyne and was very pleased with this Doctor. She is very pleasant and professional. She listens and takes the time to explain. It was my best eye exam.

I enjoyed my experience as a patient. The staff is amazing. I met with 3 different staff members excluding the doctor and they each provided exceptional customer service. Their equipment is up to date and the Dr. is profesional, friendly and provides high quality care. I would highly recommend this office. Thank you for providing such magnificent service!

Be careful coming to this office if you have insurance. I was not told that this is considered a premium office and therefore would be more expensive, when I got there and asked how much my appointment would cost I was told a price which I agreed to. After the appointment when I went to pay the price was almost $100 more than I was told before starting. I was getting contacts and asked for an extra week of trials before making my decision and was rudely threatened that I would have to pay for any more. Once I chose which brand I wanted to order they quoted me over $1000 WITH my insurance for my contacts. This place is a joke, and WAY over charging. I checked my insurance EOB and can see that they ILLEGALLY collected more than they should have. Front desk staff is also extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place if you can.

My first time here was today and let me just say it was an amazing experience. The Dr. was great and the lovely ladies at the front desk were so sweet as well. The place was clean, calm, the music was cool and overall I felt comfortable. 😊

Been coming here for a few years now. Ever since my son started needing glasses. They always take great care of us and are so patient. My son, now 9, just got a new script for lenses and hopefully this will be the last but if it isnt, we know to come here. Also love that you can text them pretty much anytime day or night and someone always gets back to you. We love you ladies. Thank you for making Christophers and my eyeglass period an easy period.

I’ve been coming to this eye center since 2019 and I love it. Front desk receptionist is very friendly! They have very chic and trendy glasses. One of the girls Karla is the absolute best! She’s super friendly, patient and always knows what I’m looking for.

First time going here and I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment, I walked in the receptionist Michelle was very nice. Emily was a sweetheart doing my pre examination. Dr. Quintyne was very professional made sure I was comfortable with my contacts before I left. Carla was a delight to work with when it came to finding the perfect frame for me! She didn’t stop looking for frames till we found the perfect fit.

This place is amazing because of its golden team! They are super friendly staff that genuinely cares. Carla, Fanny, Emma, and Esminda always offer a smile and are very efficient. My family and I always have pleasant visits there. They are great with kids and also speak Spanish, which was appreciated, especially for my parents. The office is spotless clean and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Great experience!

Follow up visit today was another great visit GREAT JOB. Had emergency issue out of state called to let know Id had to schedule another date very understanding to call after March 20

After, another doctor told me I only needed new contacts Doctor Allison noticed it was a deeper issue an advised me to go see a neurologist in the ER. That care, concern and attention to detail saved my life as it was a deeper issue I did not know about. Thank you Doctor Allison!!! I am forever grateful❤

Great experience, I haven’t been to an eye Doctor in over 25 years, and I know it was time, the office staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, the Optometrist took time and explained in detail, what was to be expected. The optician who helped us with the ordering of our glasses, explained the lenses that we needed so we could understand our issues and that made cense for our wellbeing land our pockets. I’m glad my son recommended Premier Eye Center, on Forest Hill Blvd.

Front desk girl and eye doctor are nice and pleasant. Clinic seating area and air condition was perfect. Bathroom was also good.

I am always a little apprehensive about going to new places for healthcare especially being new to different area. From the initial phone call to the visit to getting my glasses and prescription sunglasses, everything went great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services that they are offer. On the other side, I can finally see! The headaches trying to do my work in front of monitors for 12 hours at a time have lessened!! I definitely recommend this place!!! A+++++

The doctor and her staff were incredibly friendly. They made me feel comfortable through every step of my eye exam, and I was able to get a discount on the frames I picked out for my glasses when I presented a business card that an acquaintance gave me. The staff member who helped me pick out my frames was incredibly helpful and patient with me and allowed me to take my time picking out the right frames. I was able to make two payments on the eye exam and the glasses; it made it a little easier for me to budget everything in over a period of time and it was much easier on my wallet as someone paying out of pocket. My glasses were ready in just five days after my eye exam. I had an overall amazing experience. Im so happy that Premier Eye Center was located conveniently close by because--while I went in for convenience--I received great service.

There are sure some confusing things with insurance and these people went over the top to help me understand and were very patient with me, give exceptional care, and were not pushy so I will return! I really enjoyed that they can do a better service without even dilating the eyes.Update: When my insurance informed me that the glasses i was requesting were 100% covered i discussed this with the staff. The insurance stated that Premier needed to contact them if they were having a problem with payment... Premier has been poor with follow up communication with me that was requested by me. It has been a few weeks and the glasses still havent been ordered.-2*Update again:I think its been over a month! I left a phone message with hopes they would call me back. Within 5 minutes I received a call back still no progress but they said they would escalate it to their billing department who hopefully would resolve it and I could finally have my glasses ordered. As long as they resolve it quickly i wont knock down to 1 star. (I would hate to since initial experience started 5 stars)Update final: within the day Billing called me and specifically told me what to ask my provider for... Progressive lenses arent covered, if i have lines they are. The staff was totally correct and i see why they tell you up front. Would be 5 stars if they called me back 2 weeks ago.

I came in today because I have been having really bad headaches, dry burning eyes and sensitivity to light. Once I walked in I was greeted by Natalie a very welcoming and knowledgeable technician. She explained each exam she performed on my eyes, was very patient and understanding of each of my questions. Then I was examined by Dr. Murray. Dr. Murray lap a very knowledgeable professional took her time to assur my vision exam went smoothly. She helped me understand why I had been suffering from bad headaches, dry burning eyes and sensitivity to light. Turns out I have been wearing glasses with too strong of a prescription. My eyes have been over working themselves with my old glass.My issues could have been avoided if I was given the right perception by my previous optometrists. Thank goodness Dr. Murray and her technicians were able to BETTER assist me. This was a great 1st visit. Definitely won’t be my last.

I have been going to this eye center for several years now. The staff at the eye center are professional, courteous, and caring...youre not just a dollar sign to them, your eye health is very important to them. They will answer every question you have and there answers are not scripted responses. They have one particular employee that always goes way above and beyond the call of duty. This young lady, Sylvia, greets you as you enter and gets all the pertinent information needed to make your visit smooth and enjoyable. She is patient and very pleasant and is always smiling. Sylvia is an asset to this organization...she is your diamond in the rough. Thank you to all of you at the eye center for making feel like I am a family member not just someone off the street, as I am.

Ms. Sylvia (the receptionist ) is very generous always have a smile on her face and greets you as you walk in the building. She gives off an warm and comfortable vibe. The service is great and fast. It would take atleast up to ten minutes with an appointment. The staff makes you feel comfortable and actually converses with you and makes you feel loved. Thats not even there job which makes it even better.👑💙😂

My family and I have been going to Premier Eye Center in West Palm Beach now for a few years and always receive excellent service. We all wear glasses or contacts and have been very happy with our exams and our vision! Exams are thorough and the staff is very nice as well!5/9/2017 update! I just recently picked up my new glasses from Premier Eye Center. With help from Leigh, I ended up getting the EyeZen lenses. I am just starting to enter the world of transition lenses and these are an easy way to start! I have worn glasses since I was 5, and I also wear contacts. These lenses are great. I did not even feel like I needed to adjust to them; no awkward looking up and down to find the right spot on the lenses. Also noticed something interesting - occasionally certain things that I look at on my phone or computer almost seem to slightly pop out - like they are 3D. Nothing distracting at all. Probably something to do with the blue filter in the lenses... in any case, just something that I noticed! As always, Leigh was super helpful in helping me pick out what was best for me!

I couldnt begin to explain how thankful I am to have gone here today. Waking up unable to see, they fit me in right away and did everything they could to get my cost down and eyes fixed. Not only was everyone sweet and wonderful, but they even helped me get a cheaper prescription when the original ended up being $100. You ladies are wonderful!

I bought a pair of EyeZen blue light blocking glasses on recommendation since I look at computer screens a lot. They have OptoMap retina scans here which were mentioned in the form you fill out, but I think I was a bit confused how I would get charged and I forgot to ask if my insurance covered it, though Im glad to know that the my scan results were good. Overall friendly staff and pretty good service.

Ive gone to a number of optometrists in west palm and this was the best experience i had. The wait was very short, got a lot of personalized attention and Dr. Olivares got me into a better pair of contacts that fit much better. Will now be my go to eye doctor.

Re: the Forest Hill Blvd. location, it was the worst, disorganized experience I have had in the medical field. The exam was fine. The lady selling me the frame and type of glasses I would need was horrible. I spent so long there and she kept trying to talk me into progressive lenses. I told her this would be my first pair of glasses and I did not really want them. She also told me my ins. was not very good and was quoting me around $400 with really cheap looking frames. I left without buying and very unhappy. I went to Target Optical a few days later, and was done within a 1/2 hr with Dolce & Gabanna frames for a total of $60. The target rep. said I had really good ins. Premier Eye Frame really was just plain bad.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I feel unfairley slighted. Be cuatious of their sales department. I felt like they were really pushy and they say all sales final and even if you were charged anything they try to say all charges final, too.
