This was my first appointment at Advanced Vision, I purchased new prescription glasses and new prescription sunglasses. They were very friendly and thorough with the entire process. It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to the eye doctor. The doctor was great, she helped to find where my prescription should be now and explained things as she went through everything. And someone helped me to find new frames, he was great. He allowed me try on all different kinds and was very patient, listening to what I wanted and what I liked. Overall, friendly employees and good at what they do.

I got two sets and both are perfect. I had a small issue with a frame, they applied the warranty immediately no question asked. Highly recommended

Best experience I had concerning eye glasses- frames and lenses. Jamar and Benjamin were very pleasant and suggested my best options I could take from the insurance and store. The store accepted my unused insurance from 2020 and the prescription I had from the optometrist at another store. Love these guys and would definitely come back again for my vision needs 😉

The doctor was amazing and the receptionists are so friendly. I put 1 star for the guy in the store that was trying to control your choices and did not give you a private time to have a look at all the frames to choose whatever you want. My ultimate advice is to do the prescription there but get your frame online or in a different place to avoid this man nosy behavior.

Hands down best place to go for glasses. I’ve been coming to advanced vision for a few years and they make you fee like family. Always the best customer service and they always have the best frames in any price range. I went in with my 1 year older son to pick up my new frames and asked the owner if they had sun glasses for kids, she showed me a pair and without hesitation went to the back and had sunglasses lenses put in them and wouldn’t let mePay for them. You don’t get that kind of service at most places . They might not have buy one get one but you don’t need that if you have customer service like they do. I will recommend advanced vision to anyone .

Elida greeted us and got us moving quickly through the process of getting my fiancés prescription sun glasses repaired.The whole process took about 45 minutes and we walked out withher prescription sun glasses complete.Everyone we met there was fantastic and willing to please.

I Stumbled upon this eyeglass shop about two years ago looking for unique frames. I did end up purchasing beautiful designer frames but that was that I had my usual eye doctor that I went to so I continue to go there for my exams and contacts. I only did that however because it was what I was accustomed to doing since I was in High School. I lost my beautiful frames and even though it was two years ago I remember the service that I received and truly it was amazing so I went back and just like the last time they blew me away with their customer service & professionalism. I advise no one have an eye exam at Advanced Vision, I was diagnosed with a lazy left eye after I had a eye exam there a year ago, they ask me have I ever had this mention to me before. I said no. Now Im going too fast forward you. I went to Target Optical, did a full eye exam, didnt mention what was said to me by Advanced Vision, there exam did report the same result of me having lazy left eye. Long story short the eye exam equipment is old, service was shotty, and the sales lady in the eye glasses department tries to muscle you into buying frames. Do not I repeat do not go there!!!!

My family and i have been coming here for more than 10 years! The service is excellent and they really make you feel like family! My husband needed to have his glasses done urgently and without giving it a second thought Elida and her team managed to have everything done in a matter of hours. We’re really thankful for all the hard work they have done over the years and we will definitely continue coming back to this establishment.

I found Advanced Vision on the internet and I must say, for a stand-alone location I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism from the initial greeting, through my contact lens fitting. I have been a contact lens wearer since age 13 (and Im 52 now), so reading glasses have been a part of my life for over 5 years- until my visit and the experience of their Ophthalmologist who gave me the option to consider mono-vision. I can now see close up with one eye and still have safe distance vision with the other WITHOUT READING GLASSES!! I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED, and highly recommend their office!! My husband and I visited this office recently. The examination was very thorough. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from including brands such as Prada, Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana. I’ve been a customer religiously since I’d say 7-10 years now and have only been getting my eyeglasses a prescription sunglasses from there and I’ve had no issues, and the front desk ladies as well as the female doctor have been wonderful. At my last visit I brought in my own Prada sunglasses and RayBan eyeglasses and they charged me $498 for an eye exam and just to put lenses in those two pairs of glasses. Recently I lost my Prada sunglasses and I called to schedule an appointment for an eye exam and to get a new pair and prescription lenses for them, and I had got a ticket for my tinted windshield back in November. I had a letter from the doctor saying I had light sensitivity so that’s why I was able to have the tinted windshield. The sheriff said the law changed last year and I now need a form and to go to court with the form or letter. I brought the form to my doctor, ALONG with the letter they wrote me, and they REFUSED to transfer the information they wrote for me on the letter to the form so I can get exempt in court from my ticket I unrightfully was given. Now I called today and rude lady Maylan was nasty with me on the phone, and was yelling at me with her responses, saying the doctor said no they won’t fill it out the form for me, and I can come get my letter, and then when I asked to speak to the doctor whom said no, she saidthe doctor wasn’t in, so she decided herself they weren’t going to help me, and then she hung up on me! Very pitiful service and if you’re looking for better prices, and WAY better service go to America’s Best right across the street!Update: I’m waiting here for the letter I said I was on the way to pick up and they said they’d have it ready and now I’m waiting on it. Two people have came in after me for service and have been helped with friendly manner and have finished being helped but when I came in I was told to wait and now am still waiting 10 minutes later! The lady again was rude in person and when I said I was on the way why isn’t it ready she’s “reviewing” it when they said no already! What is there to review?! They are just making it more of a hassle now than it has to be! Very disappointed, I’m treated like I’m invisible after they purposely let me down!!! Terrible people at the front desk. Terrible service! The doctor and the front desk people were yelling at me. They wrote the letter claiming one statement, BUT WONT write the form stating the same thing since the law changed! They are so rude and nasty people!

The Colombian woman that work at this place, just want the money, you can go to other place and get 2 parts of glases, eyes exam for $55 and they have your glasses in one hour, I never go back to this place.This woman is so rude.

I had an amazing experience at Advanced Vision. I had not had an eye exam for 3 years and my vision was getting blurry with my last contact prescription. Advanced Vision was able to give me the correct prescription. Great selection for both contact lenses and frames.

If only I could give 0 stars... Almost two years ago I came in for my annual appointment along with the usual amount of money that I would use to pay (roughly $100 - and yes, that is after insurance). Anyways, I get my eye exam done and I was told to pick out a pair of glasses; I did want my usual glasses (Nike), but they did not have them so I picked the next closest thing that looked like them (Columbia) - there was not that much of a price difference. I sit down to discuss the pricing and I was told that I ABSOLUTELY HAD to get scratch resistant and all the other OPTIONAL additions and that it would cost additional money. After stating what I wanted and apparently what was MaNdAtOrY my total came out to $300+, after stating I didnt have that much money, the man said if I put a down-payment amount of $100, he would give me a percentage off (came to about 30% - after checking my insurance, I was allowed that 30% off!!!! So it was not much of a deal, if I would have gotten it anyways!) I put the $100 down because I was in desperate need of glasses and he said I could pay the remaining balance when I came back to pick up the glasses. I ended up finding a pair of old glasses at home and never returned because I still owed about $200 and they do not give refunds. After one year of not picking them up I received a text stating if I didnt come in to get them that they would be donated. Going on the second year, I get a call saying that my glasses were ready to be picked up. After I stated how dissatisfied I was and how its been 2 years and I was told that they were going to be donated, the lady replied with Oh. Okay, bye then.I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to go here. SO unprofessional and way too overpriced. Please just go across the street to Americas Best. With the same insurance, I paid a little over $35 for two pairs of glasses and an exam.

The staff was friendly, the Optometrist/Doctor was extremely knowledgeable (she helped me understand why my glasses werent doing its job), and the overall look and presentation of frames were exceptionally pleasing. Bottom line, my overall experience/rating with Advanced Vision is a 10! I will recommend their business to family and friends.

I went in there to get glasses for my wife and daughter it was a horrible experience. They pressured us in to getting expensive frames so we had to pay out of pocket another 600.00 well the frames are cheap I just went in there for warranty on the frames and lens. The lens were scratched resistanceAnd the frame was cheap she keep blaming us for the damages. There was another customer there complaining about her damages glasses. Now we have to pay to get our glasses that are still under warranty. The places has horrible service not a care in the world about the customers. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU DON’T CARE!!!!!!!

If you want to be badgered by horrible sales tactics under the false pretense that they’re “on your side and want to help” definitely come to this place. Never have I gone to a medical establishment where they employ used-car salesman type people to sneak hidden costs on you and try to sell you unnecessary things when all you are looking for is glasses/contacts. The doctor and eye exam services are good but the “floor personnel” are by far the worst i’ve ever encountered. One word of advice to this business: why don’t you spend a little less time sneaking costs and more time letting the customer just get what he/she needs.

I received good service for my exam and was happy with the very large number of frames they offer for selection. However, I felt quite pressured by the saleswoman to choose some of their most expensive frames. She insisted on offering me frames to try even after I declined her choices. Once I had finally chosen my frames, I sat and waited for the final tallying of all the fees (upgraded lenses, special treatment of the lenses, etc) and I asked for a few moments to decide on spending $500 for glasses that day. That same saleswoman, kept on ringing things up as if she were in a hurry and I had to just say no! I didn’t like the pressure or the high cost of the glasses.

So I took her to the best place I know. They were really amazing with her, double check everything made her feel comfortable like home . The lady of the front desk was nice. The only thing i don’t like is how one box of contacts (3 months supplies) cost $100. The eye exam I didn’t like because they show you a first lenses and they tell you to look through it. The lady say that is how you see, but that was not how I see. The first lenses is horrible and then she’ll start showing better lenses and those better lenses is exactly how you see regularly. Then she’ll say I don’t care if you get glasses or not. When you say I don’t want the glasses, she’ll call another lady to the side and then that lady will talk to you about classes that you don’t need. It’s a glasses business what do you expect.

I loved this optical! I definitely recommend it for various reasons, starting with the warmth you feel walking through the door. The receptionists are so nice & the opticians are very helpful. The doctor speaks 3 languages and everyone else is fluent in spanish as well. Prices are good too! Now I have the most stylish and modern glasses, you can too.

I lost my eyeglasses on sunday and I was not able to work. I was happy to find at advanced vision a doctor who could see me right away and a team of opticians who made my eyeglasses on the spot while I was waiting. I was also surprised how affordable my designer Lacoste eyeglasses with progressive lenses were, they even throw in a free eye exam. For once a place that delivers what they advertise and more, would definitely recommend that place

After multiple visits trying to get the prescription correct. I tried to get used to the classes for three months. When I finally couldn’t take it anymore and decided to see if they could fix him. I was told that I had to pay for out-of-pocket because it’s been longer than 90 days. So if you want quality workmanship and good customer service make sure you go somewhere else.After looking at the reviews on Google and yelp I wish I would’ve never gone.

I LOVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! They are extremely polite, professional, and filled with class! I feel completely comfortable and at home every time I step foot in their building. I was able to purchase two frames(with medicated lenses) on my first visit EVER with them and the process couldn’t have went any smoother! I just recently purchased two frames(medicated) for my beautiful girlfriend and they instantly welcomed her with open arms.
