Horrible. The optician told me they were ‘BY APPOINTMENT ONLY’ and refused me entry. The store was empty except for her and remained so for the next 1.5 hrs as I observed while having lunch on a patio across the street. I really love their eyewear so I went back to take a look at the signage to see if I missed an indication that they were appointment only. I had not. Unfortunately, I think my skin was the wrong shade to receive service here.

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. What a great store. My associate was Robert, who was fantastic! Very patient and all around kind guy ... He walked me through the entire process and showed me all my discounts for the two frames I bought.Cant wait to come back and get more glasses! Great colors and frames for an even better value.

The BEST styles! Literally tons of great, chic choices - comparable frames elsewhere are at least 2 times the price. Scott helped us - super knowledgeable and patient, he made the process pleasant! #1 eyeglass purchase experience GO!!!!

Great staff, very helpful. Love the frames. BUT the frames had to be shipped to me in a remote location. I was assured that they would be shipped by US mail. Instead they were shipped via UPS.1. Why would the See shipping department ship UPS to a Post Office Box?2. The closest UPS office is 30 miles from my house.

Excellent selection of eyewear. Modern and trendy. Employees are super friendly and the best customer satisfaction. I had a problem with my eyeglasses and they were ready to exchange them for a different model. Since I liked the original model better they took their time and fixed it in a way that solved the issue. Thanks.
