We went there for the annual comprehensive eye exam. The staff very helpful, the doctor was very good and kind. They have very good frames and Michelle helped my son get the perfect spectacles. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

DO-NOT-GO-HEREWorn glasses since I was 2. This is the worst contact/eyeglass prescription exam and fulfilment I have ever gone through. The eye doctor bad mouthed our old eye doctor the whole exam. Bragged about his Lexus. He refracted my lenses wrongThey ordered contacts on my insurance without my permissionHad to refund me cash because they did not want to make a reportIs till reported them, I use EyemedThey literally left me hanging through the Corona virus. The main company could not be reached. I was unable to get my prescription to even go anywhere else.When I finally had time to call and talk. The manager was horrible, there was no accountability and zero understanding or apology. I am a Google local guide with 2 accounts and 10 years exp.If you go here you deserve what you getUpdate: They never refunded my money, an employee took my debit card information of the phone and told me I would get a refund this never happened.The imbecile manager Audrey is unprofessionalism at its pinnacle.There has been no accountability at all.Go to WalmartAmericas BestAnywhere.

I had a lovely experience here. The staff is helpful and not pushy in any way. They take their time with you and walk you through everything.The doctor was kind and very knowledgeable. If you are in a rush dont expect to get out of here quickly. They take their time with you which is what I like but many people (especially in West Palm) might not like that you cant go in/out quickly. I gave this location 5 starts for: Professional help during doctors visit and purchasing glasses, kindness of staff, cleanliness of store and organized set-up of glasses.

Nightmare with purchase. I purchase contacts a month ago. When I call, Tameka said it was on back order to Thanksgiving yet I ordered on the 21st. Call back a week later, Karen states she will call me back at my number, never did. Call another week around 4 pm. Going on 7 and I end up calling Karen. Says she called and emailed the labs, will follow up and call me in the morning. Never did.Not one person between Karen and Tameka care to follow up. No one there seems to know why I havent received the contacts.Id be okay and patient if someone understood the inconvenience enough to even care to communicate with me.

Customer service at its worse. Bad quality product. I bought a $400 pair of designer glasses a little over a year ago and the frames broke. All I wanted to do was replace the frames, but it was not possible because the frames were discontinued. No other frames could match the lenses. Instead of being empathetic, the horrible old lady associate made me feel like it was my fault. She argued with me until I left. Awful. Buyer beware!!

Avoid unless you want to be scammed! Theyre great unless you have any issues with your purchase, then they are a nightmare. Such a disappointing experience. After a lovely appointment with Dr Lyons and tons of help picking out a great pair of glasses with Crystal, it was all downhill after that. I purchased contact lenses that were the most uncomfortable, itchy, blurry lenses Id ever seen. Upon trying to return them a week and a half ago, I was told that I had to speak with the doctor before they could issue my refund of $390.45 (no small amount for me at all!) and then they took the lenses (which I totally regret now). When I arrived for my appointment to speak with the doctor and get the refund, I was told the dr. couldnt speak with me at the moment by someone named Tameka. She said he manager would issue the refund that afternoon. Later that afternoon when I still hadnt gotten a call, they said the manager wouldnt be in until the following Monday (which is today). Well, I called today and guess what...still no manager! Apparently no one knows when this woman works and no refunds can be done without her. I hate to say it because I liked my doctor here, but the have completely lost my business. They have straight up STOLEN $390.45 from me, because they actually have the returned products but are stalling and coming up with excuses every time I try to get my money back. Unbelievably awful customer service.

For Eyes Optical does not consider patient appointments, so why even bother making one? I did have an appointment and had to leave work early - the allotted time for the appointment was the only option/ availability. Upon timely arrival, and waiting for 20 minutes, I was informed that 3 other patients were in front of me and would have to wait another 40 minutes - the result of poor scheduling. I was offered to reschedule my appointment; the fact that I has already waisted substantial time did not seem to interest the staff at all.I sincerely recommend a different optician - overall, a very unsatisfying experience.

I feel like a valued patient and that they genuinely care. Staff and doctors are always very helpful and willing to work with you on whatever the situation may be. Was difficult for me to find a new eye doc after moving here from NY, but after weeding through some of the other bad practices, my insurance company recommended this one, and glad they did!!!

Worst customer service ever, the new staff has no idea what they are doing, I had an appointment and it took them 30 minutes to try to find my insurance information in the system which they couldn’t even do so right, I had to walk away from this place without being checked out. I’m never going to this place, wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody

AVOID AT ALL COST. We were just there, had a scheduled appointment and they had us waiting for almost 3 hours. They continued to tell me that I was next but it never happened. After asking how much longer, they had the audacity to tell me the doctor had to eat too. The staff was extremly unprofessional, arguing and being condensending to other patients. It reflects how poorly the doctor runs the medical side of the business. We ended up leaving and they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I obviously told them no...

Horrible customer service from Linda, who made my purchase the worst experience ever. She included in the estimate all the possible upcharges while I just wanted a basic single vision pair. She insisted me in rude to buy features I didnt want to the point where I felt uncomfortable, almost obligated to purchase them. I shouldve just walk away and regret buying it from her. Also, later I found out there was a promotion where I could get a second pare of equal price free. I asked if I could still get it, when she stayed yes you can but another day since the store is closing. It was 6:20 pm, and the door says it closes at 7.

My service rep at the West Pam Beach store was Ishraga Mokhtar and her patience and advice while helping my daughter and I pick out glasses this past Saturday (8/5/17) was great. Neither of us had our prescription and promised to bring it back later in the week to complete our order. She actually called me today to remind me about bring/sending our prescriptions. What makes it so nice, she does not normally work in the West Palm store so she didnt know that I had just dropped off my prescription...which tells me that she was just trying to provide EXCELLENT customer service by giving me a personal reminder. I thought that kind of CS had gone by the waist-side along with shivery. I guess its not, so Ill had better get back to opening doors for the ladies. LOL.

Not a happy camper, the gentleman that works there as a sales person has no manners. Very rude and unprofessional. My glasses were sent damage at the store they couldnt fix it and they had to order another pair, waited and waited left messages for the manager and never got back to me. I finally called today 8/25/17 this gentlemen picks up the call tells me my glasses got in today, I requested to spk/with the manager gave me actitud and he said and I quotes do you want your glasses yes or no what kind of sales person speaks to a patient like that. Unbelievable, they will not have my business anymore. The store is The the village west Palm Beach store# WPF-078.

As a business owner myself I am very upset with the service that I received by Linda Out of no help with picking out my frames and finding what I like to my own sitting down with her and going over pricing I asked her if it was any more available discounts her response was this is not a flea market I truly believe that this remark was me because I am African-American and she felt that that’s where I need to be shopping at not at we’re some like her would And keep in mind that the comment was very unprofessional I was so offended and upset and walked out and went to a different floor eyes and Wellington to make my purchase The associate Linda needs to be fired for her unprofessional comment Treat me like this should not be tolerated on any level keep in mind I was just about to spent over $600 At this establishment Technically I have spent more at at a fee market so I was very Confuse at her comment will be contacting corporate about this matter.
