Eva and Rachel are such sweethearts! Very welcoming. I came in to get my nose pads replaced and it was free. They care about the customer experience more than any other place Ive been to. The Okeechobee location is great and there is little wait time.

They DO NOT ACCEPT Medicare or Medicare Advantage insurance. So if you are a senior citizen, dont bother.The N Military location is seedy and next door to a check cashing business. That should give you an indication of the area.DO NOT BOTHER GOING IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN.

Going to Stanton Optical at 1990 West Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 was a miserable experience. The associate (or possibly the owner of the franchise) lied to me - right to my face. When I asked about the deal I had seen on television, she immediately told me that the deal only applied to inferior frames that would not last. When I asked for an eye exam, I was told that it was done all by machines. I went to the area for the exam and discovered that all their seating for the machines were small stools on rollers, which I could not use due to a problem with balance. I was told that they had no seats to use without rollers. I tried to do the first machine, but because I am very short, it was impossible. So, I decided to go with my last prescription and get new glasses anyway. I waited my turn, as I had expected to do and when I was seen by the woman who seemed to running the shop, I was disgusted with her sell, sell, sell attitude. She is the woman who was so quick to inform me that the special was for inferior product. When I asked her to find my old prescription that I was given by an optician at another location, she told me that although she found my records, she could not locate the prescription because it had been too long ago. When I pushed the issue, she SUDDENLY was able to find the prescription. By this time I was so disgusted with her and the entire experience that I just wanted to get my prescription and go. But she told me that she could not give me the prescription - and that I not be able to use ti even if she did give it to me because it is illegal for anyone, anywhere in the entire world to fill an old eyeglass prescription. I laughed when she actually used the phrase in the entire world, so she amended her statement to the entire country. I said I thought that it was possible to do this online and she told me that I was wrong. I finally was able to get her to actually give me my prescription and left. The moment I got home, I went online, found a well known online site and was easily able to order excellent glasses, with all the options I wanted at a much lower cost and none of the aggravation that I received from this horrible Stanton Optical representative. I can confidently state that I will never, ever walk into that store again. I dont like dealing with liars.

Absolutely worst service. Had an appointment at 5:10 for an eye exam. Started the appointment on time. Which was good. But then went downhill from there. Once beginning of exam was over. Was told to sit and wait. Never gave a reason why. Never got my eyes examined. Highly NOT recommend!

Went to pick up my glasses and was very disappointed with service. Was waiting in line and another customer came in three minutes behind and and I was over looked. I do understand she had an appointment but she was early. I was told to waitAnd she will get back with me. Look I spent over 500 for my glasses and all it took was someone else with different skin to be treated like a floor mate. After the guy up front was a mess as well. Just bad service. I don’t recommend them to anyone. I should have went back to American Best. I guess this what I get trying to give them a try.

They have a large amount of beautiful frames to choose from and very reasonably priced. They were very helpful in choosing the right frame for me. A better deal you couldn’t get anywhere else.

I purchased rather pricey glasses for my 4 year old daughter from this establishment. I was unaware the store closed at 6pm I arrived 15 minutes after the hour I just wanted to pick up my daughter glasses and no one would come to the door mind you customers and employees are still in the store . I understand store hours are store hours the reason I am so peeved is I due to fact I had to leave from my mother beside who suffered a stroke and other medical complications and will not be able to return for the night since I left the premises.I will never do business with this company again the customer service representative called the store and explained situation and the lady would not open the door I hope no would treat her this way if she ever fall on hard time
