Horrible customer service. One of the female workers had gone back to check a shoe size for me and a friend. Took ten minutes for another girl to come out, and waltzing past us, she snobbishly spout over her shoulder, we dont have them. And went on her merry way. It happened so fast I almost wasnt sure she was talking to us. But she was. In her voice there was a clear attitude, and she sounded like we had over stayed our welcome and she wanted us gone. I took my money and my friend and left. Not going back to this Journeys store. The Payless at the end of the mall was much more accommodating and kind in terms of customer service. Itd be wise to spend your money there instead. You wont feel unwanted or judged by lowbrow, part-time, holiday season employees. Step up your customer service, Journeys.

Went in to buy shoes today, the cashier was very rude. When I decline the offer to buy this shoe spray he told me well when your shoes are ruined in a week... I get that you have to push items but you should NEVER talk to a customer like that.
