Amazing bridal registry 1:1! I had a bad experience in the Crate and Barrel in Paramus, NJ, so I told the Westport store about it (I live much closer to it) and they welcomed me with open arms and walked through EVERYTHING with me. Sharon & Bridget were so nice and accommodating from when I first contacted them to leaving the store! Really great customer service at the Westport branch and cant wait to go back there soon!
Gary is the best! So helpful and friendly. Everyone is being super safe as well.

TERRIBLE. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CRATE & BARREL OR CB2 EVER AGAIN.I bought a massive 80 console table - its an in-home delivery item given its weight and size so there is a mandatory fee applied at checkout. The console was delivered but it was dropped off in the package room. It wasnt delivered in-home. I had to carry it myself up to my apartment which was beyond frustrating.I also bought a sofa in September 2020. The website site expected early November which worked out for me because I moved into my new place mid-October which meant 2 weeks without a couch (not short but not too long either). Closer to November, I check on the item and it said expected November 13 which is more like Mid-November. And thats the day they receive it in the warehouse so I will probably not receive the couch until end of November. EXTREMLY DECEIVINGIn addition to all of that, customer service has not been answering the phone since September. Ive tried to call at least 50 times and no replies. No replies to my emails either. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I give 3 stars because I can always find something beautiful to take home & store is always neat and clean when Ive stop in. But customer service can improve and I will not returning to this store again because of it.

If you dont have a particular look, you will be treated differently or ignored. I like the items offered at crate and barrel, but staff is pretentious and snobby. Wont be back.

Great variety. Nice staff. Prices are ridiculous. EX: I saw coffee mugs for $20. The exact same coffee mugs I can get at my local variety store for $2.49! I live in NYC, btw.
Terrible customer service!!!!It was our second visit to the store to purchase the sofa. We already got the quote a few weeks ago and wanted to make the purchase.We didn’t feel welcome back.Lynette didn’t recognized me and my husband, she didn’t say hello, I understand she was with her client at the moment however simple hello and letting me know that she will be with us after she is done or She she could ask some of her coworkers to help us.As a sales person myself I know what is a good customer service, it wasn’t what I was expecting in the store of this level.Have to ask other people to help us to complete the purchase.

Im actually surprised at all the bad customer service reviews, I ordered something online and was told over the phone that I could have it assembled in store for me but when I got there the woman at the cashier had no idea what I was talking about but got another associate to help me out. The man (I forgot his name) assembled the product for me it probably took him like 30+ minutes I insisted he just give up but he was not going to let me leave the store without my assembled product. Great customer service!!
Store is beautiful, staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgable. The GM JoAnne also stopped to see if I needed any help at all. Very well run operation!

Ordered shelf online to be pick-up at local Wesport store. Still no shelf one month later. Called their Customer Service 3 times. 2 times rep had absolutely no clue. 1 time supervisor could not suggest anything realistic about order availability and was constantly interrupting me with Oh, I know, I know. Looks like folks out there just dont care. And that was in Westport!
The staff not very friendly. Not sure what the issue is. Somewhat better in West Hartford.

Very spacious store with idea room layouts, helpful to see so much in one place, staff attentive without being a pain..
The quality is better than average which is why there are rarely any meaningful discounts. However, store policies and practices as well as customer support is confusing (different answers to the same questions), which is why I only give three stars.
We had to wait around for about 30 minutes to have them find utensils in the back. Once we came home, we realized they were serving spoons, not utensils. We were ignored for the time we were waiting, though we werent moving and no one seemed to know what we were there for when we asked to check up on our help.
My favorite store. I bought several items there and have been very happy with the service.
