Y’all need to rethink your hours. Internet says closes at 5....drive over at 4:05 and they actually close at 4:00.

Didnt go to the showroom but went to the parts counter. Have been in both parts counters (one is for A/C and the other for plumbing). They are polite, friendly and helpful. If you have the make and model of what youre working on they can help you. If the people in the showroom are anything like the parts departments they will fix you up with what you need.

Great place to go for hot water heatersThe people are courteous. Bought a state select 2 years ago and had trouble with it from the start with the honeywell control. Called the state people for warranty and that was a joke. They just want your money.

Very special, complicated problem with water heater bought elsewhere. Excellent attention to detail and impressive service.
