Took our Kirby in to get a tune up and get a used transmission replaced and got home and it sounded horrible the transmission has an awful clicking noise when turned on and in motion. Took it back and the guy said it was normal, I argued with him and told him transmissions arnt suppose to be making noises i tried explaining my point and continued to talk over me. It was clear he wasn’t going to do anything to fix it so I asked for my original transmission back and he said he threw it in the trash. Do Not come here for repairs and expect your vacuum to sound or work like new. Customer Service was absolutely terrible .

They are helpful and do very good work.

I have used them twice. Once to fix a switch on a dryer and another to repair & overhaul my Dyson DC17. Both times they saved me hundreds of dollars on having to replace. I have had my Dyson for 13 years and I was afraid it was a gonner after it started making loud noises and stopped sucking up. They overhauled and cleaned it up (it was seriously gross since my daughter thought it can also be used to pick up wet stuff) for a fraction of what I bought it for!

The church I work for uses this place for our vacuums. They always take great care of us with fast friendly service

Super nice owners. Pats tea shope is next door, this a really nice place for buying many options of tea as well as for renting the place for kids tea parties.
