Well I bought my first Toyota, which I love,with the promise from there finance person(which is no longer there) that I could come back in a year and refinance for a lower payment. I go back this year and no they cant do it... very disappointing.

I worked directly with Leigha and she helped me coordinate a radiator repair on my Highlander. Even though it was an unexpected expense, I felt that this dealership and Leigha specifically worked with me to get what was needed done.I was informed when the timeline changed due to staffing issues and appreciated the communication given.

Malloy Toyota is family owned and operated. The service shop is well run and follow-up by the various service representatives is good. Their work on our 2019 Toyota Sequoia has been very well done and completed on time. Service hours enable flexible availability. They support the local community through various charity programs. Recommended.

Should have fixed rims before purchase ..dont understand how much better Malloy Ford is so superior..but will continue with Malloy ford..kudos..Toyota 👎

This Service Center is hands down the best Service Center that Ive ever been to. Scheduling appointment online is easy. Rescheduling, they work with you. These guys in the shop dont miss anything and when they give you a time thats what time itll be. Its hard to find that at any shop.

Charged us for oil change that was covered by our Toyota Care Plus plan. Wouldnt replace malfunctioning jack. No shade anywhere or outside seating to avoid waiting room because of covid except employees smoking area with two chairs. Didnt have parts for recall, after it is stated on our appt and we called earlier.

Took my Rav 4 in for maintenance. Service personnel were helpful, spending time with me, and answering questions. I enjoy paying a bill that doesnt have more tacked onto it than the minimal needed.

I cant speak for the sales dept although I imagine its not bad because I do have a friend that works in sales and hes good people. In regards to the service dept theyre great especially Matt Brooks, I brought my Tacoma in for some warranty and recall work and believe it or not they took better care of me than fricking corporate did, which is usually the opposite. I actually had an awful experience there a few years ago and Im glad I gave them another try because with the new management theyve turned it 180 degrees. Now theyre the only dealership Ill take it to for anything from now on.

Management must not be taking COVID-19 seriously ! You have employees and customers inside the building not wearing masks !
