My wife called to schedule a service call for a not even 1 year old atlas. All the electrical components are failing. False indications for the door being open, the parking break is coming on, the windows randomly lower. Started being one or two electrical components and is now 5 or 6 different false indications. Not what you would expect from a new car. It gets worse, rather then taking the problem seriously we were given the run around when trying to schedule service. When I told the rep I was talking to she would have to do better she hung up. Buy a better car, from a better dealership. The customer service at the Winchester VW location was some of the worst I’ve seen.
Very poor service. The employees just weren’t very friendly and not like a usually dealership. Also bring cash, works WAY better than a card. I had to swipe 3 cards before it would even go through plus it already took the amount out of the cards I did use. They say it happens every day but still won’t fix the issue, or tell customers ahead of time cash works best. And they didn’t go about the situation too well, just overall bad service.
We came in with a trade and walked out with a nice new car. They was nice and very professional and made the car buying experience very pleasant and pleasurable. I am very happy and satisfied with my car. I love it!!!
I was very pleased with our service, we were traveling from PA and noticed our car had an odd sound, we googled for a VW service center and as luck would have it we were only 12 mi. from Beyer, when we arrived Tiffany checked us in and she was so pleasant, our car was serviced and we were on our way.
Contacted about interest in a new vehicle and received a quick and thorough response from a Mr. Scott Henderson. My wife and I traveled in store and was taken very good care. Every part of the process was smooth and well explained. We were in and out driving away in less than 2 hours. I was driving with my family from NY to fl when we broke down on i81. Luckily I was able to limp to Beyer vw. I got in after the service dept closed so stayed at a nearby hotel for the night. I arrived when they opened at 7am and they got me right in. They diagnosed the issue and had the part in stock and had be back on the road by noon. They even got me a loaner vehicle as I had to be out of the hotel by 11am. I have never in my life had this great of an experience with a car dealership. Tiffany the service advisor was phenomenal. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of anything vw related.
I traveled from northeast PA to purchase a car from Beyer because I wanted a specific vehicle and they were the only dealership in a 300 mile radius who had it. Their entire staff was very accommodating, especially my salesperson Phil. He contacted me within minutes of requesting a call on their website. From that point forward he responded quickly whenever I had a question and because of that, within 24 hours of finding the car online, we had the deal set. Including financing, trade-in, and price. All through email and text from over 200 miles away.Because I was coming from pretty far away I wasn’t able to get to the dealership until about 25 minutes before they closed. They had everything ready to go and everyone stayed past closing to make sure the deal got done without a hitch. Phil ended up staying at least an hour late so he could show me all the amazing features of the GLI and never once let it seem like it was an issue. Overall it was the best car buying experience I’ve had and I would highly recommend visiting them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Their facilities are beautiful and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Was experiencing some popping noises in the front end of my Atlas crossport. The vehicle had been in previously for the same issue and believed to have been fixed due to a sway bar issue. Popping never improved so I brought it back in. This time the diagnosis was a bad steering rack. So they ordered a new part, gave me a week long loaner and resolved the issue. Solid customer service!

Very nice car buying experience. As far as dealerships go, I was given a fair price on my trade. They also did their best to accommodate my requests for several items related to the sale. The day after I purchased my vehicle, service took care of minor issue and did not charge me for the service. All-in-all, I would recommend Beyer Volkswagen to my friends.

I recently bought a VW Jetta GLI from Ben Newton. He is an incredible salesman and knew everything about each of the cars I was interested in. I was very impressed with both his knowledge and his more laid back attitude - he worked very hard to make sure I had a car I was thrilled with while not pushing in any way. In my view, it would make buying a new car much easier if there were more salesmen of his caliber. He went out of his way to make sure he could find the car I wanted when he didn’t have it on their lot. I was in and out within an hour after he had brought my new car back to his dealership.Financing was a breeze with Adam. Everything was ready to go by the time I got into his office and I was in and out in 15 minutes. My experience at this dealership was first rate my car was diagnosed with a transmission failure my passat was 7 years old they provided me with a new SUV as a loaner my transmission was replaced in less than a week they did not charge me a dime my car runs like new and Tiffany my service writer always kept me informed of the progress, I can not say enough about this outstanding dealership and the fine professional people they employ !!! Although it wasnt ready, he made sure it did not cause any inconvenience to me. Rolled in for my appointment for a Mazda oil change at 10:30. I was greeted by the service consultant. Spent some time checking out the new Mazdas. I then got a cup of coffee, but before I could finish it, the car was ready. The price was market for a synthetic change. Cant go wrong at Beyer Mazda.

I really don’t understand all of the two and one star ratings for this dealership. Matt took care of me the entire time. I had a def injector issue with my 2015 TDI and they had to order the part. Because of the virus freak out they had a hard time getting the part but they communicated the entire time and offered a loaner. The dealership was very accommodating and gracious. I ended up getting tires and alignment, then the tech noticed my heater valve flapper issue and they fixed that under warranty as well! Because of a 10 day lead time I asked for my car back with the oil change, tires, alignment and heater valve. I ended up bringing my car back a second time for the def line install, but the mechanics knocked out a lot of work in just a few hours the first time and again the second time they were done very quickly. The work looked good and I was able to walk over and talk to the mechanic. I am a shade tree mechanic myself, and I usually take my car up to Jeremy at PD Autowerks. Jeremy fully endorsed the mechanics here and I can see why now. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here with the service department. I would not hesitate to return and get some of this world class service again.

My VW had an issue that 3 different mechanics couldnt figure out. They kept my car here for just about a month. Worked tirelessly to find the solution to my cars issue. They gave me 2 loaner vehicles to drive until my issue was fixed and kept me posted constantly thorough out the process. I cant thank them enough for all the assistance they gave.

Seriously. Give this dealership a chance.They worked hard, were transparent and honest. They worked hard to make sure that the deal was solid. The team made sure that we had considered all options and we had all the information possible.Personally, I feel like I chose the wrong vehicle but THAT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF BEYER VOLKSWAGEN. I made a couple of assumptions about where I was moving that impacted my decision. Knowing a bit more about the area I am moving to and the next three years, I would have chosen a different vehicle. However, i can say that the Tiguan is an awesome vehicle. We are loving it.I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They worked as a team and it was the most positive experience I have ever had with a dealership. If I end up back here, I will only purchase from Beyer.

At 0900 a text arrived detailing what the mechanic had found and actions that were being taken to affect repairs. Excellent customer service. They thought the repairs would take a while so they quickly gave me a loaner vehicle to take home overnight. The repairs were finished by the end of the work day so I got my car back sooner than expected!I really appreciated the through inspection done by the mechanics. I felt the cost for the repairs was very fair.

I take my Mazda to Beyer because they are honest. I have had more than one experience taking a vehicle to others who break your vehicle so you will have to come back. My Mazda is a 2006 and has mileage on it. I trust Beyer. They take good care of me.
I recently purchased a 2007 Mazda pickup truck from the owner. A month later I received notice from Mazda that the air bag inflation device had been recalled but had never been serviced. I was told by the the dealer (Don Beyer) that I could bring the vehicle in anytime for the repair. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the service manager and was told they checked but did not have the part in stock. I was told that they would provide me with a loaner ( a 2020 Mazda SUV With 1000 miles on it) until the part could be shipped and the repair made. I was delighted to say the least. The next day they called to tell me my car was ready and I could pick it up whenever it was convenient.Given the circumstances, age of the vehicle purchased from an owner and a no charge recall, I was extremely pleased with their service at Don Beyer.

Went in for a $75 synthetic oil change and they wanted to charge me $49 to replace a side marker bulb, over $500 to replace my front two brakes, $480 to replace my two rear tires, $220 to replace the dog bone mount, over $900 to replace the two rear trailing arms, and $140 for a alignment. The grand total came to over $2500 but they said the good news was that they could take care of everything while I waited. No wonder I was the only one in the waiting area for the whole time I was there. Even if all these things were wrong, which they were not, I could have had it all done at another reputable garage for less than $1000. BE AWARE...this is what happens when you go to a garage owned by a Democrat!
The service was excellent and there was a comfortable waiting area. There was great communication while my car was being serviced and the place seemed exceptionally clean.
Appointment was to get my Tiguan inspected. I was greeted by name and told everything was on schedule so they would be done in about an hour. That was true. I liked that they cleaned off the inside of the windshield before putting on the new sticker.

Service department was nice enough, however by not paying attention to detail, they caused a huge hassle for my daughter. The car was supposed to be left locked with the key in it...when she arrived to pick it up, they key was not in it and caused her a two hour drive the next morning because they couldn’t follow through. Nothing like the experience I have had at my local Volvo dealership in Jacksonville.

Prices are not competitive with area. The actual work on vehicles is ok but the service advisor/customer service is terrible. This is the second time we’ve asked about coupons that they don’t honor when it’s specifically on their own website. Pretend as if the customer knows nothing about vehicles and took advantage of my daughter being female and young. Only VW dealer close to home.
