Great friendly staff. They were busy and training staff, but made ample time to answer all our questions and did not push items that we did not need.

The experience started off ok, but turned out exactly like all the other one star reviews and they shouldn’t even get 1 star! They all need to be fired! Chris, Natalia, Patrick and the chick that was there today who was supposed to be minding her business and helping her customers but instead tried to have a stare down with me and my daughter’s! I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

I had a wonderful customer experience at the Lake Ridge Verizon store. Barry assisted me with a minor issue i was having with my phone, and he treated me with respect (being a senior, I am somewhat clueless when it comes to my phone). He was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I left the place with a smile on my face! Recommend anyone to drive the extra mile to this location.

Joanna was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. She answered all our questions, shared great info to assist in making the process smooth. We stopped in last week and spoke to Chris, the store manager who gave us excellent information regarding the transfer and purchase of the phones. His information helped with our decision. He started the process and Joanna continued the transfer process without changing a single bit of the information. Chris arrived before we left the store both have great attitudes.

Brittany was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She listened to our needs and was able to meet them for less money than we thought.

Joanna was terrific. I’ve often experienced less than helpful service when dealing with Verizon — but not with Joanna. She was quick, effective, knowledgeable and very polite. Joanna was sure to cover all the bases and avoid nonsense attempts to make a sale. And in doing so - she made MORE sales. I would highly recommend working with Joanna - it was even worth the extra 20 minutes out of the way!!

Great customer service from Latrell!

Our experience with this store has been horrific. First of all, we had an appointment through Verizon at 3pm and when we came in there was only one rep working and we were told to come back at 5:30. Fine. So we leave, come back, and order two phones (told they would be in 4-5 days). Once home, we get a confirmation email and notice one of the phones is incorrect. The next day I called the store to explain and they basically say there us nothing they can do except wait for the wrong device to come in and send it back (doubling my wait time). I expressed my disappointment and was told the manager (Chris) would look into it and call me back. 3.5 hours later I hadnt received a call so i called again. This time Chris answered. He offered to order a third device and then just send the incorrect device back. Fine - EXCEPT now the device wont be here for 15 DAYS. Im obviously extremely frustrated at this point but told Chris if thats my only choice then I would do that. Chris says, ok and HANGS UP THE PHONE. I was in the middle of saying, is there anything else you need from me? and he literally hung up on me. I was shocked. Not, ok, is there anything else I can help you with or ok, Im sorry for the miscommunication or even ok, have a nice day. Just, ok....click. I have NEVER been treated this way by any other verizon store or rep.**EDITED TO ADD: We have now found out that two employees at this store told us the wrong trade-in value for one of our phones which drastically changes the monthly price we would pay. We went back into the store to speak with the manager and I basically left feeling like he placed all the blame on me. He even said it was my fault that I spent all day on the phone with customer service because I should have just waited for the phones to get in. That would have changed nothing because there still would have been an issue with the trade-in value not being ad advertised. I honestly felt like the manager kept gaslighting me and making me question by own recollection of things. We cancelled our phone orders all together and have now wasted two days deali mg with this mess.**

I just want to say that Brittany kept me with Verizon wireless. I was ready to switch AT&T after being loyal to Verizon for over 16yrs. Corporate in the store and call center we’re not helping me AT ALL. I needed a phone for my mother and they just wanted me to pay without any promotional deal. Brittany showed me how my bill was still messed after I asked Verizon wireless to take some services off my bill because we no longer needed them. Brittany was pleasant to work with and went about & beyond to make sure my moms new phone was set up properly. She even called me the next day to make sure her instructions worked since my moms old phone would not stay powered on in the store. My mom now has a phone that works and I decided not to leave Verizon wireless because of Brittany. Thank you guys for being so helpful!!

I don’t recommend anyone to go to this store. The guy there will make promises that he cannot keep. I have a business account with 4 lines and I was suppose to receive an iPad as part of a promotion, it’s been a month since I signed up and I got nothing from them. Every time I go there to ask about the IPad he tries to up-sell me on more stuff instead of keeping his promise with the IPad.Why do you have your associates make promises that they can’t keep to your customers.Also, I was never given any proof that I will be receiving an IPad, no tracking number, no order number, nothing.Last time I went there he said that he would check on it and call me tomorrow and of course he never did. Very bad service.The customer service rep ( Chris) who was the person I dealt with from the beginning to the end was so pushy that made not want to even go back to but any accessories for my phone.If you have to get Verizon avoid this store.Besides I had better signal with TMobile than Verizon 5G.

I was literally skipped over twice after waiting 45mins to get my phone upgraded. Mind you when you come into the store you have checkin through some website and they send you a confirmation text, which I received. So I did everything right and the sales rep (not Chris) gave me some excuse and asked if I wanted to make an appointment...noooo so you can skip over me again, I think not! I just went to the other location on prince William prkwy

During this time of the coronavirus I have been scrupulously careful about not going into stores or shopping. But it was time to get a new phone. Christopher Wilson Was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind in ordering my new phone, and getting it set up, while practicing safe distancing and coronavirus precautions. The store was clean, we were allowed to social distance, and it was a positive experience for me. I even surprised my husband by replacing his old iPhone 4 with a new SE 2020 as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They took time to answer all my questions and explain the pros and cons of different plans. They made sure I understood exactly what I was getting and that I got the best plan to march my specific needs.

All I wanted was to upgrade to new phone. When I showed up I was told that if I spent money on getting old phone repaired that I would qualify for $600 trade in toward new phone. Repairing the phone was more expensive than I was told it would be and then didnt qualify for trade in because it would require changing plan which Chris the associate didnt take into consideration. Went in to buy new phone, ended up being two days of time and $230 bill to fix the phone i was trying to replace. Wont be coming back here.

I loved that I am with Verizon. I have pre pay. I need to get unluck my iPhone 11. To give to my family manner iPhone 11 bc I got 12pro max.I went to the store for help. A guy who works there he start talking about how if I payed off it should be unlocked and I might not know about it. I did not mind that he told me what he thinks that I did not know. However, I knew it wasn’t unlocked before I go there, I checked. Then he said call and talk to costumer Sevice I try to call them but it was hard to get help so I went back and tell him that it was very hard to talk to a person because it has no choice that said unlock the device. He start talking about how pre pay phone can’t get help like the other people who have a different plan. I was really sad how he was down talking to me and saying that because I have pre pay phone that I can’t get some help like others. I never heard this before.I think the gentlemen who talk to me like that need help or training how to help costumer.

I came in to get the new iPhone SE 2020 because my old SE unexpectedly crashed. The new one was available for immediate in-store pickup at this location when Verizon online wouldnt have shipped it to me for another week! (Note: This is during the time of the pandemic when its especially important to have a phone.).Through the entire transition process Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring, all the while greeting other customers and triaging their situations while helping me. He answered all my questions in a patient and kind way. I learned a lot from him and he offered that I could follow up with more questions or refer any one else, too if they needed assistance. I came away feeling like a valued customer with my concerns relieved and prepared to use my new iPhone.

I got a voicemail about an account review to come in and see if I could save money...I went in with a Verizon family XL data plan with 16gb per month. I left this Victra store with Unlimited data, a 30 dollar/month reduction in my bill, and upgraded my iPhone 10 to an 11pro with the same exact monthly device charge. I also did not wait at all to be seen very unlike the corporate store.I could not have used my lunch hour any better!

Called requesting info on a mobile hotspot and whether they offered use-as-you-go, month-to-month, or annual contracts. I was told they offered all options and to come in in order to discuss it and see what they had. I came in and they tried selling me on a new cellphone plan and then told me they only offered month-to-month on the mobile hotspot. No other options were available like they had said over the phone. Very disappointing and just a waste of time.

My family and I could not be more pleased with the EXCELLENT customer service we received from Chris the manager, as well as the other helpful and considerate employees. We purchased an iPad and two iPhones and they were all so helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing new products or questions with service, to go to this location. They will be seeing our family again in the future!

My nephew is a Verizon manager. He reviewed my sales information. He over sees 5 Verizon stores. He state they sold me to many accessories. Then did not set the phone up for the protections I went I to get. Then they tapped into my phones and iPad. They wanted me to put financial information on them so the can copy. The person who sold me the items came up on my phone. She told me this would only happen if it was a scam call. Well. It happened. I called her and she rushed off the phone. I have people hacking my d devices . Fraud is running rapid there be careful.
