The customer service is exceptional. But I was sad to learn that they had relocated from their previous site to one in Stonebridge. While notionally this is a nicer site, it is congested and not easy to get there between all the vehicle traffic and foot traffic. Worse, they dont have an internal phone number to converse with someone on site. Any attempts to call send you to the main 800 number.But back to my initial positive, the employees are personable and make it pleasant to be on site. They were ready to give information and answered every question I offered. That was most appreciated. Because of this, I might increase my business with them.

First the personnel in this store location are Very Efficient, Patient, Extremely Helpful & Knowledgeable.Especially Customer Service Rep. Kenerah is a 5+In addition, She handled everything above & beyond what is usually normal. Helping w/equipment issues & fixing problems we had with the previous store personnel & fixing credits & errors that werent done correctly!I also want to mention w/the new Xfi Gateway system- Our internet Services Now works on all 3 floors of our 3 story Town House, (w/No other equipment needed) To its fullest capacity, w/no more Breaks or Disconnects in service!!😘Also the New voice control remotes work wonderfully. Making doing absolutely everything that has to do w/our cable account services, Very Easy ro Navigate!! A+ 👌

Went in to pay a bill and they had a table set up with free goodies and raffle. The woman was a great help with questions about our service and bill as well as showing us newer phone/app features - which includes actual donload capabilities for phones, tablets etc hich is very cool when you have no wifi or dont want to use data as well as explaining xfinity vs Comcast. We had no idea that Comcast owns NBC as well as other major major companies. It was confusing when comcast changed to xfinity but the name comcast was still attached and she was more than happy to explain why - for others who are curious, Comcast is the main company which has a menu of other companies such as NBC and Xfinity cable service among many others. So the name change reflects one of the many services/companies comcast owns. Comcast owns Xfinity cable service and the name change was to avoid confusion as Comcast is a much larger conglomerate than imagined.Its funny going in just to pay a bill, end up asking questions, going through a short presentation of newer options for the raffle and did I say free goodies to boot?I also have to say that the Xfinity/Comcast rep for my former apt buildings was very active in our monthly activities, always doing raffles and giving away small gifts for everyone the same. While it would be nice to be able to be grandfathered into promo pricing, after switching once to Verizon cable after moving, we quickly cut the cable off as it was horrid and not useful, only junk channels. It was not only that the only channels we had were garbage but thebremote and menu were confusing and price for price xfinity far outweighs verizon which is actually more expensive even as a bundle if you want decent channels.The other employees were also super nice and helpful and it turned out to be a pleasant experience.

The WORST service. Starting in 2021 they VIOLATED YOUR CONTRACT and started charging more if you use more than 1.2T of data. With COVID going on that means every family who has to stream for school, games, entertainment, etc, will be paying a. Additional 100 a month because this greedy unethical company thinks its ok to prey on people at their worst. Verizon has fiber, which is WAY BETTER, for cheaper, and ZERO DATA CAPS!

I had a good experience with my set up the guy they came out was very pleasant (Mani) quick and efficient. When I spoke with comcast customer service because I thought I had channels that I didnt the customer service Rep. (Rita) was the best. Id give her 10 stars if I could love her!

Service sucks only had for two months and the connection keeps going out, they say bring your old boxes in, but why do I have “old” boxes in the first place. All in all I thought switching was best because it was cheaper but they just out right suck. Plain and simple. They can’t fix the issue so they have to send a tech out. Just an inconvenience. You would think they would lower your bill with all the issues people seem to have. If I could have given a half of star I would. Then your service is disconnected before the bill is even due. Which I had to call about last month. I mean damn how worse can you get. On top of my very first installation the tech sat in his truck for over 30 mins, I know because I was sitting outside since I live in a building where you need a code or key. Then on top of being in my house for longer then expected, tech seemed to not know what he was doing. He set up the account that I couldn’t get into because he didn’t tell me the password that was selected or what not. My rant could go on and on, but I will leave with saying if you can get another service for better price and better service please do so immediately. People work hard for their money and it sucks when you have to pay for stuff that barely works, or just constantly stops working at random times.

I walked in with questions and 10 minutes later I walked out educated with the modem, cable box and cables to set up my pun Internet and cable service. Im sure I could also have scheduled someone to do it for me - but why wait when its so simple.Very helpful staff that communicate clearly. Great experience.

I paid 1.00 online to set up service and wanted to change my plan I was told over the phone I had to wait until they open then when I went to the Woodbridge location the girl cancelled the whole order and told me the 1.00 isnt showing up on her computer so she wouldnt give me a modem and she said I needed to pay 25.00 in store so I went outside and tryed to reorder but I couldnt so I called customer service and talked to Rhonda there in Maryland and she straightened everything out so I could go back in the store and get a modem and she said any one of them previous people could have helped me but I got a run around that girl at the Woodbridge location didnt know what she could do fully and thats not good she sent me away and didnt try to correct the problem she just cancelled the whole order because I wanted to change it SMH!

The Xfinity store is open until 7 PM which makes it nice for people to conduct business after work. The employees seem knowledgeable. They are friendly and as always willing to assist you in working out a particular problem that you might have concerning your equipment.

I was a little hesitant due to reviews, but we went in there to set up an account and had a couple issues with a previous account. ZAIN was the one that helped us! He asked if we had been helped, set me up quickly and even went through a couple deals with us. I appreciate his awesome customer service and being attentive to our needs!

Not the best visit. Had a long wait to begin with then was charged for a restocking fee when the sales consultant switched a dead phone to another when opening up a new line with a new phone. Was told not to worry about the charge but it still went through on my credit card and had to call xfinity to get credit back. Ugh.

Couldnt help me with anything I needed. Had to call customer service and was tortured by a poor English speaking agent from the Philippines who kept repeating from a script. I have had to constantly call customer service because their stores are not able to do much but cancel or add a new customer. Other than that they are just a store front. When it was smaller the customer service was better and was in the United states

Please don’t be fooled by this company! My husband and I set up service with them and we found out they were not providing anything more than what we have with Verizon. We canceled SEVERAL TIMES to no avail. The representatives don’t speak English enough to understand what you are talking about either. So they kept sending us emails stating that they installation was still going to happen and they were going to charge my account. I also wrote and called to the manager of installation and still nothing. Next stop is to the Xfinity store!! I’m done!

I was there on a Sunday afternoon. It wasnt very busy and I was very pleased with the customer service. I dont remember the name of the girl who helped me out but she was great! All my questions were answered and I didnt feel like I was being pushed one way or another. Id like to go back just to find out her name because I want to let Xfinity know what a good employee they have.

Xfinity system is not very stable. The main video box has required reboot several times in a few months. I rebooted the Verizon box twice in 4 years. The other room boxes have also required reboot several times. Comcast offers lower cost than Verizon; however, they charge for movies that are over 10 years old!!Cant wait to dump Comcast.

EXTREMELY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I went to return my t.v. receiver and there was only ONE person ahead of me, that person was already being helped and it seemed. I waited patiently 33 minutes and it wasnt until I got up and told them I had to leave that they finally helped me.

Xfinity sucks. Do not recommend i miss Direct TV but sadly in the area where i live they cannot install Direct TV because of all the trees around. Xfinity always freezes like 3 times a week and it takes time to get back to watching tv and also they lie about the prices, they tell you that so many channels come in your package and then all of a sudden you cant see many channels because “the package changed” . I regret getting Xfinity

On 1-26-19. I was frantic about getting someone to fix my internet and pondered if the Woodbridge Xfinity store could assist with getting a technician out to my home in Stafford. Jose Granados didnt hesitate to locate my account..made an appointment for a technician..and provide me with the latest cost and updates Xfinity had to offer. I am sure that it is a part of his job. However for me it was nice to have a young man who remained calm..smiled the whole time..and took pride in his work. Thank you Jose for your patience..time..and a rare but great customer service.

THIS STORE WAS NOT THE PROBLEM | When ordering Internet through the Xfinty Live Help - I was connected with a 3rd Party Customer Service Rep out of Mumbai, India. His name displayed and I looked him up (LinkedIn) during our Online Chat within the Xfintity web site. I was logged in to my account. During the order, I went off record and had to input my credit card to complete it. He stole it, charged a bunch of stuff on it. Lucky, Amazon Visa caught it immediately and notified me. I cancelled the card and was not charged for the fraudulent charges. I would highly suggest that OVERSEAS 3rd world idioits not service ORDERS from US CITIZENS purchasing Xfintiy products. There is a LARGE amount of lawsuits and news sotries of Xfinity customers who complain about this issue - and obvisouly it has not been taken care of - so NO, I would not recommend Xfintiy. I have to get it becuase its the ONLY thing offered in my WORK apartment. You guys have the RECORD of the CHAT. When I reported it, your stupid Security Fruad department personnel did not understand what had occurred. I had to call in multiple times until I got a ticket number. NOW WHAT ??? Will anything be done ???

Used to be the best 10-15 years ago, now it is the worst. it appears the issues are due to infrastructure not maintaining or upgrading there services and infrastructure, this goes for Internet and television.Over the past 2 years and on their current trend, I feel that Comcast/Xfinity profits, business structure and overall services will decline even further in years to come.

Get this, Ive had a couple of channels for over a year; today they stopped working; called Comcast and service customer tells me there was a signal leakage because theyre not covered under my subscription and thats why Ive been able to see those channels; I explained thats not true; I can see them in my channel line up and I talked to someone live when I signed up...Signal Leakage? LOL. Verizon sucks big, Comcast has improved but not top notch, what else is there? Oh, streaming..

This has to be one of the worst companies in existence. Theyre telling me they wont cover my bill even though my service has never once worked since it was installed 3 months ago. Ive called multiple times to get it fixed and all i ever get is the run around and lied to. I have to pay my bill for them to turn it on and then theyll credit me the days its not in service. What kind of thieving is that?? Legal thieving. I had to fight with a tech to get him to even do his job and then tell him how to do his job.

Try to screw you left and right. Lock you in to a 2 year contract and hike the rates up astronomically. Always a different new charge on each months bill that I have to call and question them about, or upgrade my services without authorization then try to charge additionally for it. By far the worst experience with a company Ive ever had. Moving soon and trying to downgrade for the last couple months to Internet only, they are charging me 85 a month before taxes and fees... Internet only!

I requested service on a Thursday, was on the phone for 3 hours to no avail. They set up a technician for Monday and the tech was a no show but lied that he came to my home and i was out.I took off work all day and my bedroom window looks onto driveway. No one came to my home. Worst service ever. Verizon is very expensive but Ill pay for their service.Very upset

Absolutely terrible service.We moved from Florida, to Texas and heading back to Florida, our home. Texas was Spectrum and it has its issues...but not like Xfinity. Dear god, how is this internet? This is 2018 and we almost never have our internet working at all, if it is, there is no signal, no bandwidth. I am a full time graduate student and I almost never have internet in my home, in the suburbs of DC metro VA. The customer service personnel only continuously try to set up, horribly timed and huge appointment windows to get a tech out, and the issue is still never solved. When there is an outage, they do not have the technology or communication to be aware of it for a day, and not able to fix it, for even longer. No one had fixed our bill yet. It is unacceptable to pay for a service that is not delivered upon.My internet in Florida, Spectrum, was outstanding and I cannot wait to go back. I will be making a consumer affairs complaint and maybe BBB and FTC, I encourage everyone to do the same. OH! Also, the default resolution for 170 dollar a month service, is SD... SD. When was the last time anyone used SD? It is so awful looking that we dont and cant use our cable, and we are surely not paying more for HD.Every company Ive had before and Spectrum, HD is... standard. All TVs, HD is minimum standard now as we have 4kU TVs. Absolutely awful.

Paid my bill, returned my equipment but next day they charged with an early termination fee, even though I simple moved and had to set up another comcast account. Obviously they didnt bother to call me and sent me to collections. Tried calling comcast, they said I have to call the store to resolve it, but the phone number they list just takes you to the regular comcast technical service. So if you move out of town, you will be screwed.

I dont know whats higher their uptime percentage or their IQs, the children of the employees could do their jobs better. I lag out of literally any call of duty game i play. The internet is just horrid. I honestly wonder how much and why they get paid. The best you can get from these guys is 1 bar. A little bit more doing your jobs and a little less playing with yourself. I honestly forget that I even have internet, because of how rare an occasion it is to have the internet work. Just disband your company and stop stealing peoples money. I have to restart my router multiple times a week. There is no good from this company so dont even bother trying comcast.
