I landed at Yonkers Honda after 3 days, and 10 dealerships of searching for a new car to replace my car that was totaled in the recent floods. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Mae S. who immediately began assisting us in looking for a new car. Thankfully Yonkers Honda had more inventory in stock than the other dealerships that I previously visited had. As such, I was able to actually choose which car I wanted rather than feeling forced to accept just any available vehicle.Mae S. was so patient with us as we looked at each vehicle and asked questions about the differences between each of the available vehicles. She offered her opinion when we were trying to decide on which vehicle to get but she was not pushy and allowed us time to make an informed decision. Other dealerships that I went to attempted to sell us a car by dwelling on the crazy car market and kind of forcing us to accept what they were offering. Mae S., on the other hand, compassionately understood our situation of suddenly losing a car while simultaneously trying to help us find a new car despite the current market.Mae S. made this entire process so much more easier and pleasant to navigate. Completing all of the paperwork was a seamless process. I wasnt initially looking for a Honda but Maes heart of gold, patience and professionalism has gained me as a loyal customer.Please do not hesitate to visit this dealership and ask for Mae!

The people here are all very kind. Mae helped us out and was always so nice, even when she just met us. I’ll always come back to her whenever my family needs another car. I called first before making an appointment and they were very straightforward with what to expect for prices and inventory. When I got there, they stayed true to their word and we’re very kind. Be careful and review your sales contracts. These guys boldly pocket your down payment. Be wary of making zelle transfers and handing cash directly to the salesmen, and ensure that you see the exact amount that you’ve specified as your down payment amount on your contract before you finalize anything. I know the saying goes that you should never trust a car salesman; but experiencing the fraud first hand was definitely nerve wrecking.

I am a 20 year old college student who works part time and I went to Yonkers Honda looking for a used civic or accord. My salesman Leo, was exceptional! He listened to my concerns about milage and affordability. I had no doubt that buying a Honda was the right choice for me (especially because my 06 accord with 200,000 plus miles just hit the can). As a part time worker and a first time car buyer I was worried about being able to afford a car on my own, as it was going to be purchased in my name. Leo was extremely professional and accommodating, even little details like offering my mom & I water while working out the financing. We were also very happy about how hospitable Yonkers Honda was about abiding to Covid-19 restrictions. About a week later and I am nothing but thrilled to hop into my 2015 Civic, it puts a smile on my face everyday. The best part is I know I got a great price and this isnt a major burden on my monthly payments. We will definitely be coming back to Leo at Yonkers Honda when my sisters time comes to buy a car. Speaking with someone to schedule an appointment,the vehicle I was interested in was confirmed. When I show up, the vehicle is not there and the sales reps are unsure where the car is. I personally went to loo for it and found it on the lot. However, it required work. I left all of my info to be contacted after the work was done so I could purchase vehicle. I followed up a week after and the car had not been worked on. Again I left my information to be contacted when ready but still no call. I called after another week (2 weeks total) and the car had been removed from the website and inventory. According to the sales rep I spoke to, it was not sold, just that management got rid of it. Horrible service and waste of time when it comes to business. I would recommend other dealerships that are serious with their customers.

I was very happy the way things turned out when I bought my Honda Civic two days ago. Kevin Graham was very professional and helpful when I approached him about upgrading my car. He answered all of my questions and showed me all of the gadgets that make the car run to my enjoyment including pre setting my favorite radio stations, and setting up the phone system, among everything else he explained to me. Kevin also said if I have any questions how to operate the Civic to please call him. That is very important because there is always something to learn when buying a car, especially a new one. As I read these reviews, I’m a little suprised, the manager Ike personally never got back to me in regards to helping me get into a car! He claimed he would contact me back but never followed up! This was my first encounter with the Yonkers Dealership and was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of Mae Soleiman, the Senior Sales Consultant. The first day we met, I felt comfortable and trusting of her. She made all the paperwork easy to understand. Moreover, Mae was thorough and patient explaining all of the technology (bells and whistles) on the dashboard and other parts of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mae. I wanted to add that I had trouble trying to get my Sirius radio, so I called Mae for an appointment to show me how to get my Sirius.. She got back to me, and we agreed to meet the following day. I called her before I left and she walked me through the steps to get Sirius. Further, she called the next day to make sure everything was okay. she is the best salesperson!!!

So far the best car dealership I have seen in my life. No cheap and fake publicity, provides and delivers what they advertise. Taking advantage of spikes in demand of Honda vehicles, they indulge in price gouging, jacking up the prices of new vehicles about $3000 above the max retail sale prices. Dont fall prey to them. There are other dealers, other makes and models, other options.

This is not my personal experience but my sons. He went to the dealership today 7/26/21 with his friend after reviewing the website for vehicle wanted and trade in value of his car. He has one of the limited numbered editions of Civic TypeR with extremely low mileage on it. He, because of expected job change, wants to get a CRV SUV vehicle which is better for driving in the winter here in Yonkers than a sport type car. Despite having good credit, which the dealer rep didnt even run, he was offered a high monthly payment on a lease with no explanation as to the figures. (The sales rep was taking care of 4 clients at the same time and the figures they were quoting came from the finance department as quotes) There was no negotiation made, it was a take it or leave offer. The way it was handled, I got the impression that they are more concerned with getting high commission costs out of every vehicle, despite having online posted vastly different lower prices. In other words they were selling cars at higher listed prices than advertised on their site. The climate of customer service at this site has changed drastically over the years from wanting to get customers into vehicles into take what we offer at the price we will give you. Understandably dealerships may have limited ways to add-on to the new cars as most come in fully loaded, but when you have a sticker price posted right on the car and also online, the dealership cant raise the price with such a large discrepancy. I am posting this review as a warning to be prepared if you go to this dealership to not get listed price, even if you pre-booked the price online.

I went to three different Honda dealerships and this one was by far the best . On the new car side Mae Soleiman was so kind and helpful . I wound up going to the pre owned side and being helped by Diana Melnikova. She was wonderful. She listened to my needs, was not trying to sell me or push me like most sales people do. Very down to earth and answered me right away with any questions I had through email or text. Even weeks after purchasing my car. Very professional and and pleasant experience ! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE LEASING FROM THIS PLACE. My wife and I went there looking to lease a 2021 SUV. We asked the sales rep to provide us with the absolute final cost of lease upfront because we were shopping around to see who will give us the best price for a Honda HRV. According to the Sales Rep she provided final price and she assured us there’s no other hidden fees. We decided to go with Yonkers Honda and over the phone we paid a deposit and got insurance for the new lease. When we get there they ran a credit check and the lease ended up being $40/month more expensive than what they told us it was going to be. My wife doesn’t have bad credit. To get the perfect price you have to have Excellent credit.This is sales tactic they do last minute and don’t tell you upfront. They put the plates on the car, you already went through hassle of getting insurance and showing up all excited so they kind of have the upper hand. We were super disappointed that they didn’t tell us this in the beginning that the monthly lease price quoted is subject to change based on your credit score.Please make sure to not fall for this trap.

Im forced to give it a star for a rating but if I could I would give 0 stars because it was such a bad experience! I went in with an appointment I was told to ask for Greg or Mike L I told the gentleman sitting at the desk that and he told me those are our sales managers theyll just send you to me anyways, fine I let it go. We then went to sot down and speak about what I was looking for (which I called prior to make sure they had Pilots in stock before going over there which I was told they did) the sales man brought me over to look at whats in the show room but it wasnt the special edition one so he takes me, my mom, and my son outside still not the right model, then brings us to where their supposed to have some in entry I believe still not the right model. We then go back inside to talk numbers he says hes going to talk to his manager comes back with 2 different numbers the initial monthly payment and the lowest they would go. I said it was still some what out of my price range but during this whole thing I felt completely rushed because I never got to sit in the car to even see how it feels, didnt get to test drive which is also what I asked for when I called but wasnt even offered to go for one and I felt like the sales man could honestly care less if he made the sale or not did not even try to negotiate, I get its a trying time for card industries and every one has little to no inventory but its wrong to make someone who is actually interested in a specific vehicle feel so unwelcomed and like their potential sale doesnt even matter. There was absolutely no trying and to me horrible customer service Sorry for you guys to not know how many more potential sales you could have lost!

Overall good experience! Nice selection of used cars, all reasonably priced. There really is No hidden dealer fees that many other dealers add on when you have your mind made up at the table. Was told I was purchasing the best car of the year Honda pilot black edition 2020. Worst thing I could of done. I received the lemon of the bunch. Have had it for 7 months and had to get it fixed 5 times. Seriously done with Honda. First was the headlight then there was a recall, had to do a update, there was weird sound would happen every bump I hit and now I was hearing a weird sound in my engine. Took it to the Honda service they said I must have put bad gas and I will have to pay $4000. I feel they only said that to me just to get me out of there. I really won with this car. In the past I have had many Honda cars and I was very satisfied with my previous cars. But this one is really terrible.

I shopped for my make and model for 4 months at various dealerships in the NYC area. The most unnerving part of the buying process, to me, is the additional fees. Yonkers Honda online agent Linora emailed me the total price of the car I was interested in, before coming to the dealership. I was skeptical that the car would be priced as presented online (plus tax and dmv) but I went anyway to drive the car. The short of this story is, the car was honestly presented, the online price plus tax and dmv! Equally important was salesman Noel Martinez professionalism and sensitivity to my needs. His work during my buying process was honest and direct. EVERYTHING he said regarding the price of the car I eventually purchased was accurately represented on the sales receipt. I cannot speak more highly of him and his work selling me the car I purchased. I visited the dealership twice before committing to buying the car. Noel checked in with me via email in-between visits. Always communicating clearly, politely, and directly. Hes a wonderful salesman!

I would not waste your time with this dealership who does not have a clue what they have on their lot at any given time. Started off working with Faruk who is extremely rude and unpersonable just looking to make a sale. He told me over the phone that he had 2 cars available on the website, however when I arrived to the dealership he informed me they were no longer available. Then for every comparable car on the lot there was no title to be found. He told me he would be able to get the titles overnighted if I wanted to buy any of them, but then in speaking to his manager that was not possible and it would take a minimum of 2 weeks.The guy is a total disaster and should not have a job - poor reflection on overall management. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dealership to save yourself the time and the headaches.

Im currently pregnant so my husband and I went to trade in our HR-V for a pilot. We knew we wanted a 2018-2019 model since we have had good luck with certified pre-owned vehicles. We were greeted nicely by a man named Gary. We told him we wanted a 2018-2019 Pilot and he refused to let us go with anything from those years. He insisted on showing us the newest model, which we clearly didnt care about because it wasnt in our budget. We repeated that we wanted a pre-owned, but he kept pushing the latest model on us saying we would pay the same monthly for a pre-owned vehicle versus a new one. Gary then walked away and quickly came back saying we would have to pay $700 monthly. We thanked him for his time and left. We then drove to Paragon Honda, where an amazing salesman named Ben listened to our needs, showed us vehicles within our budget and found us a great deal. We came home with a 2018 Pilot the same day!
