The staff is very friendly and helpful and the convenience of simply driving up to your specific unit and unloading your vehicle is incredibly beneficial. Also, Im not sure if this was just the Addison location, but it was excellent that the pavement was tilted away from all of the storage units so that when the heavy rains happened, the water ran away from the units and therefore the contents inside.

I have been renting here for nearly a year at time of writing. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences each and every time I come here. Aleyda is always the one who assists me and she is fantastic! She is very professional, polite, timely, and knowledgeable about the location and how to fit my needs. The rates are more than reasonable and it is nothing short of excellent service here. I would recommend this location to anyone that has extra things that they need to store.

I have watched and witnessed my friend go through such a devastating few weeks due to this company. She is a single young woman who has been working so hard the past year to save up and buy her own home. She is literally working 2 jobs. I remember her signing up for this storage unit and being impressed by how quick, friendly and efficient they were. She has been saving up every penny to find out not only has she been paying for her storage unit for over a year, but that everything was ruined. She wasnt too worried until CubeSmart said they didnt cover rodents but to get in touch with the insurance they recommended. The insurance informed her they wouldnt cover the damages either. So basically, she paid over a year of storage (over $2000), her belongings were destroyed just a few months before she is going to be buying a new home as a single woman (over $3000), she had to pay 1.800.JUNK to come take the destroyed belongings ($250) and now she has to completely refurnish her new home and we all know thats not cheap. Sadly they have been giving her the run around. One woman she talked too said they would give her a month free in storage... like what?! I felt like that was a slap in the face to be honest. I just advise who ever is going to do business with this company really look at what the insurance and actual company will cover. Dont be fooled by the good customer service when you first walk in because it seems to end there.

I like the attention and personalized service, a clean area with easy access in winter, safe and at a good price. Especially the attention of ALEYDA ARNOLD, I recommend it.

She was so patient and helpful and made the whole process smooth especially when we had a little hiccup with the unit I chose bc I misunderstood the description, she was able to get me in a different one and it worked out great! I am very happy with Cubesmart customer service.I have rented here since 2015. I had a small issue but the General Manager Aleyda took care of the situación immediately. This place always looks clean and easy to acces. I am glad i store my ítems here.

Think twice and ask what they cover specifically. I’ve heard people have been having issues with their claims. Water and rodent damage possible but CubeSmart and the insurance they tell you to get don’t cover it. Be careful out there.

PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT store your precious belongings here! Rats will destroy everything and management will do nothing about it!! They will tell you take it to insurance and then Insurance will tell you they do NOT cover rodent damage!!! Find another storage place! The customer does not come first at this location. They do not care about you or your belongings.

CubeSmart told me to claim it through my insurance and I am STILL working to get them to take responsibility for THEIR mishap! How is it my fault that their unit had water damage? No responsibility taken on behalf of CubeSmart themselves!!!You are warned....DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!PLEASE...save yourself the headache (and save your items from being damaged!) and use one of the places next door!!!

Aside from Brianna the manager being literally the most beautiful woman on the face of this planet, she was incredibly nice and made the process of getting a unit easy and stress free. Unit was very clean upon inspection and very spacious. A+ service and great pricing as well.

Reasonable price I have multiple lockers here their climate control 24-hour video surveillance theyre the only company out there that has an app for you to unlock the gate doors through your phone instead of having to punch in the code every timeall in all this is one of the best storage facilities that Ive used over the years and I continue doing business with them simply for the fact that they have all these commodities compared to the other storage places if you are worried that something will happen to your goods while you store them have no fear because this is the place for you

I had to move in to my new place this weekend and as we all know new apartments cost a lot of fees. After the cubesmart manager called me (As she did every month) to inform me on my late fee I realized I couldnt pay it due to all the move in fees. I asked her nicely if she can do a one time waive fee and she did. Very helpful manager and great customer service by calling the customers to inform them on the late fee. Thank you so much!!!!

I was running late on my way to Cubesmart in Addison and was given a phone call by Michelle stating that they would go out of there way and lock my unit since I had forgotten to put mine on before I left the facility. You can without a doubt count on them to keep your things safe and they genuinely care about the customers needs!!!
