My experience with Extra Space had been extraordinary! We were able to book them and move in same day! The process was easy and fast! We felt safe leaving our precious items in the unit and everything was kept nice and cool! We will definitely use them again! Super great employees and management as well!

Christie was AMAZING friendly and very helpful. She was kind enough to help me with everything from paper work to even assisting me with my things. Staff very friendly, especially Stevie the manager. Grounds very clean and pricing fair. They are very easy to work with and the move in and out is easy here. Especially appreciate the cool water available in the office and having a restroom nearby. Truly a great place to keep items that you need to store.The one and only suggestion I would make is to bring back the dumpster! (Even if it needs serious rules posted or requires a staff member to unlock.) Will be a customer here for as long as I need storage.

Went in looking to get a quote for a unit and not only did I get an amazing price but the units shown were in immaculate condition, the grounds were clean and up kept. I also received some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time! Stevie made leasing a unit so quick and easy. Definitely suggest getting a unit here!

I really wish I could give this review 5 extra stars. Ms. Christie Penn, literally set my mind at ease. I had just retired from the Navy after 24 years and of course moving into the area. As I am trying to find my forever home I still had House Hold Goods that are coming to me from overseas that needed to be stored. Ms. Christie assured me that my property would be safe and secured which was a huge concern of the many items that can only be purchased in the Middle East and Japan. Made the process simple and easy, asked great qualifying questions to find the best unit for me, was just as sweet as blackberry cobbler the whole time. Moved apts and needed garage space, this location has come highly recommended from several friends who have rented here before - and they have specifically mentioned how awesome Stevie was. Was thrilled to have the same fantastic experience, super central location and very quiet and secure vibes. 10/10 would recommend.

I rented my space online. I spoke to Stevie over the phone to let her know I wouldn’t be there until the weekend and she was so awesome! This is my first time even putting stuff in storage and she made me feel so comfortable. When I arrived, the showed me to unit and made sure she answered all my questions. The check in, check out process is so awesome!! I’ve been a few times to drop off some stuff and it’s always refreshing to see Stevie out and about the property. Hands down the best rental experience Ive ever had at a storage facility. Always professional, but more than that Stevie and her crew are friendly and take interest in making sure your experience is above expectations. Ive been storing my classic car there for several months while I tinker away on it and its been a huge blessing to have somewhere that feels secure enough; the manager lives on site! Excellent proximity to Addison Circle and very convenient access hours. I do wish there was an A/C vehicle storage unit, but thats no fault of anyone and more a gripe with the Texas summer heat. I will continue to store here so long as Stevie runs the show.

The process was quick and efficient. The clerk could have been more informative, i didnt know he was charging $16 for insurance he just asked how much I thought my stuff was worth.Also he could have been more cordial.

My husband and I are here on business from Oklahoma, since March, due to covid-19 our business plans have been delayed and our Corporate Lodging Studio was becoming very crowded with work related materials and needed to find a storage place. We have only just moved in but so far the experience has been as it would be with any other storage facility. My only complaint is they require a mandatory Insurance policy for our property in storage and this mandatory must be purchased through them at $11.00 per month on top of our storage fee. I have Insurance that will cover property even when in storage, but that isnt sufficient, it must be their policy. I went ahead and used this storage facility as it is the closest to our lodging.
