The covered loading area is great on a rainy day. The facility is clean and I feel that my stuff is very secure.

I moved in I and my two daughters furniture, clothes and personal belongings. From 2012 until Oct 2020; there was always new employees at this location and every time very friendly, top notch customer services and very helpful. They are genuine about helping people as long as you follow the rules of the facility. I gave them a thank you card of blessings. Every employee since 2012 until Oct 2020 have been a blessing to me and my two daughters when we had no place to put our belongings when we lost our apartment. I am proud to have know each staff at this location

I had the pleasure of working with Tristan and Vern. Vern made the set up very easy and straight forward. Vern was very patient with me and helped me figure out what size storage unit I needed.When I closed out, I worked with Tristan. Tristan was very helpful and very quick. He made sure my experience was excellent (which it was) and made closing my storage unit simple.Because of Tristan and Vern, whenever I need to move again, Ill be coming back to safeguard!

I visited there several times over the last 3 days. Vern, the Facilities Manager, was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process.He thoroughly went over all the options and specials available to us. He showed us around and explained everything in ways that were easy to understand and never once made us feel awkward for asking questions with obvious answers. He was extremely patient as our need for a storage space was urgent and weighing heavily on our minds.When it became clear that our first choice of a unit was too small the following day, he again walked us through the process of deciding what size would best fit our needs.He was also there for 2 of the days we visited to bring our belongings to the unit. He guided us through where to park the truck, entering and leaving the facility, and answered questions that we had already asked before, but had forgotten the answers to.Simply put, he made the process as easy as possible.Vern is a very knowledgeable, patient and friendly person who I will be recommending to anyone that needs a storage unit.Additionally, the facility is very clean, secure, and centrally located.I cannot recommend this place and Vern enough. 10 stars out of a possible five.Jim and Sharon

They also open the garage door for me, since they know me, when they see me which is convenient because it saves me the hassle of punching in my security code.

Great facility - clean and easy to access, with flatbed dollies available for you to use. I stored my mattress here for over a year and found it in good shape (although I did wrap it up in all kinds of anti-bug wrap, to be safe).

Very clean and big place. Nice and fresh lemon scent every time you walk in to the building. Friendly staff. Availability to come any time. Each unit is heated. Good prize and one month was for only $1.0. We are highly recommend this place.

Excellent temperature control and a very clean atmosphere. Lights automatically turn on as you walk down the halls and there is a spot where you can pull up your car to upload or load items into and off of your car. They have dollies and carts you can use to transport your items to your unit and the staff is very friendly. There isnt 24 hour access but they do allow you to have 24 hour access for an additional fee.

We have been looking for a good place for storage. I am very impressed with this place. Stuff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Place itself is very clean. Units are easily accesible and climate controlled. Entrance to the storage is covered so if you are moving during rain or winter weather your stuff will not get wet. Entrance is well accesible for renters and protected from strangers. Highly recomended!
