Sandra was very helpful in getting set up at the Addison location. The facility is extremely clean and well lit. Great location. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and easy storage unit experience.Update: just finished moving out. I only needed the unit for a month, but it was the easiest move-in/ move -out process I’ve ever had! Very grateful for the flexibility and and affordability offered by this location.

Clean, climate-controlled environment to store your stuff! Easy access to proper working automatic doors, elevators & carts. Hours conducive to pack & unpack your belongings. Only complaint is that pricing isnt consistent... got the same size unit as my friend & I pay $30 a month more!

Great storage place at affordable prices. Brianna is kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They have the convenience of a loading dock. And the indoor units are climate controlled which is always a plus. She made the move out process simple and quick. If we shall ever need a storage again we will defiantly be coming here.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the location next door(safeguard) It’s all indoor and clean! This place is gross and dirty, workers are rude and do not care about your belongings. The parking lot is difficult to get in and out as the other place is on the corner and much much easier! I saved what I could after rodents and bugs took over my stuff. Such a shame for being a new building!

Sent my husband there to find us a storage facility. Usually this is something I would do but we are going to be moving very quickly so he headed out. He came home a short time later very pleased with the service he received from Coretta. He was very pleased with the deal he got, and the cleanliness of the unit. This is the second time I have recently used a storage facility and both times were with Metro because of Sandra and staff and also the facility itself. It was clean and climate controlled. The perfect storage facility for my needs.

Marty was so helpful and I had my unit up and running within 30 minutes. .I had been to 3 other storage companies in 2 days. I was so frustrated with the customer service of the other companies and lack of information that I almost called Pids to end a very stressful situation. Metro and Marty will be the only storage facility I will deal with moving forward. I highly recommend Metro and talking to Marty to get the job done.

Last minute needs for storage and drove pass this place. Brand new! When you walk in your greeted with smiles from the friendly staff. The prices are the best in town, as of now they are waving the admin fee & only a buck to get started. The place is super clean and the service is bar none! Highly recommend!

I don’t know what happened to the standards of this place. I am helping a friend that rents here move some items out of her unit. I’ve been to the property a few times and usually the former Property Manager Mark is here and really friendly. He would always keep the place clean. I guess he went on to better opportunities with another company. I ate something that really disagreed with my stomach and needed to go to the bathroom badly. The customer bathroom on the property was out of toilet paper and to top it off had pee all over the seat and floor it smelled strongly of ammonia 🤮. Why you guys let the property manager move on? You should have kept him and offered him more money or something! The kids working the office don’t care about anything. Anthony is rude.

This is the nicest staff, cleanest facility, and best service I have received in all my years of using storage units.Mark is by far one of the nicest property managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of signing a contract with- who can EVER say signing a contract is pleasant?!? He listened and helped me pick out a unit that suited my needs- even though I greatly under estimated! He went through pricing and went through options and now I’m just waiting until Tuesday til he gets back in to go in and sign again for another unit!He made this experience so easy, I cannot even explain how nice it was!Also this place has the cleanest bathrooms for an essentially “shared space”.Kudos to Metro and thank you Mark for helping my family and me.

I had an issue getting in after hours but it was an error in the passcode. When I went there in the day time I talked to the manager Mark. He was more upset then me and wanted to give a discount on the next billing statement. It was enough for me to write a review. The place is brand new and clean with great customer service! Been here since they opened and love the place!

I was here about a week ago i needed last minute storage a 10x10. I didn’t think i needed that big of a space when i saw it in person. So Renee then showed me a 5x10 on the 2nd floor i was very pleased with the pricing.The paper work was easy and fast and also a free lock apart of the unit.

Mark Ladd the property manager takes a lot of pride in his property. This facility is the classiest storage place with great specials! They even have an app that allows you to open up the loading bay door with your phone!
