Catherine and the rest of the staff are great! I’ve never had any issues with my unit during the both times I’ve rented with them. Moved a little further so needed to move out. But 100% refer them to for any renting/moving needs

I was speaking with a neighbors and they told me about the great customer service at Watson & Taylor Self Storage and they had been there over 5 years. I check Watson &Taylor out and decided to try there self storage facility. They are down to earth, very concerned about security of the facility and every individual unit and they keep the facility clean(I am anal about cleanliness). Any personal concerns or emergencies calls, are returned personally by the Manager. I am very pleased. I tell and refer people to Watson & Taylor Self Storage, because of their professionalism and how they treat me and They are very personable. Customer Service I got to have it...Love it. Purchasing the unit was fast and easy, and I like the convenience of paying online. Id rate it higher, except that the actual product is dated and frequently sticks or catches in the regular operation of opening and closing my door.I havent had any issues with the staff, though the gate is only operational during certain hours, and Id prefer it to be accessible all hours. The couple times I have been there during normal office hours, there was no one available in the office.

I have had nothing but excellent service from Watson & Taylor. I was moving out of the country for a year and they have been great in keeping in contact with me and letting me know any pertinent information. Highly recommend them!

I have always had an excellent experience when dealing with any staff member at the Watson Taylor Self-Storage on Beltline Road in Dallas, Texas. Always a friendly smile and great conversation. And they keep the refrigerator full of bottled water!!

The management has always been very helpful. All the facilities work well, as in gates, doors, and locks. They even gave me a lock ($10 value) when I signed up. Its always clean and in a great neighborhood.

I made reservation for a one way trailer rental. And was told I had to return the trailer to the location I rented it from in Addison. I was in El Paso. The owner claims they cant find my file. What a joke!!! Thats funny you should look back in June under your uhaul files. Youll find me.

Hard to get to. Tried calling for help. No asnwe... Which is fine probably busy. But I seriously couldnt find any entrance, and I was in a truck so turning around on that back entrance that requires a pin, was not fun and frankly stupid that there isnt more room . Front door seems to be nonexistent and theres only equipment dropoff and ANOTHER pin gate...Note to owners, maybe you should not be a uhaul authorized reseller if people need a storage pin to even get in the front gate? Maybe Im just confused but no one came to my aid . I understand I was an irate customer but Im pretty sure I saw a disturbed employee just leaving and exiting around me instead of even asking if I needed help . I thought about getting a unit here since it looked easier to access than cubesmart and I like supporting what seem to be smaller businesses, but there was a real lack in entrances or easy access drive up front office....I hope other people have a better experience, and I hope the employees actually care about their real customers but I guess I wasnt welcome.

I have been a tenant at this particular storage facility for close to 20 years. In May, 2009, I was, like several other tenants, burglarized. No one was ever charged with the crime. In March, 2012, I received a letter advising that my rent would be going up (of course it was), and a few days later, I was, AGAIN, burglarized. Since that time, not one camera has been installed in the interior hallways (where all of the burglaries took place in March, 2012). I was at my unit on September 4, 2012 (around 8:30 pm), to drop off some things, and the exterior lights on the property were a joke. I did not count, but it looked as though half of the lights are not working. I did not feel safe and had my phone ready with 9-1-1 already dialed in, just in case I needed to hit call on my phone. I am looking for another place to store my belongings, because the prices are going up and the service is going down.

Very courteous staff. Had an issue about payment but resolved quickly. Have used Watson and Taylor on and off for over 12 years. Would recommend.

Good facility. Not the cheapest. Multiple Entry/Exits. On-Site office. Corporate phone line easy to work with. I recommend this facility.

I inherited a lot of things that I am not ready to get rid of and I was storing it somewhere else but found WT to be much lower. They have changed procedure and rates twice since Ive been there. My rates went up, my due dates changed and their late fees are very high (they call after a late fee has been added ). Website needs work but for the money I am paying, it is still a pretty good storage rate.

LIARS AND THIEVES. The place smelled like weed. To top it all of, they stole money from my credit card. I called the manager and she was very rude. I had to call u-haul corporate office to get a refund. Absolutely worst business to deal with. Never go here

The reason I chose this particular Watson Taylor location is because their prices were very competitive. I live about a coupel of miles from them and had 10 places to consider when I had to choose a storage facility and the Beltline location met all y needs. They have hand trucks to use and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this location if you need storage.

Well I liked them at first meeting with the Manager JD or JR, bbut now I will tell you something shady is going on. I had been robbed and did not have my id so I could not rent that day. But when I went back Matt said there was no units of any size available....... hmmmm strange. My friend tried to rent a uhaul and they told her that there was none available. I was walking my dog at 7 pm and noticed people pulling up to the back gate and honking to be let in the gate.... bypassing the key code all together.... hmmm So I walked around the front the get a picture and video of the UHauls and the front gate was sitting wide open.... hmmmm they were closed but the place sure was open to anyone. Denied service and shady dealings gives them a 1

Watson and Taylor Self Storage has been my Other Room for over 10 years ;] the folks there have always been very freindly and professional, I have never had any issues with them. The place is close to where i live now. I recommend them to anyone looking for a storage space place, we are very satisfied with themthanks for listening!orie holley

We rented a unit this last July. Found out yesterday our unit was robbed and almost cleaned out. The criminals took their time going through our stuff. Not a word today from this business about the incident. Would not recommend.
