The place wasnt busy. Nice climate controlled building for storage. Passed by on way to emissions test and stopped in on the way home for information. The gentleman behind the safety counter was friendly and helpful. Their prices are in line with what the current market rate is (9/28/21). At this time they did have a few units available. They have been open for 10 years.

Ive used a couple of storage companies over the past few years and my experience with Life Storage Addison couldnt have been easier and better. Dave at the front desk is very efficient, kind, and helpful, and I personally never had issues with my space or accessing my unit at any time during their access hours. I rarely review companies anyway, but my experience here was great enough to do so!

Janice and everyone I worked with at Life Storage were kind and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and storing there was super easy as was the billing. For what I got, it was totally worth the price. Moving out/ending the unit was also super easy. Would definitely consider them again in the future if I need a unit. My brother and his wife have also maintained a unit there for many years. Highly recommend!

My family has been renting here for a while now and I have to say the changes in the cleaning has been amazing. The new lady in the office has been out scrubbing the floors and wiping everything down. Its nice to see someone who cares about their job!! We are glad to have her here to change the place around.

Janice is great. She helped my family during a hard time. She went over and beyond what she needed to. She makes her customers feel like home and family when she talks to us. I hope she never leaves. She is 100% better than that other manager that was here. I give Janice 10 out of 10.

Would like to come on here to just inform anyone that reads this that the store manager Janis is one hell of a manager. I had an issue with my lock. It wouldnt go in. She took her to e to figure out the issue and she fixed it for me. No questions asked. I just rented not long ago but never used my lock but she was right there and walked me through the hole process. If you want excellent service from a storage company Life storage in Addison is where you want to be!

Great storage facility with wonderful employees. They are very helpful and even gave me a call to avoid late fees when my automatic payment wasn’t set up right. They also keep it clean and in good repair.

Recently found the need for a storage facility and read the reviews for Life Storage in Addison, store #557. Placed a hold on a couple parking spots and visited the store to be met by the store manager Fran. Fran was hospitable and professional; calmly answered all of my questions and presented a very well rounded facility including inside storage and office units. Needless to say, I was impressed and look forward to working with Fran in the future

Samuel has been absolutely fantastic. I had an emergency situation and had to get storage spaces for 5 vehicles. He was very responsive, patient, and helpful in getting me all set up.

The man who helped me really worked to cut me a deal. The storage is very clean and the 5x5 unit is actually quite nice. It has 9 foot tall ceilings to give you that extra bit of stretching space. Price is great and quality is top notch.

Rented a space this week. Walked in, met with Ashley, got a tour of my unit and facilities, and signed papers. Since then Ive been there twice and its been so easy to get in and out. A cart is always available, lots of lights and I like that the garage door closes behind me. Feels safe so far. Bring a good lock - I paid $12.99 for mine.

As an out of state customer, I made a crucial mistake before moving my vehicle in, but the staff was willing to work with me and make the proper accommodations for my car. Helpful, affordable, reliable, friendly, clean, always there with assistance on any issue. Those are just a handful of nice things that I can say about this crew and location. I have stored my belongings in a variety of locations and never have I had such an experience. Recently, I was in a hurry loading my car up and accidentally left my golf clubs and bag in the garage. Dave, one of the employees, recognized that the bag was a left behind and stored it in the office and notified me of my mistake. Most other storage places, I would have been SOL. I cannot say enough about how great my experience has been with Life Storage. Without a doubt, no better place to store your stuff!!!

This company is AMAZING. In all honesty, I cant recommend them highly enough. Ive used other companies in the past and have always been WAY less than even satisfied. I had an storage in this particular location for about 8 months, after that time I finally finished with my project at home so it was time to cancelled. Secure facility, huge loading garages, convenient location, flexible hours, temperature controlled. Also, Bob and Randall are amazing! I’m going through a big transition in my life and needed to get a storage facility and this place is fantastic. The former storage facility my niece was using was scary to go to even in the daytime. But this place is clean well lit and I feel safe going there alone. It also has a big indoor “garage” that you can pul into to unload you belongings and has carts accessible to bring your things to your unit!!!Ashley took care of me and was very helpful I originally did al my paperwork online which saves you the administration fee (this is also a fantastic benefit no other place seems to offer) and signed up for a 5x10, which I quickly discovered was way to small. Ashley found me a 10x10 unit that is working perfectly. She was also able to get me a great price as compared to other facilities. I hope all the other employees that I encounter here are as helpful!!!!Another great feature is when you rent a space you get 1 free van rental, which was a bit of a life saver. I’d highly recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.

HI, I want to mention that I have been here for about 3 years at the Life Storage in Addison IL location, I rent a office here and Ive never had a problem at this facility. I want to say Bob and Randal are great people here at this location, they are very helpful and very kind. Recently there has been a change where a new manager by the name of Nicole started working here at this location in Addison IL about almost 2 weeks now and ever since she has been here its been a nightmare. All she does is scream at everybody where its even hard for me to work even with my door closed, I even lost about 2-3 clients due her screaming because my clients can hear that in the background. Everyday she is yelling at someone, being rude to other customers that rent offices here and is very in my opinion unprofesional. I hope corporate can see and read this and do something about it because I can not deal with this type of unprofessional circumstances. Thank You
