I got to the store around 7:30pm to get help for my sons phone. The store was not open because they were at lunch. The store closes at 8pm. Why are they at lunch now when it is almost time to go home? I came back around 7:45pm and the lights where on now and two gentlemen were there. The one guy me an attitude because they were closing soon and it would take awhile to down load the phone but they can show my son and I how to do it. I did by a liquid screen protector for the new phone.
Had an amazing experience today, thanks to Nick. Such a good multitasker & helped my mom (who knows absolutely squat about phones) understand everything better then I could have explained. Was very pleased with his help!

Rude, uninformative, flippant and talked too much about personal things to distract you from all the charges they are adding onto the service. Got a new phone and he didnt even set it up, on top of promising accessories at buy two get one free, then having to pay for all of them. Was told by phone by the same guy (AND by another sales rep at a different store) to bring the accessory boxes in and a credit will be issued - got there with the boxes and the guy said cant issue a credit because a work discount was already applied (which was nowhere near the discount of getting one item free ($30-$40 range). This is not the first bad experience Ive had at this particular store (and with the same guy even), but I assure you I will NEVER go to this store again, nor will I recommend it to people. Even other AT&T stores confirmed the guy didnt know what he was doing or talking about re: sale items and products. Furious to say the least - and almost said goodbye to AT&T after 25 years because of him (Jay).
Place has seriously gone downhill the past few months, new employees owners or something.Used to be able to go in and get help in less than 10 minutes. My last visit there were only 2 employees and 1 customer, I waited more than 45 minutes.Youd be better off going to a corporate store, they know more and can do more for you plus has real phones, not fake displays.
Would not recommend setting foot inside this store if you have a problem with your phone. The customer service guy told me he couldn’t help me without looking at my phone or asking any further questions. I went to the store on Whipple and they helped me with no problems.
Great customer service went in with cellphone issues and left with new TV and internet that beats spectrum prices. I would highly recommend (JAY) he met all my needs.

I went to the AT&T store recently at 5 PM. The store closes at six. When I entered the store there was four people ahead of me and only one clerk. As I stood there waiting thinking I’d be there till 6 o’clock I watched Michele Literally taking care of all four of us at the same time. Making sure that we all knew that she was concerned about our time there. I also am in customer service and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen anybody multitask like Michele. Her customer service is the best I’ve seen! we need more people like her in retail. Thank you Michele you are the best!
Got a new phone. Specifically said not to add insurance. What does the girl do? Adds insurance to my plan. An extra 15 bucks a month. Good thing I checked my bill and took it off. Stop lying and adding services that people dont want!
The lady was super rude and every time she had to say anything to us she had an attitude I would not recommend to go there.
Waited there for 30 mins just to get a sim card and still never got. The guy was being so slow like he was on some kind of drug and there was only one guy working the other people that was worked there were outside smoking cigarettes and have a great time! Never coming here again 🙄
Super rude customer service just hands you the new phone and does not even set it up. Deactivates old phone leaving you without. Does not even follow covid rules. Seem annoyed when there are customers and just want to prove they know everything. They were wrong on several points.

Well the experience was interesting considering all the workers in there pretty much stepping on each other wish I could have been able to look at the phone before I bought it instead of it pretty much thrown at me and passed off to another associate who was very nice just to much going on nobody paying attention to what should have been done

This store defrauded a women in her 70s. She went to the store to upgrade her iphone 4 and was told because she is upgrading they have a promotion for 2 apple watches as gifts. Since it is holiday time, she figured she would give one away as a gift. Now, after receiving her first phone bill after receiving the watches, she sees the charges and her bill doubled!! They wont take the watches back. She is on a limited income and cant afford these. When speaking to corporate, they cant help because it is a dealer store and the staff used this as a sales technique to make more commission. Dont go to this store.

Went in looking for a new phone I had broke mine and was not happy. Erica the store manager greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me find a new device with a better grade screen and got me a special screen protector to double up so I dont brake it again. I was in and out quickly and she was super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Amanda and kasey did a great job. They are very good sales women and work their butt off. However, I barely come into this location because of the disorganization of the store itself. These two women just started working here 3 weeks ago and were expected to work a Saturday, not to mention the 2nd of the month, alone. The store was very busy and none of the systems were working (credit card machine or computers) but they both handled it very well and stayed calm the entire time. There needs to be more organization between management and the store. I go out of my way to go to the canton location due to these complications and how long it takes every time I am in the alliance branch to get anything done. I’m giving this branch 3 stars because of management and software. I would give these two women 5 stars and more if I could

Not friendly or knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the Tech was not there. The person I talked to acted as if she did not have time to wait on me and the store was empty. I am dropping all my AT&T services.
Michelle was my Customer Service Rep, set up 3 lines and a applewatch, I would have never guessed that she has only been there 3 weeks, set up an appointment because of work schedule and sports functions, Michelle was ready for us when we got there, I will be recommending Michelle to all my friends and family. Do not waste your time with an Authorized retailer they know little to nothing about AT&T plans or devices. The AT&T store does not recognize them as a provider and anything you get from them you can only have serviced or returned at this exact location. The place is a joke of a business and I wish I could give it negative stars.

Baynk has a better deal on phones and phone plans. U can get the whole family on for 100.00 a month at Baynk. Its located on union avenue. The guy that works there will hook u up. Hes very smart and attentive to ur needs without putting a whole in ur purse/wallet. Id go there instead. Plus they dont require a contract.

Horrible customer service with some employees, went in there one day and was told nothing could be helped with my fathers phone, went in the next day and talk to a completely different employee and they took care of my problem, need to updated there employees there to actually have some who are willing to do there job and not just say there isn’t anything they can do about it.
