Theyre screwing me over. Payed 94 to activate a phone 5 days ago. Not theyre saying my plan is due tomorrow. And its 56 and not my monthly 45. They refuse to answer the phones. Ive been calling for two days. 30 or more times a day

I tired to seperate from a plan cause nobody is paying there have and start a single line and boost is refusing to work it out

Dollar General on Union Ave. In Alliance Ohio. Its great, been going there for about 6 years now. They just remodeled and the one whole wall is nothing but cold and freezer cases. I know everyone that works there. They are always very nice and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy when you leave the store.

Guy was rude. Went there to get new service, he was awesome then. Went to pay for my monthly service and snapped at me for not knowing the main line number to pay the bill. It wasnt like I was holding up the line. From now on Ill pay online, I wont go to the store even though he told us to come to the store to pay for our service.

They were super busy and the waiting area was pretty crowded considering how small of an area 10 max during the pandemic is a bit much I personally think it should be less,on another note however my business was handled quickly and professionally and employees were friendly.

Ask them to match price on boost mobs web site, they could not and wanted to charge me $25 per line activation. ((I had called the two times to confirm) Went to Wal-mart they matched price, and charge me zero activation. $70 saved easy... Dont waste your time..

This man just ripped me out of 70.00 for a phone he was giving away for free! And refused to give me my money back! 2 weeks before Christmas! That could have bought my daughter some nice gifts. What a grimey man. I dont recommend doing business with him. So dishonest it makes me sick.

Sold me a pre owned phone and didn’t even tell me it was pre owned then now the battery won’t hold a charge and the service is crappy when it should be great boost told me it the phone my mom bought a phone from there to same problem

I noticed they send me a reminder to let me know 47 dollars will be automatically withdrawn from my bank account on my cell phone . Although I recently noticed on my bank statement they have been withdrawing 50 dollars monthly for a awhileNow and he told me it would be cheaper if I gave him my bank account number and had it automatically withdrawn each month instead . Sad to say I dont trust this place now !!!!!!!!
