Ive been going to this GameStop for more years than I can count and through and through theyve been amazing whether it be in helping me find something or help with something on my account. The managers have been phenomenal and kind. The employees are just as kind and polite as the managers. I couldnt recommend coming here more than enough.

I come here often, staff is friendly and easy to talk to, store is up to date.

I dont like that almosteverything has to be ordered in for picked up or get in the mail. I went in for a birthday gift and was informed Id have to wait a week and a half to get it! Was ready to spend $500 and walked out empty-handed.

Helpful and good prices. It seems like the number of games they keep in stock has gone WAY down compared to the past years. They used to keep a much larger inventory of games but the current inventory of accessories is great.

Best place to get gift cards for your teenager. Great selection. Tons of merchandise! The staff is helpful and knowledgable. They offer used versions of new games and also buy old systems but Ive found it difficult to get a fair price on exchanges. Only reason for not receiving 5 Stars.Pro Tip - Always buy the warranty / insurance. It has come in handy quite a few times.

Brought in my old xbox one. It had nothing wrong with it at all and they made me pay a $20 refurbish fee.

A good experience. The place has gone under new management and the staff is very friendly and is easy to strike up a conversation with. They are informing about new and upcoming video games and even offer DLCs with certain games at check out. They keep you informed about the best deals but do not pressure you into it. Will continue to go here for entertainment needs.

Ive been here a few times to grab games my local GameStop didnt have. Theyve always done a good job with grabbing reservations quickly and have always been a lot of help. Their game selection is pretty good and location wise, its easy to get in and out of. Overall its a great location and deserves to be tried.

Clean. Knowledgeable staff. I never feel like they are taking advantage of my young son. Just dont like all the extra sales they keep trying to tack on once I get to the register

Beware trading in. Took a ps4 controller to trade in they tested it and said the one stick doesnt go down the whole way even though I seen him do the test tried giving me $12 for the controller. Took it to another game stop they did the test said its fine and gave me $20 they scam in alliance. If my controller was bad why would the want it

Horrible place to buy games from I definitely recommend that you try Walmart, exchange everywhere but game stop unless u end up like we did and couldnt find the game anywhere but here. Bought a new game they say was new it was opened and was on the shelf. To me thats not new when I open a new game then its new when I buy a opened game to me thats used straight ripped off.

Great store. Friendly staff. Very hard to get through the Funko Pop vinyls the way that they are put onto the shelves. The shelves are to deep and you have to pull to many off the shelf to see whats in the back row.

Came here to see if they had a certain game, bought the digital version instead since they didnt have it. Ben is awesome to talk to and was really helpful.

My son loves this store but they could use some benches for the parents to sit on while they wait.

Youd be better off giving your games away for free then trying to do business with them

I want to like Game stop more. But in reality theres times I wont even stop in. Trade in values are horrible. I come in looking for Mario merchandise because sometimes they have really cool items. Id rather buy games online unless they have a clearance going on. Ill sometimes preorder games but thats if I want the special edition and it comes with something Im interested in. Other wise online I go. Ive dealt with some pretty rude attitudes here.

This place has only gotten better with Rob being in charge. He knows his stuff and is very customer oriented.

Employee was very knowledgeable in what my son was looking for.

I like coming here but to be honest they over charge by ridiculous amounts. All of the used games are way overpriced. Other things like strategy guides, toys, magic cards, etc are all too expensive. But if you want a console game on disc the first day it comes out this is where to go.

The GameStop in Alliance has been my favorite for years. Even though the employees have changed over the years, they always remain the friendliest, taking time to get to know their customers.

Bought an xbox 360 for my son on Thursday the 16th and now today Saturday the 18th it doesnt read the games. I think inventory needs to be done on a daily! I dont care how long you had these games systems on the back shelf of a dusty room everything needs to be checked suppose to be new paid cash money for something that is broke! Never had a problem until now! Lost out on $85.50! Not happy with this place!

Have great games to buy or systems at low prices.

They have an excellent selection but not always the best prices on games, although I did get a good deal on my PS4 here.
