THE SERVICE I GOT THERE WAS OUT STANDING TAMMY HAS A GOOD PERSONALITY AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE KNOWS ALOTE ABOUT THE PHONES IN THE STORE AND LISTENS TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS AND HELPS THEM PICK THE RIGHT PHONE SHE WENT OVER EVERYTHINK I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT MY PHONE AND SHE HAS HELPED ME FIX ISSUES

I bought a phone yesterday and left my bag there on accident. Went back to store spoke to store manager Tammy. Stated I left with it. Wouldnt show me camera. She stole my bag . Be careful going in there

I am legal guardian of a person with intellectual disabilities. Tammy sold him a second hand Stylo for $100 and could not provide an actual receipt for the purchase. His payee was told by Tammy that Metro does not provide receipts.

When i go in there with issues with my phone they always fixed the problem i am having with my phone they are always polite and full of smiles and cheerful to me and i have been in there when tbey have been busy and they do a good job to take care of every customer that comes in and they greet people with a smile and are always patient with me
