This store is super clean and well organized. The staff are always anxious to answer questions about the phone plans but lack in some areas when it gets to product specs. The basis for my score is because of obscure pricing their advertisements and marketing leaves out. You go in expecting to pay one price and discover its much higher.

Ive been a Cricket customer for a few years now and AT&T before that. And stopping into today to add another line to my account was the best service I have gotten in a long time. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I dont write reviews often but this time it was deserved.

Update: Keith is also very helpful and we have used the phones for a month now and are very happy with the service.Manish was very helpful. He seems to know the products well and was able to answer all of our questions! We have had great service with cricket as well.

Overpriced an bait and switch tactics. The employees are apparently trained to price gouge. Only when I told them I would go online to buy did they actually give me the advertised price. They wanted $28 dollars for a single screen protector that a 3 pack of costs $10 on ebay and $45 for a case. The girl said she could give me the case for $12 after I mentioned seeing the case online for that price. I felt like I was at Forest City Auto Parts.
