I have been going to this location for about the last two years and have not had an issue. My first surprise was when the price for my oil change went up 25% from my last visit. I was told new management and they raised the prices. I would not have really minded that much if the following did not take place. I was told I needed a cabin filter which I do and I have one but did not just replace it yet. I bought an STP MAX for $19.99 and it takes about 2 minutes to replace. Aside from the oil price increase, they wanted $39.99 for it. Again, my choice and I did not buy it. When my car was done, I noticed that it was not vacuumed or if it was it was not a good job at all (Every other time it was done very well), I walked in and asked if they no longer vacuum and was told yes, they do. They took my car back in and redid it and it looked much better, but after they were done, my car just sat in the parking lot and no one let me know it was done. I walked out and saw that it was done and left. When I got in my car there was a very strong smell of oil, so I am assuming at some point whoever was in my car had oil on their shoes or clothing and that is why my car had such a strong oil odor. It has now been about 4 hours and the smell is still there. Just overall, a let down today from something that should be nothing I think about beyond while I am there getting it done.

This was my first visit to this shop. The fact that they were open on Sunday was a huge plus.. Nick and his crew did a great job on my step sons 2004 Chevy Impala 3.4L last Sunday. They just changed the oil and filter, a standard oil service though they vacuumed, did the windows and checked all the other fluids. Ive been a car guys for 30 years and it was nice to have someone else do the dirty work. I for one was impressed by Nick on his customer service and professionalism. I will probably bring the car back for a front and rear complete brake service ( rotors and pads). The car is approaching 170k miles. Kudos to Nick and his crew!

Im a returning customer here, its convenient for me on the way home from work, but it is honestly the only place I will get my oil changed and other services from here on out. In my recent visit they changed the oil and replaced my engine air filter. On my way home I had issues with my car, the engine was failing, it was undriveable. I called Jiffy Lube to see if it was an engine air issue. They came out to my house that evening and the following day to try to fix the issue. I brought it to a local shop and they fixed the issue, however Jiffy Lube paid the balance for us. They are a fantastic establishment, theyre work is top notch, this was a freak occurrence. Yet the level of customer service we received was above and beyond anything Ive ever encountered. Truly an amazing place. Bernardo and his team are truly a customer service inspiration.

I havent been here before. Wow they have great customer service here. Right away they approached me and knew my car well enough to let me know that my oil change would be a little more then their normal price. My car takes 5w40 and most places dont care it in bulk so it comes from the bottle. It was still cheaper then the dealer. I think it was like 75.00. Not bad especially because they, check tire pressure, all fluid levels, as well as vacuum and wash the outside windows. They also listen when you show concerns about not over filling based on what a computer tells them it should take, unlike Pepboys ( ya I called you out Manny, Moe, and Jack). They did however over filled it. They asked me to come out and look at it and then took a little out to make it right. Thanks guys for check on what the customer is requesting, Instead of just blowing me off and saying you checked it...

I would rate 0 stars if I could. After telling me they could direct bill my rental car company, they did an oil change, then said they could NOT direct bill, and I had to pay out of pocket. On top of that, the shop manager was rude and when I got back in my vehicle, I grabbed the keys off the center council and they were COVERED in grease! Obviously intentional in my opinion, due to the sheer amount of grease. My hand was covered, and it was all over the interior. Thankfully, the rental company is making it right, crediting me and cleaning the vehicle. I will NEVER go to the Aurora, IL jiffy lube again!

Went to this Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change last weekend. I was very impressed. I had my newborn in the car and did not want to get out- and Corey helped to accommodate me. Corey and the rest of the crew were very quick, helpful, honest, and made everything a breeze. Will definitely be back!

Great service, but long wait time

This location far surpassed my expectations! I unfortunately began hearing a terrible sound from my car today, and decided to stop by to have things checked out. In minutes, I was greeted by an employee that took the time to listen to my concerns and needs. From there, every employee was welcoming, understanding, and even received myself and my two dogs like true guests. I could not believe how friendly and professional this staff was. They changed my oil in no time, and found the source of the terrible noise- providing an invoice for my next visit. I will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know!Nikki

I actually went here for an interior car detail. I was incredibly surprised at how well they did. The car looked brand new. I had taken my English Bulldog in the car so I had slobber all over my cloth seats. Gross. They shampooed the seats to a condition better than what it was before I let the dog in it. It was about $90 plus tip but I think it was worth every penny. Ill definitely be back.

Fast, good service. I feel like its a little pricey, but that seems to be the trend everywhere these days. Plus, they offer a lot of extras, like top offs, vacuuming, and whatnot so it balances out. They even gave me the codes/dx for my check engine light.

This location is fantastic. The mechanic, I believe Cory was his name, explained everything well, did excellent work and made the experience at this location second to none. I’m not very good when it comes to knowledge about my car so whenever I take my car in somewhere I’m always afraid of being taken advantage of. I was in a panic on my way to work the other day, my left rear tire was showing a low pressure of 27. The last time this happened to me there was a nail in my tire. I tried firestone and discount tire and no one could fit me in. I pulled into Jiffy Lube and within like 5 seconds Tyler came out to greet me. He was so kind and took my car immediately! I sat in the lobby less than 10 mins when another gentleman came to get me. Both him and Tyler walked me to my car and said they refilled all my tires and I had nothing to worry about. I was back on my way to work AND made it on time! They really relieved me and made me feel like a welcomed customer. And did a great job. Will definitely be back!

After the trouble I had gotten from River Front Jeep on my oil changes, I decided to check this place out. Super friendly staff, especially Ryan. He helped me to get in and out for an oil change very quickly. I love that they have a car wash on site too. Got my Jeep nice and clean. Will definitely be going back for all of my vehicle maintenance needs!

Really clean area with a TV, kids room, and coffee. They have never been pushy about getting additional services, but they do offer and will tell you how long you can wait if you cant afford it. A little more pricey than I ever expect but always worth it. Google the coupon. There always is one for $8 off.

I went for an oil change yesterday. All good and very quick. But this seems to be a reoccurring issue with ALL jiffy lubes I’ve been to— they FORGET to fully fasten the plastic cover under the car, and totally forget the pins. I’m sorta tired of going to pep boys just for some pins. It’s the lack of detail that keeps me from giving them 5 stars.

This place was ridiculously amazingly fast! I had my 2 year-old daughter with me so its usually a hassle to wait for car work to be done, but I was so happy with their fast service! Thank you!!

I often do not do this but I must. I drive over 30 miles to go to this particular Jiffy Lube in Aurora, IL. Besides the amazing customer service, cleaned facility it is Adam Murray that I must point out. He is an exceptional individual that not only cares but always will go out of his way to suggest or accommodate my vehicle needs. Unless life takes me to another state, I will always travel to this location. I am a believer to drive vehicles until, well, they can not go anymore. Versus a cosmetic need for vanity reasons. Though my cars are not junk, I just drive them to 300K plus miles. Having Adam overlooking my best interests he will always suggest or do things to adjust my vehicle that are beyond the check list I pay for. I talk of this location to whomever I can and will continue to drive the miles for this exceptional level of service. It is rare in todays busy society to have such an exceptional human being, professional, cares and always goes out of his way. If you didnt know the incredible person you have in little Aurora IL. You do now. Never take people like this for granted it generates repeat customers and provides positive references to others which I know others now go because of my suggestion. EXCEPTIONAL!

I used to work in Aurora and I went to this location to get oil changes during my lunch. They were always efficient and did a great job. Everyone has always been friendly and add-ons always offered with no pressure to purchase. I no longer work in the area so I made an appointment somewhere near where I work (not a Jiffy Lube) for my oil change. They refused to do it because I have a sensor that sometimes causes the fan to run. It has done this for a year and never have I had an issue with getting an oil change. I never even needed to explain it to anyone because it is obvious even to me (who knows nothing about cars) that the engine is not overheating. I called and spoke with Adam, the manager, and he said to come in and I would have no problems. They had me out in less than 15 minutes. They did a fantastic job as always. This is the best Jiffy Lube I have been to and will continue.

I was a weekly car wash customer with my fleet truck, but will not go back. I decided to take my wifes black SUV through the wash on a cold day in February 2014 (10 degrees). Since Id taken my work truck through every week I felt it was safe for my wifes black SUV. When I exited the wash I noticed that both sides of the vehicle looked as if they were rolled by a rolling pin. All 4 doors had ripples and shallow waves. I suspect they either had the pressure of the rollers too high to remove tough winter dirt, or they left the doors of the wash open, and the side rollers had heavy ice build up resulting in too much weight for the springs to handle. I called and spoke to the manager, Adam Murray, who was very polite and asked me to bring the car back over. Adam told me he only had the pressure of the side rollers up to 40psi and couldnt understand how this happened. My insurance agent has been in contact with Adam and has advised me that they will not fix any damage. To date, this issue is not resolved. If you have a nice car, be careful.

What would I do without these guys? This place is the hospital for my car. My car is getting old but they know what they are doing here. My last visit I needed the water pump replaced and they squeezed me in on that Sunday because they said Im a good customer of theirs. I was forever grateful for that squeeze in. I value my car and they keep Old Alex up and running and in good shape. Customer service is excellent. They know their products and they dont try to force it on you like other places. Sending a big thanks to this team for keep my car up and running for the many adventures I have with my kids.

This car wash is a joke !!! $15 dollars and they dont even wipe the car down for you. To get it wiped down it is $25. Same quality as a $5 gas station car wash.

Ive been coming over to this Jiffy Lube for a few years. They are always amazing and on top of it. When i had troubles with a ball joint, they showed me instead of just telling me what was wrong. They fixed everything and at a such great price! :D

We have several vehicles in fleet use that rotate through this establishment. Don’t believe their FREE oil top-off: if you go past THEIR 3000 mile recommended oil change, they won’t top it off, regardless if you elect a higher change interval or even if you show them documentation from the manufacture that the interval should be higher…they won’t top it off. Period.When they do top it off below 3000 miles, they will try to sell you an oil change before when it’s due; and they will try to up-sell you into some other service that’s not required. (Your coolant level is low [low by a pint]...we can perform a coolant fill for just $6.99...when a gallon of anti-freeze is $3.99). Beware.Also, from experience with our cars: expect the windshield washer fluid to freeze in the bottle and spray lines when it gets cold (we always have to pump it out on the side of the road and put something else in).With 3 other establishments that perform oil changes in close proximity, you would think that they would do more to try to retain the customer.

Been Going here for 2 years,and all of the sudden I get my oil changed,and the guy says do you want us to top off your antifreeze,I said of course,he says,well since youve never been here before,its gonna cost and extra money to top it off,Im like WHAT!!! Never been here before??? Ive been coming in here for 2 years with the same vehicles, impossible!!! Im taking my vehicles somewhere else,surely they cant be that Forgetful,look on the computer!! It does all the work for ya,it was a simple case of Laziness and Greed for money,Smh

Absolutely the Best Jiffy Lube Location as it includes a car wash, a large comfortable waiting area, free coffee and even a Kids Korner to keep the little ones entertained.
