Jason is great. He quickly earned my trust via his extensive knowledge of the car but also his commitment to communicate the process of buying a previously owned car. His support team was quick to run the paper work getting tags, etc quickly.Ive purchased and leased cars from dealers which takes 2-3 hours and is exhausting. The paperwork was done while Jason and I reviewed the contracts (I recommend an extended warranty).From yes to leaving the dealership with the keys was 1/2 hour.Ill be back to buy my wifes car in the spring.

A fantastic buying experience. I was buying by remote from the PHL area, and we did all of the paperwork in advance so my wife and I could come down, test drive, and if we liked the car, spend 10 minutes signing and drive away. Thats exactly how it went. Very professional, friendly without being coy, very sincere and knowledgeable about the specific make and model of exotic we were buying. When an independent pre-purchase inspection showed the rear wheels slightly out of alignment, BAG had it corrected immediately.I will often drive some distance to get exactly the car I want. How excellent to show up and find that the car is better than it looks in the photos, all of the documentation is accurate going back to the original sale date, and the staff has experience with these vehicles and their special needs. Hey This is Adam posting from my wife’s email. We bought a 2012 C63 AMG and couldn’t be more happy with the purchase/process. Jason is a true car guy and knows his stuff. Being that we are 400+ miles away and I have never bought a car without being there, Jason gave me full confidence on the purchase. Kelli and Jason both sent me videos and pictures of the car on the lift to see the under carriage. TJ was another big key factor in all this. Dealer claimed he had had 15 different lenders they deal with. Only gave me quotes from three. The car was overpriced on carguru and he said they are always wrong. Wanted me to put 10k down on a car.

PLEASE READ! My experience at Baltimore (Pulaski) Automotive Group was by FAR the worst dealership experience I have ever had from the unprofessionalism, horrible customer service to the ignorance. I went from sales woman, to the GM Tj, to the owner Mr. Bond. We almost closed the deal on the car but the GM had to make a last minute change *1st RED FLAG* They wanted to tax me by the weight of the car (7%) instead of the area (6%). A agreement is written up and I notice the tax is higher than 7% I was actually abt to be charged 9% tax on a 16,000 FMV car when it was supposed to only be 7%. No one caught or was able to figure out why I was being taxed an incorrect number (over taxing/ tax fraud) on a system that they have been using “for years”. I caught their mistake and they didn’t have the decent customer service to take responsibility for their system. Not even the owner who called me personally to “clear up” the confusion but in turn confused himself. He had to reach out to the head of the MVA for them to tell him information that I had previously said the day before. These people clearly need training/PD before trying to make anymore deals bc none of them even the owner knows what they’re doing. They clearly thought I was a fool and would sign anything bc I’m a woman. This was very unacceptable. I’m glad I walked away from this dealer. Be Aware & ALWAYS CHECK YOUR #s before signing dnt let these ppl fool you.

At first my wife, and I thought that we would not be able to afford a car at this dealership. Her being the adventures one said let’s give it a shot! I am so glad we did. Sheila is a bilingual sales person who was able to help us with all our questions. I had a hard time really finding what I wanted. Then just as I was getting ready to leave we spoke with the sales manager, and he look me right in the face and said: I HAVE YOUR CAR! I had already walked the lot twice. We walk around the side of the build, and there was MY CAR.A bright blue 2017 Honda Civic EX with sensing package. It only had 36,400 miles on it. I felt like I had hit the jackpot. We talked numbers, and they made it happen. When I went to pick up the car they had replaced the tires that needed to be replaced with new ones. The inside detailing of the car was not great, but considering the new tires and the excellent service I did not complain.NOTE: Keep your receipts for any cash deposits, or payments that you make. We had a little hiccup when I went to pick up my plates, but it was quickly addressed because I was able to show them my receipts.All that said if and when I need to replace my second car I would most definitely go see Sheila again.PS: My car is still under manufactures warranty.These guys really do get some nice cars in.

The car they sold had multiple lights turn in the minute I drove it out of the lot. They were incredibly difficult to contact about it, and when I did they repeated lied to me about the cause of the issues. I finally got them to fix the problem, but it took days of me visiting, leaving my car, paying for rentals, and calling every few hours. To top it off, months after all of this they texted me letting me know they had my tags. The only problem is, I already have tags. Apparently they had charged me for this, but never told me about it.I will never go back to this dealership, and I dont recommend you do either.

Just bought a car from Tom at Baltimore Automotive Group. I was leery because I had a very bad experience with the only previous purchase I made with an independent dealer. This was completely different. Tom was available and responsive to me throughout the process and worked a good deal for me. He is also being helpful in assisting with selling my old car. The staff was all very friendly. They obtained all needed information and had paperwork ready to sign upon my arrival after my loan approval, and I was able to drive off in my new vehicle about 15 minutes after arriving.

I simply chose that Mini because of Kelli.Within the hour alllll of the other dealerships began calling, texting and emailing, to which I responded I had already made another purchase.🎁There was some negotiating of price between Baltimore Auto Group and my credit union, and Kelli kept me in the loop very proactively..such a joy to work with, professional and savvy.When it was time to pick me up to take delivery of my car, she showed up in a Prius, which is nearly unforgivable...but Im trying to be a better person😳😀.Upon arriving with check and required documents in hand to take delivery of my beautiful Mini, I met Tim. This was a crazy experience all the way we are glad we had automotive experience. I do not know how half the cars on the lot would pass md state inspections. If a state trooper would come there that inspection station they use would be shut down. Glad we walked away all we saw were red FLAGS. broken items, glued items on vehicles dash lights light up like its a christmas holiday. Scary situation. We will stick to buying at a reputable car dealership this place was sketchy as anything. BUYERS BEWARE.

Max had a tech chris look at the truck, chris stopped what he was doing and looked at my truck right away. They asked if I could bring it back at my convenience and they would fix it for me. This dealership is beyond sketchy- we paid cash for a truck through this dealership. Everything worked out perfectly until we looked through the registration for the vehicle, they adjusted the GVW to over 10 times the amount it should have been (should have been 7,000 but they made it 80,000) which in turn had us paying over a $1,000 more then it should have been. We went through the dealership for over 2 months trying to rectify the situation to no resolve. Finally we were able to get ahold of the MVA refund department, no thanks to this dealership. And get the refund we deserved. This screw up was completely at the fault of the dealership who made no effort to rectify the situation and in turn jerked us around for 2 months feeding us lies about when we would be refunded our money due to the fact that they forged our registration to make more money themselves. I would stay far away from these crooks.

Update #1 after weeks of trying to get a refund, I get no response from Tj the finance employee who is supposedly handling this. Civil suit filed. Tj has stopped responding to messages and has told me they won’t pay me even upfront even though they know they messed up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I bought a vehicle a few months back from here. Went in and looked at it, test drove then sat down with the sales person and agreed on a price. Didn’t pay for it my first day I came down, but came back two days later. While doing paperwork, Kelli told me the price we originally agreed too wasn’t good enough for the owner and he wanted me to pay 500$ more.If a price is already agreed to, how does this happen? Red flag number one.Second red flag... my 14 ton truck I bought was registered wrongly by TJ. It got registered as an 80k truck which is the size of a tractor trailer. He didn’t catch it and neither did I as I didn’t know what to look for. I was told this is how it got auto generated in their system. If this is done everyday by someone, how would that not be strange? After informing him of his mistake and multiple calls to get a refund. I’ve gotten no reply back. Only after reaching out by text several times have I now heard back only to have gotten push back from him and an attitude. The conversation will be played to show how in mature this is.Don’t do business with this dealership. They’re shady.If I could give them less than one star I would.EDIT TO ADD: this dealership is and has been fussing us around for over 3 months when all we needed to do was go to the MVA to get this handled ourselves. TJ insisted over and over again that it would be handled by him but has yet to provide us with any information about where the money went that they STOLE from us. BUYER BE WARE OF THIS SKETCHY PLACE!
