We recently had a fire in our garage. Our body shop brought our car here to have it detailed and to try and eliminate the smoke odor inside the car. When we picked it up, you would never know that the car had been in a fire. We then decided to try our luck with Aerosuds in cleaning the back seat of our Jeep that had also been in the garage. They said they would do what they could, and we were more than pleased with the results - again, no smoke smell remained. And the price was more than reasonable, especially when considering the cost of a new backseat! Thanks guys!

Went to Aerosuds to have trailer hitch and electrical wiring installed. Which went off without a hitch, pun intended However, they were unable to complete electrical installation for the hitch and I had to go to Jeep dealership to get that completed. The Jeep mechanics needed to know the way the electrical wiring was installed and so I called Aerosuds. They were not able to tell me, so I had the Jeep mechanic talk to the Aerosuds installer, who could not identify how they did the electrical wire install. I ended up talking to the manager, who actually hung up on me. I was nonplussed to say the least. I was in no way rude to anyone, and was standing in front of 3 Jeep mechanics when this happened. It took 3 calls to Aerosuds in total to obtain the information, and left me with a very bad impression of their customer service when the manager Cindy hung up on me. I was very disappointed at the rudeness.

Came in and looked at Tonneau covers and Nikki was very knowledgeable and friendly. They may also be able to price match the internet sites out there. Its worth it to drive and see and touch things in person before ordering. If you need help installing, they can do that as well. Im likely going to install my cover on my own but its nice to have the option!

We bought a brand new Snugtop topper from Aerosuds for our brand new truck. Nothing but trouble from the get-go! It rattled all the time And scratched truck paint to the metal! It also cracked the windows and Ruined the latch to close it. They had it sent back to the factory twice, which took weeks at a time, and it still wasn’t installed properly! Not only did it sit on crookedly, a constantly leaks or anything it was in there we get soaked.We finally took it to another place he fixed everything and sealed up properly and hardly charged us anything where is they were trying to charge us hundreds at a time to get it fixed. Way overpriced, only out to make a buck and then they leave you hanging.

I took my 2009 Honda CR-V in for a much needed detail job. I confess I hadn’t ever gotten the vehicle detailed in the time I owned it, so needless to say I knew it was going to need a little elbow grease to get some of the interior stains out that had built up over time. When I received my car back from Aerosuds I was amazed at how well the interior looked, it looked brand new like when I had first bought the vehicle. The staff was professional and welcoming. I can not say enough good things on the detail work they did both on the interior and exterior of the car. They do an excellent job and are incredibly thorough on making sure they do a good job.

I ask for this detail every year for Mothers day and every fall I treat myself. It is the greatest treat. When your car is done it feels like a brand new car and is a reasonable price for the amazing detail they put into it! Couldnt recommend it enough! Especially if you want to give your spouse a treat!

Everyone is very friendly, their prices were reasonable, and install was perfect and quick. They went above and beyond in my opinion with the install, making sure the cap was fully sealed to the truck and all gaps closed. I highly recommend working with them.

Used Aerosuds for the first time earlier this week. All of the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. I purchased the full detail (inside and out) and despite being a regular smoker inside my car (smelled like smoke and ashes were everywhere) it was very professionally done. The price was a little steep but well worth it. No hint of smoke smell or ashes anywhere in the car. If they allowed scheduling the detail on Saturdays, this would have easily been a 5 (had to schedule time off work to get it done on Friday). A solid 4.5 from me, highly recommended!

I was given an incorrect (lower) price over the phone for having some work done, & my appointment was scheduled for a week earlier than it was actually booked. no worries, in this busy world, minor miscommunications are common. but, when i showed up (a week late in their book) they got the work done right away anyway, everyone was friendly & helpful, AND they honored the original quote! they turned a potential negative event into a totally positive experience! thats how a good company stays in business for 30 years...

Most of my correspondence was through email and Lindsey was very friendly, helpful and prompt at getting me quotes. I dropped my truck off and waited for the topper to install which was to take an hour. After about an hour and a half I went to check on my truck and it was sitting out front. Nobody bothered to let me know it was done...it is what it is, I wasted a little time. However my shell has been leaking ever since. I brought it back once, waited again for over an hour, they said it was good to go. Still leaking and after another inquiry, they told me the brand of shell I purchased (Snugtop) does not cover leaks in their warranty...that is the reason I bought it, to keep my stuff dry in the bed of my truck. They said they could send it back, but it would take 6 weeks though the leak would still not be covered. Why bother?? I checked it out myself and one side of the boot they put on is totally warped...explains a lot about the leaks and I can see daylight out of the corners where the shell meets my truck...explains even more about the leaks. Customer service was mostly good, but I agree with another comment on here that their install guys suck at their job. They dont smile, they arent friendly, they try to look tough and they suck. Get new installers and find people who care about their work and more importantly are friendly to customers and dont try to stare down paying customers. We pay your salary and I can guarantee you I wont be back to give you anymore of my money to pay those guys. I will take my truck elsewhere and have someone else fix it and buy my accessories through them.

Its been a few days sense my visit but wanted to leave a good review for Sean. He helped me find parts for my trucks bed cover that they installed over 3 years ago and spent a good hour on it calling around. Even got me the part numbers and contact info for the company. Cant thank him enough and will be returning for future additions to my truck!!!

I bought a SnugTop topper for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma in 2007 just after I picked up the truck from the dealer. I ordered the topper w/ roof tracks but the salesman said he goofed on the order and instead of a factory install of SnugTop tracks they would add universal tracks at the Aerosuds shop.The tail light on the topper leaked every time it rained and after taking it back a few times and it leaking after each time I sealed it myself successfully.A few days ago in mid July 2019 I dropped by to get some help with trying to figure out how to get some small guy point attachments fitted to my roof tracks. There were six people behind the counter and I explained I had bought the topper from them and they had installed a universal track on the topper. I explained that I wanted to attach some cheap guy points to rig a tarp. Question, do you know what size T-nut I need to get for the track? I would have thought I just asked about how to solve e=mc^2. Basically, nobody wanted to lift a finger to help me. Two of the employees said they didnt know and it only took standard landing pads for major roof rack manufactures. Everyone else quietly pretended I didnt exist. No offer to look up my purchase. No offer to find out what had really been installed. Nobody jumped up to say Hey lets look at your topper, we might be able to figure this out!I get that sometimes group think, tiredness, tough days, etc. happen. I was bummed that as a returning customer the team basically tossed me off the back of the boat for whatever reason.

The last few times I had my car serviced by Sill TerHar they did a great job EXCEPT for the carwash at the end. I got my car back both times and honestly had to take it to the carwash just to fix the job they did washing it. Well, come to find out they outsource the wash part to the folks over at Aerosuds. All I can figure is they must wash them in a cave because obviously there isnt any light on the vehicle or they would see the mess that they are leaving behind. I have begged the team at Sill TerHar to outsource the washing to someone else or just install a carwash because the hand washing from Aerosuds is a major mess! Not going to give them a third strike since I can just as easily take it to another dealer who will make sure it looks good when they are done. Bye Bye Sill TerHar.

Ordered custom seat covers for my work van. Nikki was super awesome to work with. Seat covers came in and they installed them. They fit and look great.

I went to Aerosuds to get a tonneau cover for my truck. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained all the different options and pros and cons of the different brands. Im very happy with the service i received.

Ive used AeroSuds a few times and they have always been friendly and professional. The staff will assist you in finding the right accessory not just the most expensive. I will return in the future.

Be very careful when you walk in here or call. If one of the ladies at the front desk says she knows information about your truck, be very hesitant to order. Ask for a tech from the shop and they will hook you up. My only real complaint is that the catalogs they give you dont have prices. Making it necessary to come back in or call to find out pricing. A tad annoying
