I just completed an online order and purchase of a new Navigator with Sill-TerHar Lincoln, working with Drew Bell. This was an excellent experience, I got exactly what I wanted, Drew has been exceptionally helpful and informative, never high pressure or anything but supportive. The delivery experience was excellent as well. Plus, its a great vehicle! I spoke with a number of dealers before ordering and Drew was by far the most helpful and easiest to deal with.
My Lincoln just went in for service at Sil TerHar and I am very pleased.There was a problem with one of my tires and they offered me 3 options to solve that issue.Zayne has reached out to me when I have a question and he is very reassuring.I will continue to use this dealership to service my MKC.
I am not sure a One Star is accurate as I would actually give 0 Stars. I contacted the dealership via their internet sales dept regarding a Used Vehicle. A sales person reached out within the hour. That was on Monday. I followed up with questions and sent the email twice, but received no reply. I then followed up with 3 other people, all of whom are shown on their website including the President, in 3 different emails over a period of 48 hours. Two days later, I have no response from any of the people. I understand people might be busy or maybe on vacation, but 0 responses from 4 people is NOT customer service. If I was looking for a New or Used car in the Denver area, I would certainly entertain searching elsewhere. This dealership does not pride itself on Customer Service. Evidently from reading other recent comments on Service, people have experienced similar issues - no follow up. Not a dealership worthy of my hard earned money...
I worked with Keith and Kelly on my purchase of a new Navigator. These two did a great job. They knew their inventory and product, answered all of my questions and were professional all the way through. The process was super fast, its clear they value my time as much as their. I highly recommend this Lincoln dealership if you are here in Colorado. Call Keith or Kelly before you go in, these guys are great to work with.
Called service department to ask a simple question about my Lincoln Navigator.Left a message with lady at service deck said someone would call me back shortly, nobody ever called.Service only cares if your under warranty or make an appointment.I live 100 + miles from dealership or I would stop bye
This was my first ever car purchase on my own and it went much better than expected. The salesman I work with goes by the name of Drew Bell. He was very knowledgeable of the in and outs of purchasing a car for first time buyers. Additionally I traded in my truck for said car and was met with a very fair and reasonable trade in value. 11/10 service, would definitely purchase from this location and from Mr.Bell again.
Was an incredibly smooth & professional experience working with Kelly & Cole to trade in my Navigator. These guys are great and really know their stuff! I loved the special details, like a bottle of wine, that really topped off my experience here. Ill definitely be staying put for all my future car needs.

Visited the dealership a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. That day I was looking at an Audi at a nearby dealership. On my way home I passed by the Sill-TerHar dealership and decided to stop by without an appointment. Wasn’t expecting much since I was just dropping in unannounced, but Keith Winkler greeted us and was exceptional. Checked out a few different models with him and really enjoyed the Aviator I looked at. Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my concerns and provided options that I enjoyed. I feel like he delivered a great experience. Really appreciated his help especially when I did not have an appointment scheduled that day. The facility is very nice and clean. There are plenty of models to choose from. The other sales reps seem nice as well. I recommend this dealership as I was impressed by the support they provided. Will be going back once I see the exact spec Aviator show up on their lot.
Great service repair experience!! Mitch took great care of my truck after some miss communication on warranty repair. He followed up promptly, and made sure my truck and customer satisfaction were priority after concern was displayed. Final repair was very quick and completely taken care of! Mitch the service supervisor provided EXCELLENT customer service, and changed my outlook from bad at the beginning to five star at the end. UPDATE:Recommend dealer to anyone looking for a Lincoln. Friendly professionals willing to assist in decision-making whether for your personal car or your business vehicle.They went the extra mile to reconcile glitches in the sales and delivery process and that you can count on. New vehicle is gorgeous, wife is very happy with decision.Also, I specd the correct roof racks for the 2020 Lincoln Aviator, and Yakima is on top of the new configuration for this vehicle. To help add to the customer service depth of services, I took the empty boxes of my new Yakima Roof racks to their service dept and they have that info.For installation, I will be posting more of that detailed info via my own entry on the Yakima site.Supply chain shortages caused me to seek 6 vendors before I had the 3 specific parts for a successful installation. It has been used now for a 14 hour drive from Colorado into central Arizona with the largest Thule Roof Cargo box they make - 22 cubic feet, fully loaded.. No problems.
I bought an escape from here about a year ago. Best decision to go with them because I got a great deal and the extended warranty actually works through ford. Had a tensioner problem that led to having to replace the engine and I only have to pay the deductible.
A great truck buying experience. Rich was easy to work with and communicative. It was such a smooth experience despite the stay at home order. They arranged everything without us even having to leave our house, they delivered the truck and were very thorough giving instructions on how to work all the technology that came with the truck, along with taking our trade-in. Can’t say enough positive things on a whole about the dealership. Thank you!

The sales team at STH Lincoln was so friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They answered every question we had, werent pushy and even had supplies on hand when our son fell and scraped his knee outside! We would absolutely buy another car from them.
Very poor guest services - 1st time in they made me feel like I was bothering them to buy a Lincoln, 2nd time in I set an appointment due to the COVID issue, when I arrived the person I had an appointment with said they were too busy. Both times I was in to buy a $50,000+ car - I went elsewhere and will never return.

To start, my vehicle was looked at by my mechanic. Once I was told it could be my catalytic converter, I towed it over to Sil-Terhar Lincoln Luxury Service. Zayne assisted me in the entire process, set me up with a dealer loaner, and offered clear and concise communication about the issues with my vehicle. You hear stories of customer vehicles going into a shop and the nightmare that comes with trying to get information about the real problems. The reviews that are negative on here deserve attention, someone dropped the ball. I am confident in saying that Zayne put all bs aside and shot it straight with me. I have zero problem recommending Zayne and Lincoln Luxury Service to any of my friends, colleagues or clients. My only gripe is the lack of attention to the service phone line, using Zaynes cell aleviated any issues.
