My installers, Matt and Buford, from Aaron Overhead door did a great job today. They were efficient, got straight to work, answered questions, explained instructions all with patience and professionalism! I will recommend this business to others. When my garage door went from being installed in October to mis to late January and beyond, i got very frustrated. Tisha was excellent and patient and kept me from walking off a cliff, so to speak. She started looking at other suppliers and while doing so, discovered there was a door in their warehouse that would work for me. Yes, she thought outside the box. Great employees like this are hard to come by, she’s a keeper! Overall, star 5! Glad my sister recommended!

The inspector said if I want to see more options, the wait might be 16 weeks which is a very long time. So it feels like theres no other choice. Again, the service, the communication, and the products are all great. I just hoped that for something as big budget as garage door, there would be more options to choose.

My interaction and experience with Aaron Overhead Doors was perfect from the time I scheduled the service appointment. The phone representative was friendly, helpful, and professional. A notification was sent to my phone confirming the time, and included the name and picture of who I should expect to see. When Ryan arrived, he was also professinal and friendly. After conducting an inspection, he explained what repair work must be done as well as what would be good to do including the cost breakdown. Everything was terrific from the 1st phone call. I made an appt for an estimate- they had immediate availability & showed up on time. I was given an estimate in the moment with a variety of options. After reviewing with my husband, I called to make the order selection. At which time I did a req down payment (balance due day of installation) and was given an estimated install date during that call. A week prior to install I was texted to confirm and then day of I was notified by technician about arrival time. He was on time and the install quick (a couple hours all in all). They will not get back to you in a timely manner nor will they complete the required fixes they promise in the same timely manner! There has been multiple times that I have pointed out issues with the warranty...adjustments to hard wiring the opener switches to areas where the door rubs on mounts they installed. I have been more than understanding on scheduling at times, but now its been over a month and a half and still no corrections! I would not recommend them unless you have low expectations!!!!! However they do have nice staff, but that wont fix the issues.

6 star rating! Taylor from Aaron Overhead Door took a look at my high lift request when others said it couldnt be done. He worked with his team to order the parts quickly. During the install, he did run into some issues but due to his expertise he was able to figure it out and make high lift work. These guys can do anything and their price was very reasonable.
