Absolutely horrible experience with Dustin Bourchier. He was extremely rude and tried to take advantage of me. He just better be glad my husband was at work because he walked in my garage, which I’ve never had an issue at all with my garage door, and tried to add all of these extra fees to the price. It started at $279 and he ran it all the way up to $650 on the spot, pointing out things that were never an issue. He came to fix door springs and started looking for other things which is not what I called him out to do. I have a garage door guy that I use typically but he was out of town and Dustin put a completely bad taste in my mouth as to why I don’t use garage door companies to fix anything. I feel like he tried to take advantage of me because I was a woman. It was so evident. Women if you have garage door issues, make sure your husband is at home when Dustin comes. Very, very rude!!!! I was appalled by his demeanor, his behavior and rudeness!!!! Stay away!!!!

Want to say thanks and highly recommend Precision Garage Door. We made the mistake of not using Precision Garage Door to start our project and ended up spending double. We hired another company that didnt communicate and even though they installed a new opener when it quit working they were no where to be found. Dustin showed up on a Saturday and installed another new opener and spent the time to make the job they way we expected, perfect! Dont fall victim to who can show up first, hire the team that does it right!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Precision Garage Doors. After receiving estimates from four other companies, we chose Precision. They were the only company that actually brought samples of the different materials from which to choose. I was able to compare steel versus vinyl and actually see the different insulation possibilities. If that wasn’t enough, Jason explained the options and process from start to finish. Prompt call response & appointment set up. Michael (the Precision technician) called ahead and arrived quickly. He explained the problems and offered solutions & prices. After I decided on the course of action, he worked quickly & cleaned up. As he was leaving, the system hiccupped, so he pulled back in the driveway, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. Great experience. I called in the morning. Joe the technician shot me a text. Was here 20 minutes later. Replaced two keypads, programmed 3 remote controls, and gave me a quick walk-through and was on his way. Joe was polite, professional, and especially knowledgeable. Ive been using Precision garage for the last couple of years. The service technicians are always polite, courteous and very knowledgeable of their job. What I like about Precision the most is they dont try to charge you for services that you dont really need. For a female that doesnt really know a lot about garages thats very important. Anytime that I have called in they were able to schedule me an appointment immediately. One day they scheduled the same day and another time they were able to come out the very next day. This is also very important because when something happens to your garage you need assistance immediately. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

I called Precision around 10am Saturday and they came to our home mid-afternoon. The receptionist was very friendly and eager to help. The on-site technician called before arriving and was very professional. He corrected the issue during his visit and had all the necessary parts.

Jeremy was great! I was giving a time slot of between 2-6pm. Jeremy called at 1:30 to let me know he’d be at my home at 2pm. He was there at 2pm sharp. He was very respectful, kind and considerate. He gave us two options for my repairs and after our decision was made he was done in less than 1hr. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Dustin did a great job. I wasn’t home so he said he could do the inspection before I made it back and he called me and told me what was wrong and as I arrived home the garage was already fixed. All that was left to do was make the payment. He saved us so much time with doing the inspection and work before I got home. I appreciate all his help on a Saturday morning. Precision Garage Door Service came to my home to look at my broken garage door. Kudos to them as they were able to respond in just a couple hours. The technician took a look at the problem, which was, garage door hit by car and off track on one side. Although the technician stated he could save the door by getting it back on track, he also stated that the cables and spring would need to be replaced. He would charge $400 to get the door back on track, the conversation didnt go far enough to find out how much the new cables and spring would cost. I completely disagreed that the cables and spring required replacement. A careful, thorough, rigorous evaluation was not conducted of the cables or spring by the technician, in fact, the spring was not broken and although the cables were taught, they were not cut. The technician stated that replacement of cables and spring is normal protocol for such a repair. I would agree that the cables and spring should be replaced if they were damaged beyond use. However, because the technician did not conduct a rigorous evaluation of the cables and spring, his statement that they had to be replaced was, in my opinion, BS. I felt I was being taken advantage of and I thought a $400 charge to return the door to the track was way too high. I am sure this company does good work and I know they are highly rated. However, my experience left me feeling I was being taken advantage of. I paid the technician $59 for the service call and wished him a good day. I would not call this company again. Follow up....I called another garage door company later that day. They repaired my garage door for $100. The cables still work fine, the spring still works fine. I saved hundreds of dollars by not falling for Precision’s line.Follow up......Precision Garage Door must have seen my review and gladly refunded the service call fee. That says a lot about a company that cares about customer satisfaction. Perhaps it didn’t work out well the first time, but based on their caring for customer satisfaction, I would give this company an opportunity to earn my business again should I need their services. I’ve never experienced a company who cared so much about customer satisfaction. I must give credit where credit is due.... thank you Precision Garage Door.

Precision did an excellent job and servicing my garage door they were immediately prepared to perform the services I requested and they also made some recommendations on maintenance that needed to be done for my garage home is 12 years old and Ive never had to do anything to my garage door but I noticed some water leaking underneath during heavy rains and I called them for that. I really didnt have an expectation of them being able to send out a technician on the date I want it because in I called them on Tuesday and I advised that I wanted an appointment tomorrow and because I had another technician coming in from the cable company. I was extremely pleased that I was able to get them at a moments notice and they did a wonderful job

Definitely this one. Had issues with my garage door opening and Roy troubleshot it down to the correct problem(torsion spring) quickly.
