The experience with this company was HORRIBLE! The manager is horrible, he does not do his job and dont care about the customer.Unfortunately, I had to deal with him because the red cord was too low and got attach in the rack of my cord.He did not do anything, did not want to send somebody, said its my fault so I dont have the WARRANTY ANYMORE, after one month only.He is RUDE, unprofessional and dont deserve to be on the list recommand by the builder, REALLY!!!Please do something and remove him from the list.More details:First of all, I did not take the package for the garage door when I purchased my house, and I did not need until last month (August).It s when I called this company, even though not recomended by customers and bad comments on the web site the contact, I did not know who to contact. I went to Home depot and Lowes but they dont do it.I had an issue with my garage door, the red cord was too long and it got stuck on the top of my car, so it blocked the door. I had to force it to exit the garage to go to work, and could not closed it. I contacted the company and asked if they could come the same day because my garage door was open. Le manager told me no, not the next day, even I insister.

If only there was an option to give 0 stars...This is a very unprofessional company. For those of you reading this review, some of you guys probably had no choice but to have them come to your home because of the contract they have with your subdivision.Garage door broke within less than 1 year moving into the home. Company demanded payment for fixing up their own mistake in the initial installation of the garage system (We are still under the management warranty). How mind blowing! To make matters worse, they threatened they would never service our home if we run into further issues simply because we didn’t pay for something that should have been a complimentary fix...The owner or whoever is responsible for taking calls needs to fix their attitude. Extremely rude. It’s embarrassing that in this day and age where social media can promote/ruin a business, you’re going to treat customers poorly.Please stay away from this company to fix your garage.

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Two years ago Voyles Overhead door installed my garage door which yesterday fell apart. I called the builder that contracted with Voyles to install the just to be told that there was only 1 year warranty on the door.The company i hired to fix the door clearly pointed out the shortcuts that Voyles took installing the door. The door was inproperly installed with multiple missing parts.You are better off hiring someone else thats gonna do it right.

I must start off by saying Kudos to Kelsey (Service Manager) and Alexandria (Administrative Staff)! I am extremely happy with the service that was provided today. I am a single mom and just purchased my first brand new townhome in the Atlanta area. I am new to the area from California and Ive only been here a year. There have been so many expenses and ups and downs with buying the new home. Our garage door was installed by Voyles and I also purchased the garage opener from them. The experience has been great! On time for appointments and very personable and professional. I called and spoke with Alexandria, today, who was extremely friendly and kind. I explained that the garage door was knocked off track, this morning and would not close flush to the ground. My 18 year old son is visiting for the holidays and was home alone. I was very concerned. We are also flying out this evening to head home to visit. I explained all of this to Alexandria when I called to plead for immediate help due to my son being home alone and our travel plans. She transferred me to a very professional and efficient service manager named Kelsey. He took my information and immediately scheduled a repair. The tech called to let me know he was on his way when he was 20 minutes from my home. My son said he was really nice. The garage door was fixed within 3 hours of the phone call. I just want to say THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Voyles for employing people who actually care! :)

I like how this place waives certain fees based on warranty in our subdivision, as long as no other contractor but them ever does maintenance on the garage door. However, in the entire year I’ve lived here, they’ve never actually picked up their phone once, nor have they ever returned a message on their machine until 5-8 days later.A while ago, well before the covid pandemic started, I had overnight damage done to my door that prevented it entirely from being opened/closed. I called them multiple times, left a message on their machine. Since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone all day, and I needed to be able to get my car out (our garage doors are industrial grade, don’t ask me why, in the Bellmoore Park Subdivision, so they’re heavy as hell, and I wasn’t able to lift it open myself manually), I called a different Johns Creek contractor instead. 5 days later, they finally returned my call, but by then it was already fixed.Few months later my door had more trouble, but was still able to open/close, so I just waited it out so I could get the official installer of the door (Voyles) to look at it. A technician came and said my warranty was broken bc I got the other ppl to come the time before. I didn’t even feel like trying to fight it, so I just said, ok fine just do what you gotta do, and I paid whatever I had to pay for service that visit.Like has been said in some of the other reviews, people are not friendly either. And they tried to convince me over the phone that I needed to buy an extra device from them to make my already pre-installed WiFi door work in my new construction home. That made no sense that the neighborhood would sell me a new house and expect me to buy another device to use the WiFi garage door that was already included with it, especially without making any mention of it that entire period I was buying the house and had orientation sessions with them, so I said no. Couple months later, my father visited, installed the app for free on his phone, and the WiFi worked right away.I only give 2 stars because despite everyone else, the technician that actually came out to my house that one day to look at my garage was a pretty nice guy.

If you are looking for a garage door company please never use this cheap, unprofessional, and embrassing company. This company is contracted by a couple well known subdivsions building new homes for gargage doors. Their quailty is cheap(Springs, brackets, installation, etc) they have professional jet lag in answering the phone. They are rather rude and very unprofessional. Sadly if you are buying a new home they contract them for cheap service. Research a better garage door company you will save money!

Lack of communication and are unprofessional. I had an appointment set up and they never showed. When I called they said that I was not scheduled in there books. I wasted my time on them dont waste yours! Across-the-board they dont have good reviews at all!

Scott is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever came in contact with. Do not do business here.
