I was very pleased with the speed of response for having my tension springs and lifting cable replaced on one of my garage doors. I live in an old 1935 house that had never had a garage door, so this was no easy peasy job. Jamie and Max did the buildout and installed the door. I got 4 quotes before hiring. These guys were not the cheapest, but I am thrilled that I chose them. Very professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop. Everything cleaned up and spic and span when they finished. They gave me a good tutorial of how everything worked and the warranty before they left. I can highly recommend them without reservation. Excellent. We love our new garage door. We now have a brand new insulated garage door. After contacting 4 other companies we chose Door Lift Xperts because of their professionalism, cost comparison and product they offered. Our technician was Jeremy who we rate very highly. Elijah was awesome in every aspect. He called when he was on his way. Once he arrived he did a thorough inspection of my garage system and then gave me a few options to help me out. I just recently had a heart attack and not being able to get in an out of the garage was difficult. Elijah gave me great options with great prices and was able to get the system installed within an hour or so same day. Very happy, dont bother looking around or budget shopping. There was a technician in the area just finishing up a job & he arrived less than 10 minutes later. The technician was personable & professional. He replaced the existing door opener, checked & serviced the door, programmed all our remotes, & gave me several good tips about the opener & taking advantage of the online application for the door opener. Start-to-finish, this was accomplished in barely over an hour. Overall an excellent experience!

Chaz and co at DLX are unbelievable. They did an excellent job fixing my old and broken driveway gate. Initially, they attempted to find the reason why it wasn’t working and they spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot my old system in order to save me a significant amount of money and not have to replace the whole system. They were honest and transparent about pricing and long term goals up front. They took their time and after a lot of work found the problem and were able to fix it at a fraction of the cost of buying a new system. This was awesome. Additionally, they noticed that the wood attached to the gate was rotting and even if they fixed the system we would still have a mechanical problem fairly soon as the wood was only hanging on by a thread. So, they have a construction guy (I forget his name) who was amazing and again worked long hours removing the old wood (which was concreted 5+ feet in the ground) and replacing the post. It was a nearly impossible job but they got it done and it looks amazing. Before they replaced the post, I had someone from a different construction company come by to give me an estimate (at that time I did not know that DLX did construction as well). When Chaz told me that they could fix it for me and would match the estimate that I had received I was really happy, because I would rather have DLX do the construction as they were going to be fixing the gate as well, and would rather have it done by all the same people. And, like I said, they did an amazing job and it looks great.So, in summary they get 5+ stars. They were honest, transparent, hard working, kept me in the loop at all times, and extremely fair when it came to pricing. Chaz is such a nice guy and everyone I met from DLX was courteous and pleasant to work with. I will definitely be only using them for any future gate needs. The guys did a great job on my doors. The wooden door jams around the door were also rotten and they replaced all of those and did a great job. I am very happy with the results.Got quotes from four different companies and this one was the only one that discussed and explained how they would repair the wood.Getting the house painted next week and the painters will finish off the job of the wood and it should look excellent
